Terrible customer service experience at this branch and a really bad experience opening a new account with TD in general. My new account that I was told needed to be verified after I already verified it over the phone was apparently closed. You know you guys could communicate things with emails, snail mail, app pop ups etc, right? I literally had no clue they decided to close it or any urgency to come in and verify. The bank teller informed me of the closure and didn’t even offer an apology or to open a new account for me. When I asked if I could open a new account; the singular person who opens new accounts there decided she was going to lunch (literally right when I asked that question). I asked if anyone else could open an account for me and they told me I’d have to come back after she comes back from lunch. How does a bank not have other people to open accounts? Stay away from TD Bank and this branch - it’s a poorly run clown show.

Poor management Doesn't care about customer or employee safety

The General Manager is rude and has been known to deny services to TD customers who are not associated with this bank. Customers are encouraged to seek assistance at the branch where their account was originally opened. So much for convenience. TD is truly horrible.

I waited for 1 hour and a half for Customer Service. 1 Customer Service Rep, 1 customer before me and I received no service as I had to leave after a 90 minute wait and all I needed to do was pay my auto finance bill. Will never come to this location again!

Worst TD branch ever. ATMs steal your card. Their machines to re-create cards are usually broken. I don't know what they can actually help you with here other than maybe a deposit but withdrawals they may not even have the bills you want. And often this place is understaffed and so there's long lines The door is often broken after hours so you can't even get into use their ATM, which will steal your card. I don't know who the manager is here, but they are terrible at keeping this Branch up-to-date or even even doing simple things like putting out of order signs on ATMs.

I had a very unsatisfactory interaction with one of the tellers yesterday while attempting to make a deposit. She was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. I should have known this given the terrible reviews at this location but it seems the other locations in the area are the same. I will be closing my account with TD given this.

I appreciate teller, Sha for assisting me even when I couldn’t explain it good fully, she still understood me right away and made it easier for me.

The older lady at the counter needs to retire, she is very bitter and has a sour attitude ,looks like she has been working here too long . Very bad representation of the company. Please do us a favor TD . Mrs Angie needs to retire. NOW !!! And she was the only one working

OMG, This TD Bank branch is one of the best I've been into in a while. I had a big problem with getting a new bank card and many other branches denied me. The two agents that helped were very patient and understanding, both Moneisha (customer service) & Ciara (supervisor) are one of the best to talk and while with. Thank you, Ladies.?????

This branch has the worst customer service representatives in the history of banking! I’ve been there 3 times in the last 3 days, and they still haven’t figured out how to fix my issue. I refresh banking with TD all together. I would never recommend TD banking services to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

Great service from Monisha! Patient and polite and kind! Really made my experience pleasant and very informative! Very happy with the service.

So I’m at this TDbank currently August 6 2022 been waiting for over and hit and they basically moving right past me as if I don’t exist they sat two people who came in after me the representative is staring me down as if I did something wrong

O just finishing wait 40 minutes for something that only took me 1 minute to do. The teller was so slow and busy making small talk with other customer that were waiting on line rather than helping the one in front of her.

Never have problems with them.. they are always friendly & courteous.. it do get crowded but like I said they make you feel special so you don't really mind the wait

? they need updates the workers , one of them are so rude

The people are very nice and sweet but, its very slow service if you would like to go to the teller.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. Rude staff that makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them (Vanessa and Coretta). I would actively avoid going to this branch.

One of the best banks in the United States.

The customer service is terrible. I had a situation that I needed help with my online banking and when I called customer service Ciara did not help me, she did not transfer me to a manager I requested and rudely hung up the phone on me. That is not how customer service works and I will be closing out my bank account today on lunch!!!

The manager is awesome I believe she’s the manager if not she needs to be. The light skin girl she’s really professional, nice , very helpful and she tries everything in her power to help you. The other 2 staffs that were females sitting down very unprofessional and I had an issue with my account and they didn’t wanna talk about it in my face but I heard them whispering about it soon as I walked away. They were talking about other staff and just complaining why come to work just to complain .

I’d like to give it a better review. However it’s not well managed, the spot is huge and yet understaffed, and the overall energy is depressing to be honest. Needs a new manager perhaps. Unless you want to wait 40+ minutes to be taken care of, don’t come here

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! THE MANAGER WARREN IS THE WORST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET HIM OUT OF THERE. HE TALKS TO HIS STAFF LIKE THEY ARE SLOW AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING HE IS RUDE SPEAKS UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE CUSTOMERS!!! THIS TD NEEDS TO DO BETTER !

I don’t always take time to write reviews but I had to take a couple of minutes to compliment Janiya at this TD Bank with her extraordinary customer service skills. My needs were met with a smile, she also solved an issue I’ve been having for quite some time. She took time to see how my day was while handling business . I appreciate her & will continue to come to this Branch !!!!

Worst TD branch I've ever stepped into. They clearly don't value their customers since it's 3 in the afternoon & there's only 1 person assisting clients. Been in here for about an hour now. Absolutely unacceptable. Should've followed my gut & went to the Greenpoint branch.

It's clean. The only real positive I can give. Teller that assisted us wasn't too happy about my daughter depositing coins (they were already rolled in wrappers, all she had to do was place them into trays to verify they had the correct amount of coins in each). Opted to use ATM machine to get account balance because she seemed dumbfounded when I asked for a printout of the overall account balance and not just for what I deposited today.... ATM was unable to process mini statement and account inquiry. Not sure why I went to TD Bank for my daughter's account but after today I plan on closing it and moving to Santander where I bank for myself

I wish I could give them half a star. Im sitting here still waiting for an agent. There are 4 people ahead of me and only one agent who seems to take an average hour per person to take care of customers

Waited here an hour while 4 tellers/employees stood behind the counter not doing much, and 1 "customer service" representative attended to the line of 8 people waiting to be helped (3 people served in that hour). After an hour, I'm told there's no notary present, and the form can't be completed (despite me telling them an hour ago which form I needed). Worst thing is the guy who eventually told me this was not the customer service person, but one of the people behind the counter, meaning he could have printed the form (or told me about the notary issue) an hour earlier, but chose not to.
