Cashier has a STANK attitude for no reason she seemed like she would easily escalate a situation just because, but luckily I don't feed into that nonsense so she just hyperventilated and raised her voice for nothing. Its one of the reasons i try to avoid this place as much as possible, home depot is close by ...

Great store, perfect if you are a DYI-er. Huge selection, very good prices. Don't need to overpay at the big box stores Some items might not be well made so look closely, but all the tools and sockets I have are awesome.

Restocking fee of 20% be careful. They definitely lost us as customers. Shame

The no-frills Home Depot/Lowes. It's like going to 7-Eleven instead of Whole Foods.... but cheaper...

If you've ever been to harbor freight, you won't find any suprises at this location. Good tool selection, great prices. Only negative is the checkout being slow most of the time.

The place has parking lot for customers and the staff is amazing. I was way down the aisle checking out a product and she spotted me from far away and offer assistance. She then dispatch an associate to help me. In less than a few minutes later, my item was on push cart and rolled at the front of the line waiting for me to push to the cashier and pay for it. Since the item is a bulky one, two associates helped me upload it in the car. It was a great experience.

Love the store but the app lies about what it has in stock. I get it's a small store in a expensive area but inventory management should be accurate - zero point in coming here.

I've been shopping there for years.They carry a wide range of tools and hardware that are quite comparable to those carry by HD... all of that at a much lower price point.

great prices excellent selection of tools love the way everything is laid out and it's very simple You go you get your stuff you go to the counter you pay for it and you leave can't ask for more and the tools are actually pretty good

Good prices on certain items, some are a steal. They had a sale going on but the fliers were at the register after I was already checking out I noticed I could have gotten similar items for much less. They should have had those at the door when walking in. Some of the workers seem unhappy and distant but some try to help. They should open a location in queens.

Was happy to find weed torch in stock at this location. After a brief train ride. The staff was knowledgeable and effective. I also purchased welding rods. Always looking out for their next big sale to pick up a new hobby ?

Store is well laid out and the items I wanted were in stock. However, the rude attitude of the cashier (whose name doesn't appear on the receipt) ruined my shopping experience. 9/6/2025, 9:07AM.

Good store with a good prices, but some employees are not happy to be there, or may be they don't want to work there. Be mindful.

Absolutely the worst run store and worst customer service I have experienced in all my life ! Everyone I mean from three cashier to the girl working there aisle were absolutely unprofessional unfriendly and rude . Zero knowledge of any products and when asked a simple question about where to find something and I mean with a smile and a nice hello greeting first rudely told "I don't know" ! I thought maybe they just hate whitey but I can see from the comments they are just hating everyone equally ! Or probably just hate themselves in any case I won't use this store is just garbage . Funny I go to the harbor freight in NJ and people smile say hello and try to be helpful like they actually care somewhat about their job !

Coming here for years and never had a problem. I'm not sure what happened, but Shane could use some social and customer service skills cause it seems like he was about to lose it just after asking some information about my track membership. Ended up leaving my entire cart.

Horrible customer service! The supervisor Abdul was very unprofessional , he refused to help my disabled father. The cashier was the exact same it’s unfair that this is the only store in Brooklyn and we had to experience this type of service. No one was knowledgeable about any of the products. We asked for assistance and the supervisor said I don’t know anything in a disgusting manner. When I asked for his name and tile he didn’t want to say anything finally he rudely said “im the manager “ how is the manager treating customers this way ?! This was the worst experience ever.

This store is awesome. They have all kinds of specialty tools, great organization, staff is friendly, parking available on site, and it's in a convenient location. It reminds me of the B&H Photo equivalent of power tools. I've got some purchases coming up and am excited to get them here.

I just went to this store and could not wait to come back home to write a review. I gave the three stars because the store is very well organized and well stocked. It was easy to find what I went to find and get out easy and quickly. Thumbs up for that. My problem was the service, or lack of. No be asks if you need help, when you ask a question they slmost seem to get upset. I asked an employee sho was organizing merchandise in the drills section and he never for a second stoped what he was doing to give me the courtesy or at least the impression that he cared for what I asked. He did answer, but never made eye contact. Same thing with the cashier. Never made eye contact, and didn’t even respond when I said thank you. I did get what I went to get. But I will not going back to this store. Perhaps I will just order online from now on. This rudeness is uncalled for. Especially when you’re spending hundreds of dollars. Later for that. Call me old or “ok boomer” me if you will, I don’t really care, but I still believe in the value of good costumer service.

Was told I can come in a few minutes before but when I got there, and I was speeding, just to get one thing I already had set aside in the aisle, they wouldn’t let me in. Was told it’s okay over the phone multiple times. Then got there a few minutes before as I explained and they wouldn’t let me in. 45min drive. 1 thing. So much for customer service. 2 minutes would’ve been enough time to get one thing with people still inside.

Very disappointed in harbor freight Brooklyn. I specifically went to your branch after going through utter hell at Home Depot to purchase a toolbox. Henry the manager at harbor freight Brooklyn REFUSED to permit the sale of a four drawer US GENERAL tool box to me because I was driving a car. He did not look at the car or evaluate the feasibility of it fitting in my vehicle. The tool box could’ve fit twice on my vehicle. Instead he crudly told me I need a pick up truck or larger vehicle for a $200 toolbox. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS UTTER NONSENSE. Harbor freight Brooklyn WILL NOT RECEIVE MY BUSINESS ANYTIME SOON! *****UPDATE***** Went to Harbor Freight Hempstead and they GLADLY SOLD ME THE SAME TOOLBOX AND HELPED LOAD IT INTO THE CAR. Thank you Greg from harbor freight Hempstead as for Henry the manager at Brooklyn you should learn from Greg how to serve customers. Btw the box fit comfortably in the backseat with no issues

Has alot of items to choose from for everyone . Mechanics and DIY frequent this store.Very good assortment of items and the prices are great.They also have coupons for percentages of on items, it's a good idea to sign up with your email,so you can get the best sale prices on items reduced ,and coupons.

Visited today to review tool selections for a live edge table project. The staff was kind enough to point me in the right direction and provide some tips for alternative tool sets. It was my first visit in five years and I was quite pleased to see the place thriving and fully stocked. The dedication of a space to woodworking projects was also nice to experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

Terrible service manager was nasty and aggressive with me telling me that he is the manager there for the last 4 years and he never saw something I was looking to buy that I purchased there multiple times I won’t be going back there again and I won’t be recommending anyone to go there either

I highly recommend Harbor Freight tools. They carry a nice variety of quality tools in different price ranges. I go there when I need a weird or unique tool for 1 job and don't want to spend Snap On prices. I use their Jack's and Jack stands as well.
