Great place to go meat shopping

Have all your meat needs, and have the basic seasoning, too.

Don’t come here. Meat is expired and smells like rotten eggs. Came here to return a pack of chicken and told one of the workers and he dismissed me saying it’s just the “dates” meanwhile all the meat said it’s supposed to expire on the 27th and the it’s 25th meaning all of the meat there is most likely gone bad. Go here if you like food poisoning

Prices high and employees all have stink attitudes especially in the fish department they are very unprofessional and when u call the store they dont even know what tome the other departments close smh I refuse to spend my money there again

As a young girl I used to visit my aunt I would come with her to Green Acres Farms. When I became a mother and wife I will come out here for savings because they always have something on sale where you can feed your family and feel comfortable with good quality produce and Meets.

The meat department. Speaks Spanish and allows their own people (Latin decent)to skip the line. Not good customer service when it comes to disfusing issues.

Best place to buy oxtails ever always have a good price and cut just how you want it but on a recent visit I told the store manager at the shopping carts outside all looks filthy and he just stared at me

I get 40lb chicken the price is ok,they charge a fee too cut it up. The cashier,she is always in the middle with her hair in one , something wrong with her ,she ask the same Dum6 questions all the time. No tip for her

It’s usually one of the cheapest place to go for Caribbean food items. I usually get my case of frozen tilapia from there during lent. Some seasonings. It usually has the things that I go there for. When purchasing barrels for shipping things back home, it’s usually cheaper. Has parking, rarely empty but people come and go pretty fast, so long as you are patient, you’ll get a spot.

Visited for the first time today. The prices was reasonable and fair, much better than your average supermarket! Fresh REAL Chickens, Real Beef, Real Goat, Real Oxtails etc. It's just I wish it wasn't so small and cramp inside.

Bought a 15lb box of oxtails, after they trimmed the fat, I came away with 7 lbs 10 oz of meat ,nah... ROBBERY ....

I went for meat, fish, and poultry, and the prices were great! 5 boxes of chicken quarters, steak, and salmon!!

There's no need for much customer service. Everything is there for the taking. Everything is fresh. From the Poultry, Fish, Meat, Vegetables and Fruit! A great place to find the perfect spices for some memorable meals. The prices are definitely competitive.

Although Green Acres is a great place to shop for any Afro-Caribbean, I’ve shopped here on multiple occasions only to find out the products I purchased were expired, some months and one time a whole two years. At the end of the day, ALWAYS check the expiration dates before you buy. Otherwise they have a great selection and great customer service.

Great store, meats galore and everyday's groceries. I have noticed some updates to the store, as it relates to the cashier's, it does enhances the customer's buying experience. I have been going to this store for years, definitely a pillar in the community.

Meat department staff is always courteous and friendly. The pricing of meat is fair. And, it's of excellent quality. Vegetables are not always fresh. Condiments (i.e. pepper sauce, mayo, etc) are overpriced.

Went there 7:45 and the said they can’t sell me cause they close at 8. I drove all the way from the Bronx in the traffic and the guy slammed the door in my face. Dnt advise anyone to shop there. Attitude is dirty.

The boss have poor customer service , they don't practice F.I.F.O. (first in first out) even acknowledge wen I point it out to him it not a good practice to sell good that display good on self expire date is longer than the same good expire date of the same good from the store room.That was a big turn off for me so I return the product.

It was 7:45pm I tried to enter the store just to buy a pack of meat...they refused to let me in one black man lied telling me the store closes at 7:30pm and another y’all white male who said he was the owner lied & said the store closes at 6:30pm. The man started pulling the gate down although there was one more customer inside the store just so I could leave. If I could complain to the general manager I would!

I will only go again for the great prices on the protein chicken and more chicken. Small place small aisles nice people that work there. I live in Coney so it's a but out of my way. But thank you see you next sale

Fine grocery store, pretty dingy and cramped. Not very welcoming, but products are pretty good. Walk-in refrigerator room for meats.

I love buying my foodstuff. Everything is very cheap and reasonable. Especially the meat. Also i should say, the freezer part where the meats are kept, is so brrrr cold. Walk with a sweater and pray to be attended too quickly. Loyal customer always.
