Always a good spot for great produce. Seasonal varieties are great and baked goods aplenty. Great market for lil ol' BK.

We love getting fresh produce on Saturday mornings. The location by the park is also great.

My local green market! Great vendors selling really good produce, meat & really fresh fish. There's also artisan cheese, artisan breads and very fresh milk.

Lot of variety of food but just little bit over priced. Its really not affordable but its good to be honest. Just try the yogurt and eggs.

What a great idea. Farmers’ Market pops up here every Saturday. Dozens of booths featuring fresh produce, drinks & desserts. It suffers from its own popularity, though, as it is VERY crowded. Accessible by subway-2 or 3 trains-and car, if you don’t mind walking a bit after searching for a spot. Located right outside beautiful Prospect Park, across the street from the Central Library, and down the block from the Museum. Enjoy.

I go here every Saturday in the summer!! I always stock up on organic fresh fruit and veggies and sometimes bread. It's a bit crowded and a little difficult to get to by bike or by car. Sometimes I take a Lyft, sometimes bike, but walking is the easiest even though I have to carry a lot of heavy produce on my back and in my arms.

I love this farmers market because it has everything you need. Seafood, beef, duck, eggs (a few different sellers) and a great assortment of veggies. Just make sure you have a budget and arrive early because things will sell out.

Wonderful selection of vendors - from food to flowers. Great location - close to Park Slope, Prospect Heights both nice neighborhoods to explore. The market puts you right on Prospect Park and a quick walk to the BK Museum, Botanic Gardens and library. Make a day of it at one of the best green markets in Brooklyn!

Have been going to Grand Army Farmers Market for some years now, missed it 2020. We're always able to get fresh Fruits and vegetables. Not too crowded today, some people wore mask and some didn't which was to be expected because of the lift of mandates. I enjoy going to the Famers Market, it's very relaxing just being able to see all the healthy options available to us.

Best pecan pie, delicious milk, raw honey, blue eggs, fresh veggies, best herbs, cinnamon loaf, fresh fish and meats and lots of wonderful dogs. Update: this farmers market ties for 1st place in NYC...Update 2022, still the best Farmers Market on earth!

Large farmer’s market with everything you would want. Plus, they have way more than just produce. Lots of vendors selling jewelry, unique items, and prepared foods. I really enjoyed my morning at this market.

Great options of food and beautiful flowers ? ... a great experience to get products barely seen in the supermarkets

Hands down the best triumph arch dedicated to the north winning the American civil war I've ever seen. 5 out of 5. Would go again.

Nice experience all around. Prices are higher than a supermarket but it’s all amazing local produce, meats, dairy, and breads ($20 for 4 apples, 4 peaches, 7 plums, and 2 apple cider donuts which were 2/$1). The King David Tacos cart is here and they’re great for breakfast, and they’re also here other days of the week. Also, vendors selling crafts, super cute… but it’s always busy so you gotta muster up patience for the long lines. And wear a mask, super crowded.

This market is awesome. Things are pricey maybe because it's from farm to table but, you can taste and smell the difference from what you get at your local supermarket. My favorite place is Cato Corner Farm their cheeses are the best. I spend most of my money here. Bring your cash or card and enjoy!

For anyone who loves a hearty bread made with wholesome grains, the Lost Bread Company is a dream come true. Their breads and savory/sweet treats are delightful taste explosions featuring ingenious bites of green olive dotted focaccia breads, one of my favorites, or the cherry spotted buckwheat loaf, also one of my favorites. Another one of my alltime favorites is their potato knish, a wholesome mini savory bun, full of toasty flavor infusions, and all vegan. The croissants are to die for, and I also love their granola. Go visit, you won’t regret this culinary adventure into Lost Bread Co., currently located as of June 2021, on the other side of the Arc.

All the fruit, bread, veggies and flowers one could ask for... along with a vendor selling 100% cotton masks..great price and amazing quality and fit!!!

IThis is an awesome place to buy fresh products. The products taste as fresh as reaping it from the backyard in .I think the pets is happy to. They are a bit pricey. But hey they have everything you need for some traditional homestyle cooking. good thing you only have to wait till the next Saturday. I love this farmer's ...

It is a wonderful community. Even if you don't buy anything, it is fun to browse and see what is happening. A nice way to start your walk in the park or end it or a spot to linger on the way to the library or the botanical gardens. There are also other stalls with lavender products, turkey, duck, fish, gluten free bread. They are always there every Saturday unless the weather is extremely bad and nothing can function (rarely).

Best year-round farmers market! Dog friendly ?

It's a great place to shop early on a Saturday morning while the air is fresh and clean. The produce is always good and the bread & jellies & jams are good as well. Oh you have to try the Turkey Sausages. Great for non red meat eaters goes well in all kinds of dishes.

A nice small market. Tons of fresh vegetables and fuits available. The quality is very good and prices are affordable. One should go early, as some things might be sold out after noon already.

It has everything in the summer! I do all my weekly shopping here. Highly recommended.

This is one huge social event surrounded by healthy food. It is always quite busy with food shoppers, tourists and local residents.

Love this Saturday market especially at this time of year. Great fruits and veggies, also meats and fish. Nice plants and cut flowers. Also a couple bread bakers are there and I always get a good loaf of bread. New season apples should be arriving soon. Farmers are generally from New Jersey and upstate New York and a couple from Connecticut. It's fun to chat with the producers and learn some thinks too. I love the cheese ladies and the milk in dairy bottles. The selection lately has been wonderful, and that should persist for a few more weeks as the season winds down by colder weather. The market does run all year but gets pretty sparse by January.
