Rude, rude, rude! The young Hispanic girl was very nasty to me and the other people that were there. If she doesn't like her job she should get another one. You work with the public who is already stressed out and no one needs her extra drama!

I flag down there parked tow truck on 9/1/2020 as I'm pushing my car to side of road solo, that truck takes off on me and leaves me helpless as I'm in distress. He then came back as I leave and within 10 minutes takes my car as I go for help. Yall should lend a helping hand before stealing cars I was going to pay either way , yall straight denied me help to come steal from me that's wrong and a crime. I would like a full refund, sometimes yall should take the losses for what yall do.

Got in a car accident same day my car got towed to the storage lot someone from the storage lot went inside my vehicle and searched all inside and took my snap on tools. I wonder what else they took that I don't know. They claim no one went near it but yet they moved it and went through all my stuff without permission. I never signed a paper for them to even remove any parts. Not to mention the so call manager doesn't have access to the recording cameras. Customer service are rude and don't know how to talk to customers. They where bribing me to leave my car there after I found out they stole my tools worth more than $250. Obviously they don't pay their employees enough that they have to steal tools from customers cars.

Had my truck towed by this company about a week ago and it was ram sacked by it’s employees. The two individuals who took my truck are responsible, no doubt about it. They watched me even take stuff out but I couldn’t take everything because time did not permit but they saw that I had a lot of stuff in my truck. Not only do they steal my money but also personal property as well. I’m a disable veteran who has worked hard for my stuff to have low life people just come take it. Management never even returned my call. The young lady who is at the counter is also very rude and could use some customer service skills. Car King Towing, if your employees steal from other people they will also steal from you! To the individuals who stole from me, I hope it was worth every penny, scum bags!

Literally a scam. Hours posted online on their website and on Google are 100% different than what is posted on their wall of the building. If they claim they are closed after hours ignore that and go pick up your vehicle anyway.

My car was towed to this lot after an accident per the Houston Police Department. When my insurance company tried to contact them so they could retrieve the car, no one picked up the phone for two whole days. They have finally gotten the car but the storage facility lost my car key. I'm afraid to find out what kind of shape my car is in after 10 days sitting in this lot. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED HERE! And I had to give this place one star so I could post a review.

My truck was stolen and HPD towed the vehicle to this storage and no one ever notified me. It sat is storage for almost a month. Honestly feel like I’ve been robbed twice. Staff was mean. Feels like a super shady place and I am going to follow up with HPD.

Disorganized!!! They will lose your keys and then blame you for never bringing them. The manager Marvin wouldn’t even pull up cameras to prove I left them. accused me that “It wasn’t there responsibility to keep track of my keys” HORRIBLE I had to pay $300 to get my keys replaced for keys I provided them.

Worst place ever. Poor customer service. Kathy is very disrespectful and rude. She started cursing at me because I knocked on her window. It’s business hours and you have the window shut I’m assuming your closed. She didn’t give me my change back or receipt. My car was there for only 2hrs and I paid $239.90. I also tried to make a complain on her, but she wouldn’t give me any information. Place is very shady.

They're crooks and loot you even for a penny. The bald mexican guy who works there in the night shift clearly said me that they don't have any connection with the one who towed my car. The tow man said its gonna be $175 to get the car but when I went there he charged me $300 to remove my car from the yard. They both had a prolong discussion inside & came to this conclusion. This is crazy business where they ripped you off in the emergency time too; they don't care if you're alive or dead & there's no one to get hold of them. Clearly, they are tow-mafia. I would give them 0 stars if there was an option.

I HAVE NOT HAD ANY TYPE OF EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY FYI! But, I had to put my thoughts out there. I just finished reading every review they have on here and literally there was TWO good reviews. The most recent one stating that the company is under new management. I REALLY hope this is the case and that things have changed. I am a prospective costumer, and after reading all the reviews there is no way that I would even consider giving these guys any of my business. It's one thing if there are a handful of negative reviews, cause frankly you just can't please everyone. But when you have this many reviews and they are all negative and they are all repeating the same issues, then there is truly a big problem. If this company has changed and you have experience with the new management PLEASE post your review so future people looking for a tow/storage company will have an idea of how things have changed. If you work for this company, may I suggest trying to interact with your customers on here with negative/positive reviews. By doing so it shows that you are concerned with how the customers are feeling about your company. It sounds like y'all have some serious rebuilding to do.

When you call them, a lady answers the phone so rudely. She sounds like a rude man..Storage. Soon as they tow your car ,they go through your car and steal anything valuable,plus what's underneath the hood. I wish this place would close down.

I am unhappy about the operation hours for this facility. I can't pick up my vehicle until Monday. Why would any officer recommend locations that ARE NOT a 24 hour facility. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Finally they have new management team for this place. great customer service over all & I hope so stay like that. Quick respond. No more waiting time. No more attitude. If you need any help always ask for Julie She is the best to help you out and take care of your situation with the professional way.

By far the WORST car storage facility not only do the change prices the will run down your battery so they can charge you additional 25 dollars then the will steal items out of your car. If you can avoid this place like the plague it should not even be called a business. They are Thieves and con artist.

They don’t know how to drive!! ? Would have gotten into an accident had I not slowed down when they cut me off! Morons!

If i vould rate this place 0 stars, I would!!. When my car was initially towed to their storage lot, i was given a rate of $167 plus $20 for that day, and $20 per day for every day after. Ok, understood When I call again later on the sane day, I was given a total of $230 by Omar. When i questioned Omar about the $50 mystery fee added, he gave me the run around and said all charges will be explained once I arrive. I continued to ask why the price changed he immediately discontented the call. Just hung up on me. They work closely with a collision place next to their business, and when i explained I wont be using them for repairs is when my price MYSTERIOUSLY goes up! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. In my opinion they are crooks and make things more difficult in an already difficult situation.

I would give this place 0 stars (or even negative stars) if I could. The police towed my vehicle here after a car accident where I was rear ended and that is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. The man helping me STOLE MY CAR KEY. I came to gather my belongings and he let me in, locked it, and kept the key. However, when my insurance company went to pick up my car, they claimed they didn't have the key. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I should be looking into a law suit. Now, my repairs are taking two more weeks to make an extra key. Run as far away as possible from this horrible business. I don’t understand how they’re still open - absolutely awful and dishonest human beings.

Terrible experience so far with Tidwell Auto storage. I contracted one of the wrecker drivers registered with this storage ,to pick up my car from Tidwell storage to a body shop, the wrecker ( Car King Towing with license plate Registration # T48-06J) delivered my car without the car keys. I called the storage multiple times for over a week now asking for my car key. When they managed to pick up, the lady will say she gave me the key, I asked her when? With all the cameras in their facility, then she changed and said she gave it to the wrecker. I called the cell number the wrecker gave me and the same lady picked up the phone and said she does not know the wrecker. I managed to get to their office today and gave the lady the towing truck information I have and they still told me they don’t know the wrecker. I don’t know what else to do as I do not have the keys to my car after paying so much money to get it out. It is obvious this storage enjoy delaying and frustrating people to give up their possessions.

This facility has given me one excuse after another to keep my vehicle there (charging me all the while). It has been there for 2 weeks now and the won't release it to the towing company I hired to move it to a body shop. This place is unhelpful and unprofessional and i give them the lowest rating i can.

Awful tried to trick me into signing my totaled car over to them, this guy literally covered the paper with his arm! I didn't wanna get into an argument with him so I just wrote a note at the bottom as to who I was signing the car over to....and I noticed the date was already typed in so I asked "what's today's date" left called about a block away and asked for a copy he says well I don't have it anymore, I stated I had just left and I do have a right to a copy correct.....i got the copy date was written in signature looked pasted....lucky me my adjuster had already told me to watch these guys they will try to have you sign the car to them and that would leave ME getting what's now a pile of junk fixed for not paying attention! Shame on them!

I would give negative stars if I could!!! Avoid this place !! They're tow truck driver didn't leave my key in the car when it was towed from an accident and now I'm out of pocket $500.00. Then it took them 4 hours plus to release my vehicle to the body shop that is now fixing my vehicle. Pure ignorance that is costing a consumer money!

My car was towed to this awful storage facility. When I called and asked about my car, they claimed they didn't have it!! The whole experience was absolutely awful. They harassed us horribly. Things are missing from my car and apparently the lady who was behind me in line had the same experience. These people are crooked and thieves. STAY AWAY.

I would give the facility three stars because of one employee that made a difference and Charles was helpful an honest unlike being in the front line who lies to you over the phone and lies to you in person and I'm sorry Cindy in person seems like a nice but her honesty is awful and customer service you don't sit there and you look in the system that your car was towed there and totaled to give an excuse that you gave me the wrong hours when the facility of storage is 24 hours exceptions of some days and holidays but to sit there and tell somebody you're only open Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and close on Saturdays and Sunday and walk up to the facility because you already found out they're open 24 hours and she doesn't recognize it was me on the phone to tell me oh yeah we're open on Saturdays that's just poor customer service and misleading and lying and it makes it seem like you're just trying to dig more deeper into the pocket to make money we all need money but we need to do it in a honestly and professional way so I can't put it all on the company or on one or two employees but when one employee comes out to make up for them I got to give that credit for them that maybe they have the wrong people for a advisory for customer service training because he made my day just being honest helpful and trying to show like he cared it's like everybody forgets the customer is always right and not necessarily I know there's people that are not understandable and rude but that doesn't mean you have to lose your professionalism and honesty you gotta be the better person even when the customer is wrong. I hope you are improved and I wish the best future for the company if I could I will only give half a star not even one but hopefully with this reviews they learn to bring up the right people to train others and I hope one of those people there could be Charles and in a lot of other places for cilities don't even help you get your stuff or as helpful as Charles was even have to sit there and help me but yet he did and got me a box to get my stuff even though I had stuff to put it in but he insisted and took care of the paperwork for me

worst place I have ever had to deal with.worst customer service .they never know if the car is there or not.the have to be one of the biggest scam artists I have ever seen. I work for a huge big money company and had big problems before.and now it's even a worst experience because a friend's car got messed up and was towed there witch I was hoping would never happen again but it did.we have lawyers involved and are trying to get things straight but it's going to take awhile because the way they run there business. please don't go there or trust them

Tidwell Storage is not the place you want your car towed to. After a wreck my car was taken here. The following day we spent over 3 hours just trying to get them to let us in to retrieve items out of the car. We had to involve an officer to get them to corporate. We later drove the 7 hours to pick up our vehicle only to spend the entire day getting a run around on why we couldn't pick it up. After involving the authorities we were finally able to leave with our vehicle. Shame on you for your poor customer service and lack there of!!

Worst place EVER!! If you get your car towed to this lot be prepared to pay more than you think. Rude people and very poor service. (hidden fees) and they will also damage your car with a forklift by dragging it around there lot. They will run your battery down and charge you a $25 fee to jump start your car. if your car ends up at this storage yard like mines did, I Really Really feel sorry for you!!
