Worst customer service ever! The entire staff is very rude!!

The wait was 10 minutes at most to get loaded up. The parking where you get loaded is a bit rough and can use some attention. But overall my experience picking up my vehicles at the this location have been good. However, if you decide to get off and walk in the front office. Good luck! We all have bad days but dang! When you have a person talking to you like you are an idiot. It is hard to sit there and hear them speak lol then they get offended if you walk away or talk back with an attitude. The manager and general manager jumped in after I asked to speak to someone with more brains. I was then asked to leave by three other incompetent staff and was told my account was going to get suspended. I typically never write reviews but these people need to find a different job. When you work as custom service representative. Your job is to help the customer no matter what. Have a good day Felipe. All I needed was the keys to the car I picked up lol simple task.

I’m a buyer that has transporters that pull for me I don’t appreciate it that it takes 3 hours or more just to pickup cars. They have a guy watching the gate I don’t know for what Hire more drivers to get trucks out sooner places close to drop off. Only 2 forklift drivers pulling out for transporters is ridiculous I don’t have to wait for my cars to be delivered for extended amount of time I’ll take my business elsewhere if this keeps on going this way there’s plenty of other auctions dealers can buy from!

Terrible service! Their own employees can’t help you. Each person tells you something different and they don’t know their own policies and procedures. Just know that Copart figures out a way to charge you for anything at anytime. They hide as much damage as possible on the vehicles they offer for sale.

Terrible service from Copart Delivery. Even though they had a flatbed tow truck, they brought my car incorrectly hooked, rolling on two wheels while the other two were lifted, and they kept it running for over an hour and a half with a flat tire, causing further damage to the vehicle. I also clearly noted that the title should be delivered; I even called the driver and he confirmed he had it, but when he arrived, he said he didn’t. Awful service, definitely not recommended.

It's the worst copart in the United States I been hauling cars for 14 years and never seen nothing like this I have a safety shirt on neon yellow fork lift guy comes and says I need a vest 🦺 that his going to get me one well he bring a kids vest long story short I don't argue but know a jeep compass he wants to load me on the head rack of the truck with the engine facing front because they can't load me the other way because of safety and what happens when I hit a bridge that's not safety if I was to give an advice I'll change management that are not doing not to improve that place and I have the employees take a costumer service course because customer service comes before anything and respect it's sad that this place hace 2 Stars

This is an insurance tow lot. They were very careful with our vehicle!! They took all of the valuables from the vehicle and stowed them away in a very safe place!! There was not a single piece of valuables lost!! They are very easy to work with and had a great team helping us every step of the way!!

DO NOT let your insurance bring your vehicle to this place if there is a possibility it could be fixed. These people are FILTHY, don’t take care of anything, mess up peoples windshields due to writing on it and use your vehicle as their trash can.

Unauthorized Tow, Stolen Property, and Unresponsive Management I'm giving Copart] one star due to a series of unacceptable events. They towed my truck without authorization, and during the tow, some of my belongings were removed from the vehicle and stolen. While they did manage to recover some items, irreplaceable veteran military gear with sentimental value is still missing. To make matters worse, their onsite adjuster improperly authorized the tow, and the onsite manager was unhelpful and dismissive. I've been trying to contact a manager and obtain their general liability insurance information for months, but my requests have been ignored. This complete disregard for my property and rights is unacceptable. I've filed a complaint with TDLR and hope for a thorough investigation and appropriate action taken against this company.

They allow sellers to commit fraud at their auctions by clearing codes , misrepresenting the vehicle and listing the damages on the vehicle incorrectly. They sell cars with blown motors that clearly are idling rough , smoking and not running right as normal wear or minor dents and scratches instead of mechanical damages. Every listing at this location , is taken and made to misrepresent the vehicle and make it look as good in shape as possible. Do better copart

The indifference displayed by this company borders on heartlessness, revealing a staggering lack of concern for both customer satisfaction and mental health. How is it acceptable for you to hold onto my hard-earned money for over 50 days without any resolution? Your decision to relist my vehicle on 10/28/2024, changing the LOT number from 67904474 to 77535914. Despite assurances from your staff that the refund process would take a week as at 11/11/ we spoke with your customer service, and that timeline has evaporated without a trace, leaving me in limbo. According to your policy, I am supposed to receive my funds within 30 days of relisting, which means by or before 11/29/2024. I have meticulously recorded all communications (Voice), and I plan to present all communications when needed and if no refund. It is incredibly frustrating to navigate this situation, especially when it feels like my concerns are falling on deaf ears. If your company is unwilling to engage with the intermediary and instead prefers to prolong this ordeal, why not simply refund my money? This unnecessary delay only serves to exacerbate the distress I am experiencing, bordering on financial malpractice. Such actions feel like formal stealing, and it is disheartening to realize how little regard you seem to have for the impact of your decisions on your customers' mental well-being. Time is running out, and I expect a resolution to this matter without further delay.

So I won a bid here and got the car delivered the drive never bought the paper work with it so I have to go pick it up or email them so I went to pick it up I spoke to a lady said you don’t have to wait to pick up the paper work since it’s our team fault but I got here made me wait 50min and the customer service oh boy these people don’t wanna work here. Whoever hire these fool here please check on them if they even wann work here I don’t know if the company treating them bad or what but feels like they don’t want this job if I was there, Manager, I would fire everyone working here

No greeting area, no bathroom or refreshment area. Long waiting, outside windows and take a number??? The guys in the yard are clueless. I could go on. But what's the point. Hopefully I never get another delivery here!

I was in and out in less than an hour! Andre and John were really helpful with getting my plates and the mileage from my vehicle. Everyone was so professional- Keep up the great work!

They charge Storage fees even when they don’t have appointments. I’m starting to think they do this on purpose. $30-40 per car in storage fees for a car I can’t pick up because they’re backed up on appointments. #BoycottCOPART

Getting charged storage fees for cars that have no appointments days available within the 3 day timeframe. I love Copart and spend over 300k a year, IAAI doesn’t even charge this much in fees. I’ll just have to transfer over to another auction because this is outrageous

I Buy a truck at the auction, 3 drivers trying to pick up my truck. There is no appointment for 1 week and now I'm getting charged a Storage fees After a week finally got a appointment in Drive at the yard from 10 and can't get loaded It seems to me copart is trying to get more money for storage This is illegal. Charging money, but will not release the trucks or cars.

There is a hespanic lady in the front desk, super rude, she is acting like a robot speeking with you very rudely like you are begging her and shes doing a life favor!! She is simply POS.. I hate this site, all staff are lazy and got nothing to do but acting like a white house staff....

This company is awful. They are scam artists. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! As a new member they charged me $199 + a $400 deposit that foes not gp towards your vehicle purchases. When you win a bid they charge you $1100 in extra charges or more depending on the price of the vehicle. After winning a bid they also shut down my account and sent an email with no explanation. They told me I had to verify my address and that I would be charged late and storage fees although they asked me for verification after my purchase. Most of the employees are rude and expect to get hung up on several times. Worst decision I ever made going with this company.

Worst copart in usa. Made appoiment by 1 oclock been here before, they said i have to wait until my appointment. I wait and be here until 2:30 and still waiting to be loaded.

We had a car that needed to be rehoused. It was a ‘97 and still ran, but needed some work so we decided it was time to replace it. My husband called Cash For Cars, and they sent us to Copart. This company is VERY unprofessional. They scheduled a pick up for Friday between 1-5. My husband doesn’t get home from work until around 5:15, so he decided to work from home that day. Nobody showed up, and nobody called. When he tried to call at 5, they were already closed. Since they are also closed on weekends, he had to wait until Monday to call. He was not given a reason as to why nobody came or bothered to call. Only told that they would come the following Friday between 1-5… Friday came and at 4:00 PM, he hadn’t heard anything. He called the business and we were told someone was PROBABLY on the way, but if they don’t make it, they’ll come Monday. I explained to the woman that they were supposed to come the previous Friday and nobody showed up or bothered to call. My husband can’t keep taking days off to wait around for nobody, and we need this car out of our driveway. She said the only thing she could do was call the tow truck driver. I said, yes, do that. She called him and told me that he was coming from Beaumont so it would take time, but he’s coming. Then the tow truck driver called my husband to let him know he’d be at our house around 6:30 PM. We had dinner, and realized that it was 7:17, and hadn’t heard from the guy. My husband called him. He said he was still coming, but was in Channelview. We didn’t hear anything else from the guy by the time we went to bed at 11:00. My husband called another company on Saturday, and they came and got it the same day. In defense of the tow truck driver, I DO appreciate that he reached out to my husband on Saturday evening (after the car was already gone) to tell him that he had to call it a night because he ran out of hours. It would’ve been great to know he wasn’t coming on Friday night though, but at least he had the decency to call the next day. I would NOT recommend this company and I’m glad they didn’t end up coming to get the car after reading reviews about how people were scammed. Save your time and call someone else.

This place is terrible! We had our RV breakdown while on vacation, and it was towed to Copart for storage. The cost to repair the RV and get it towed back to our home state ended up being too much, so we agreed to sell them it for a fraction of its value. They were to send us the money in the mail within 2 weeks, but the check never was sent. I have called the place 12 times, and been put on hold each time, and while on hold they hang up on me. They stole our RV and all of its contents. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Negative 100. These people are the rudest straight outta the gate! Signage is inadequate, I had to lock my rear end just to get out of these huge holes. I would choose another "more reputable", and more professional company to do business with. When you ask them a question, they immediately get an attitude. I'll be making the recommendation to my company owner that we not do anymore business here.

They deserve - 5 stars, lack of consciousness about other's people time. They are strict on their "safety" requirements but their roads are in bad shape, the guy at the window doesn't really help you, just send you back to your truck and waste YOUR time against your will. I will never come back here. First and last experience in this hole
