I gave them a call in the evening and they did an amazing job towing our fire truck back to the station. A super quick response also made the experience even better. I will definitely be using them again in the future. And their rates are very good.

We had a problem with our 36 ft 5th wheel on I610S on Monday Dec. 9 about 12 noon. A trucker honked and shouted tires!! My husband looked back and smoke was billowing out from the camper around the tires. We were able to limp to the Meyerland Plaza parking lot. After our roadside assistance company had contacted 4 wrecker companies and they didn’t have units large enough for our camper, Bingo, they got ahold of CRB wrecking!!! Almost 9 hours later after the incident happened, here comes 3 huge wreckers with Rolando, Freddy, Julio, Rey and Rod!!! One of the trucks was pulling a humongous lowboy like trailer!! They got the camper onto the big lowboy trailer!! They chained it down and hauled it all the way to our house in Santa Fe!!!! CRB Towing to the rescue!!! Thank you guys for taking such amazing care of us!!! These guys are such amazing fellas!!! Praying, that nothing like this ever happens again!! But, if it does we’ll call CRB Towing for sure!!!

These guys are excellent and fast, done in sameday. They delivered and installed my trailer from a box when I imported it to a towable trailer in the same day with very reasonable price. The best mechanic in houston. Give them a call and you will see.

Henry Castro came to our repo lot to pick up some fork lifts and was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. He started off by complaining that our lot is gated and closed, we are a repo lot! Of course we are gated and secured. He pushed our intercom button and I let him know someone would be with him in a minute, a literal minute later he pushed the intercom again and stated that it had been a minute and how much longer were we going to be. He was told if he didn't have the patients to wait he was more then welcome to leave. He then attempted to pull into our lot with his 18 wheeler truck after being told via email and in person that we do not allow trucks of that size on our lot for liability reasons and then proceeded to argue as to how he knows what he is doing. He assumed this interaction was personal and argued how it was "interesting" that we wouldn't allow the large truck onto our lot even though there was a guidelines email sent when the appointment was made. His behavior and manner was uncalled for and unprofessional. I would never do business with him by choice.

We had an awesome experience with CRB Towing as they recovered our equipment which allowed us to be back on the road the very next day. Stranded in Houston broke down under a load. I called CRB towing and they were very reasonable on the rates and friendly from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the service they provided! If you are in trucking long enough, you too will break down. If you are in the Houston area call CRB you won’t be disappointed. As a side note I will also add that CRB told me about a reasonable rate repair shop that also does good work at reasonable rates. Yes CBR is a good choice…. In more ways than one.

We called CRB Towing after being rear ended on the freeway. They responded quickly and had a good price. Our driver Roland was great to wait while I got an Uber for my in-laws. Thanks!

I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciate all of the hard work that went into getting my almost 40 ft RV loaded onto a lo-boy trailer and towed for me. Renee in the office was kind and helpful when it came to payment time. Simon, Omar and Ronaldo worked diligently to rescue my RV and get it loaded. It was almost 100° outside and the guys never lost their smile or their laughter and they shared their icy cold water with me. They made my frustrating emergency less frustrating and easier for me. So much so that at the end of the job I personally thanked each of them.
I should add that their pricing was very competitive and fair.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of towing assistance.

Rene and Merlin were life savers today! After a dozen wreckers turned us down, Merlin was able to skillfully tow my parents’ 42 foot coach to the repair shop, without incident. He sweat hours in the sun to ensure all was hooked up properly. No fuss, no complaints. Absolutely recommend this company!

CRB was great. my 28ft motorhome overheated. crb came to the rescue. monté showed up, immediately towed me out of harm's way, then set up for longer towing, but weekend hours at mechanics were short. crb towed me back to their lot, offered me and my 2 passengers the opportunity to stay in their lot fire the weekend though we elected to move to hotel... then drove us there! i hope i never have road trouble again, but if i do... i will call crb. ps they are also taking steps to assist with roadside assistance through my insurance company. good team, good folks.

I can’t recommend this group enough! My vehicle broke down and these guys accepted the tow request through my insurance. Immediately after my insurance said a tow company was approved, Rene called me and requested information about the vehicle beyond what the insurance relayed. He was extremely sympathetic to my situation and assured me my vehicle would be in good hands. He communicated with me via text and calls regularly. His guys arrived and took good care to load my vehicle up, stopping and making adjustments until it was securely ready to move. Issues with my drop off site came up mid tow and Rene suggested they take it to his secure yard. I had no where else to take it as it was late so agreed. The next morning Rene sent me pictures of the vehicle safe and secure. It ended up there longer than expected but Rene assured me it was fine and not to feel rushed. He continued to send me photos and texts regularly. We had mechanics come to look at damage and put together estimates and he was always helpful to them and communicating with me. Rene, took care of everything. We couldn’t have been in better hands from start to finish. He made the whole ordeal easier for us to manage. He followed up with me afterwards to confirm everything went well. He genuinely cared and wanted us to have a good experience with CRB Towing. Thank you Rene and CRB Towing!

Towed our RV from the side of the 610 bypass in Houston and then to Mission Texas and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very Professional and Friendly…communicated well between the Dispatcher Rene and the Driver Freddy. Made sure my semi was totally safe and secure for the haul and showed his Professional Driver skills on some tight roads to the mechanic shop. Definitely would call them again if needed (hopefully not) and would refer to anyone if asked.

The drivers Omar & Merlin were very helpful and courteous. Omar kept a good attitude even as the storage yard held him up, while trying to steal the tow job from him. And to insure safety they switched between a medium duty truck to a wreaker with no out of pocket cost (thanks to Good Sam). And it was amazing to watch Merlin maneuver the trucks into the tight parking area at the service center. The dispatch was very assuring and made my bad day a little more bearable. These guys responded quickly, arrived fast and got my truck to the shop in enough time to start the repairs on my truck. The shop my truck was being repaired had no room for my trailer CRB promptly provided a solution by providing a storage space for my trailer . The tow driver was courteous,friendly and very helpful

They were very fast on the scene. I was broke down with an oversized load weighing 180k to 200k and they were not afraid to help. Their driver Freddy showed up and knew exactly what he was doing. He got my truck hooked up fast and safe. Rene was there to help get the oversized load back to safety as well as the owner rolando. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my load was moved to safety and the truck was then taken to the truck shop. I would give them a 100 if it was an option. My experience with CRB Towing was fantastic! They were able to have my broken down truck hooked up and on my way to the shop within the hour. Rodney was the tow truck operator and he provided the best customer service. He was also friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend CRB for all your heavy equipment towing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about CRB Towing. We were stranded off I10 in a 38 ft motorhome. Three tow companies had been called and none of the three were able to tow us. It had been hours and I was in tears. We were finally contacted by Rene of CRB. He assured us they could handle the tow and would be there promptly. And they were. Freddy, Josue and Renaldo arrived and immediately set to work. They knew exactly what needed to happen to prevent damage to our Dutch Star. Polite, professional and dedicated to getting it right. CRB Towing is a top notch company! They were super helpful with getting our company box trailer moved from one jobsite to another. They were incredibly fair with pricing even though there were a few hiccups on my end. Had a major break down on my 40 foot motor home and required a heavy duty tow from the RV park to a service facility. Rolando and Omar, with CRB Towing arrived on scene and handled everything in a very courteous, efficient and professional manner. CRB came our rescue after a breakdown of our 40’ RV. The drivers Freddy & Reynaldo were knowledgeable and courteous.
