Called for a simple tow quote for a bulkhead semi, no accident, no ditch, no recovery just a short 7-mile tow.

Was quoted $850, which is completely unreasonable for the distance and situation. I understand emergency pricing and commercial rates, but this felt like pure price-gouging because the truck was disabled.

I ended up safely limping the truck to a nearby shop myself and avoided the tow altogether. Other mechanics I spoke with confirmed the quote was extremely high for what was requested.

Truckers already deal with enough stress when broken down companies that take advantage of that situation should be avoided. Get multiple quotes before calling this place.

Very good experience after waiting for insurance roadside assistance for two hours. Gave up on them, called Jr Guevara and he gave a quote over the phone and was there in 15 mins.
