I’m very happy with their service! Took me in right away! Very friendly and helpful! They did the oil change and changed the filter! I honestly think that is worth the price for the service! And I got an air freshener :)
I called them in the off chance they would do a pre-purchase inspection and work with the sales person at Houston CDJR. I was not able to make the drive to the area and hoped they could work it out. I spoke to Mike who was extremely cool and professional. We managed to get the sales person to take the care in and I am sooooo happy it all worked out. The Jeep was in pretty bad shape. Outside of looking clean and pretty, she was full of rust and leaks. Within a couple of hours, they'd sent me a report and Sal walked me through the issues over the phone. I paid online and that was it. Everything in life should be this easy.
Very professional and strive to make it right. My repair wasn’t quite finished but they stopped everything to make sure it was complete before I left. The team went beyond and cleaned coolant underneath car which wasn’t a part of my repair. Thanks!
Came in to get my bushings pressed into my lower control arms and Michael was so helpful. He went above and beyond in trying to help me find a part when he didn't have to and then he offered a good price. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Multiple occasions I’ve had my wife’s car and even my car serviced here and repaired for various issues on our vehicle and every single time they have delivered spectacular results! Gotta give a lot of credit to Sal and Michael as they recommend repairs and try to work with people on a budget. Pricing is fair to sometimes under expectations and if there is ever something that is questionable they’ll explain it thoroughly before you make the decision. There was even a time where my wife’s engine crapped out, and they recommended that work be done other than their shop as it potentially was covered by warranty.

We had a couple of pre-purchase inspections performed at Jersey Village. They were friendly, knowledge, and very professional. They saved us from making a couple of purchasing mistakes.
I recently bought my used '25 Camry from Joe Myers Pre-owned and wanted to get an independent inspection from this trustworthy shop. They found an alignment issue not stated in the carfax history from the dealership. I brought the shop's findings on a hard copy and showed it to Joe Myer's service department. Due to JV shop's due diligence and thorough inspection, I was able to get my car's rear wheels aligned properly and without extra charge. Will bring my car back for any servicing!
I took my old 2004 honda pilot in for an oil pan issue and they discovered a tangled mass of oil issues including the oil pump and the various gaskets in and around it. It was involved and expensive but Michael and the crew are professional and very diligent to keep the cost and time down as much as possible. Michael is pleasant, honest, transparent, and explains the issue and the repair in a way that someone can understand. My car was ready the next day and they even came in under the estimate AFTER it was discovered that some extra parts would be needed. Their rates are slightly above cut rate shops but their professionalism and consistent quality work justifies it. And they are lower than many shops. Ive been coming to them for 5 years and always leave with a good repair and a good feeling.
Came to this shop on a whim and they got my Maserati fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable experts for all types of cars, would recommend even if you’re living in the other side of town!

I caught a bad sale (Lemon), drove to Houston from nashville, and found I had to replace a transmission and brake pads. Despite a pressing need to find parts and get back on the road, the shop crew worked diligently and continuous to get me serviced properly.
It was 8:00pm when I finally picked up my Wrangler (2 hiurs past closing). I want to thank Michael and the crew for understanding my immense stress and struggle with this vehicle. Not only did they repair many "unknowns", they stayed very late to accommodate me. No other shop would do this.
The team exceeded all expectations, and has truly shown that there are still honorable and trustworthy mechanics in this world, who focus on customer service rather than high costs and "making a buck".

Jersey Village Automotive provided excellent service!They replaced the entire AC system on our Mercedes ML 350, explaining exactly why it was necessary. They kept the car overnight and had it ready the next day, blowing ice cold. They even stayed open late to help us out. Cost Efficient. Highly recommended!
I believe this to be the best auto shop in Houston. Fair prices, excellent service, can handle everything from an oil change or inspection to replacing motor and transmission. They communicate well. They do nothing without explicit permission. They’re all around good people. Highly recommended. If you’re within an hour or two of the location you shouldn’t take your vehicle anywhere else.
