This place is amazing!!! Very personal and professional!!! We take all our family cars here and they're fast and reasonable. All day is the largest and trust worthy parts place in southwest! They didn't have the part I needed but Basel helped me in getting the part by ordering it from another parts place.

Unless you enjoy giving away your money. “STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I found a vehicle part online and contacted Allday Auto to confirm it was available. They assured me it was and provided a price that included shipping. I paid the agreed amount and waited for a tracking number, but it never came. When I reached out, they informed me the price had changed, and I would need to pay more for shipping. Frustrated, I reminded them this was not our agreement. They claimed the part exceeded weight expectations and demanded an additional $50-$100. After this, they stopped responding to my messages and calls entirely. They have my money, and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. If the roles were reversed, I would likely be facing criminal charges for such behavior!” The original purchase was on Friday 1/10/25. Today is Wednesday 1/15/25 and after calling from a different phone number I was told; “I was too busy to call you. Ask your bank for a refund.” YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!

Worst service I’ve ever received, purchased a transmission through them and had it installed, when I dropped my car off they told me it would be 2-3 days, it was 2 weeks. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they couldnt find the keys (they were left in the vehicle! ) the guy finally got in and turned the car on (push to start) and decided the keys are somewhere in here it started she can find them & proceeded to pull my car to the exit as if to say just get in and go, I opened the car door to look for keys and my car was FILTHY!! The guy argued with me on whether or not he would have someone clean it, told me the cleaning person left for the day and I could leave it another day and pick it up tomorrow after it gets cleaned, no!! I drove an hour and a half here because you said it’s ready, someone’s going to clean it. I also dropped it off after filling it up and received it back on e, the whole hour and a half drive home I was thinking something wasn’t right, my brother who is also a mechanic has taken the car apart himself to look at everything & MULTIPLE parts were put on wrong, not tightened properly, replaced with bad parts (he took it apart to inspect before dropping it off) etc. do not waste your time here, and if you do DONT pay in full like I did until you’ve seen your car yourself and at least gotten to test drive it, I spent $2200 just to watch it go down the drain because they don’t know what they’re doing. And if you’re a woman, don’t go here without a man because I’m confident if I was a man I would’ve NEVER been treated this way, when I told him my brother was a mechanic he seemed terrified. Waste of time & money!

Stay away!!!! stay away !!!!!do not come & waste your time !! stay away I call in for a seatbelt. They said yes we have it. We agree about the price. I drove an hour. I arrived. Let them know they want to pick up the parts. Then he comes after 30 minutes said sorry we have it? three different cars. We inspect all three and all are not working !!! so they list the car with damaged seat belt so you can drive in waste time and waited 30 minutes to get it open and at the end he come and tell you, sorry This is not a good business

The treatment was correct, but through the computer they found the piece, they made me wait because they were going to dismantle it, and at that moment the person who attended me showed up saying that they had already removed it and I was waiting for more than half an hour, I consider it disrespectful

I had a car accident two weeks ago; It was an insurance claim. Someone recomended Allday Auto Parts & Body and they did an excellent job on my 4 runner! The results were perfect! The owner, Mr. Basel, and his crew were very professional and very helpful. They finished my car on the time! I'm very happy and I highly recomend them to everyone. I have had worst customer service, I have been texting them for a while ago and no one is helping me out. The item is delayed 3 business days and when I contact them, they don’t answer. Once i got the bumper, it’s totally different then described and I have to return it now, and I have the pay the shipping back. Never had any experience worse than this.

Basel and his qualified and courteous team did miraculous body and paint work on my QX80. Several panels repaired with perfectly matched and blended metallic paint + clear coat. The speedy process resulted in finished work that exceeded my expectation and was priced far less than big name auto body shops would quote. Basel is one of the business owners, he personally coordinated my repair, and introduced me to his Artisan Lead Painter. I met about 1/2 dozen employees during quote, drop off and pick up...all were high energy, friendly, and passionate about delivering my complete satisfaction for a job well done. I'm delighted to say Basel and his team delivered as promised. Please bring him your auto body work and reward his team by helping his business grow; they absolutely deserve it. BTW, I was referred to Basel and Allday Auto Parts by his friend Hassan who works at Danny's Auto Service on Chimney Rock...Danny's is another car repair business that is run like a business should be run by professionals that are passionate about delivering great work to cultivate lifelong customers while growing referrals from appreciative clients like me.

I appreciate the kind phone greeting at 5pm. "Good afternoon!" Unfortunately, as simple as it may sound, is rare even in person at a store. Though the part I need is not in stock here, the gentleman quickly searched and told me the only place that has my item! He even explained a few things to me about part and OME numbers I was confused about. THANKS AGAIN SIR!

I had All Day replace my windshield and repair body work on my Santa Fe Sport. They took about 5 days to complete the repairs and did excellent work. They were able to repair a huge scratch on the door without repainting the entire panel. The paint was blended perfectly and even knowing where the scratch used to be I could not spot the repaired area. That was over three years ago and still that area of the car looks just like the rest of the factory paint. Great service, great price, great results.

Great people, great service, great prices! After calling about 20 other salvage yards, this was the first place that was polite, eager to help, and could speak clearly. They checked on the parts I needed and even text me a picture to be sure it's what I needed before I drove over there. They gave me a great price on my parts and then even helped me load them up into my car. The front office was clean and even had the American flag and Texas flag proudly displayed on the wall. I will recommend All Day Auto Parts to all of my friends. They will now be the first place I go for now on.

Avoid this place at all cost, they sell bad defective items. Sold me a lower control arm and by the time I installed, I realized the rubber was damaged and item was unusable and the only way I can return was if I has a reciept . Couldn't find my reciept and the refused even though the item was clearly marked by them. Go somewhere else.

This has to be the cleanest salvage yard I've ever been to. From what I've seen they take care of their parts just as well. Also, the staff is polite and helpful. You don't get that in every junk yard. I'm definitely coming back here next time I need something!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! SCAMMERS!! If you buy from these guys after reading the reviews then you deserve to get ripped off. Do not even think for one minute that you can trust these jokers. They sold our company a radio for $125 and when installed the radio was found defective, we double checked everything to make sure it wasn't wiring or an amplifier, and had a professional audio shop tell us the radio itself was defective. We shipped it back at our expense and they refused to refund us. We spent over $30 in shipping fees, and the nasty man who answered said they will not give us a dime back, and then said go to hell and hung up! I ordered another radio from a real salvage yard, had it installed and it worked fine. These guys do not know how to run an honest business, an they probably don't get a lot of repeat business because of how they treat people, and hopefully they will be out of business soon. If they scam you just call your credit card company or bank and dispute the charge, don't let them keep your money! You can also report them to the State's Attorney General Office, and Better Business Bureau, I AM!!
