Absolutely amazing service!! I needed help with my car because the air was blowing hot only, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing so I went into the store and was met with the most amazing hospitality from the store manager Freddy V. He helped me find what I needed and talked to me about my car I couldn’t have asked for better service he was such an angel!! If I could give more stars I would he was great such a pleasure.
Duy is a great guy. He went above and beyond while helping me. He didn’t just solve my problem, but he gave me suggestions on steps to take to prevent future issues with my car.

The service I receive today Tony M was very pleasant. He took the time to explain about the points every time you go over $20 the points and what you receive back as well as time to honor my request for a test .He was very pleasant compared to the gentleman on my side of town.

There were two guys that helped me with my battery because my car would not start in my battery red, but it was Bad condition. The gentlemen were so nice and helped me by replacing the old battery with a new one.

I sat outside for 20 minutes prior to them opening at 7:30. At 7:37 they come to the door and state they’re not opening up yet due to closing issues. Common courtesy would’ve been nice to inform someone I just wasted 30 minutes.
I came in because my check engine light came on. I was greeted by Tony (autozone employee). He was able to test my engine and provided me with the code for why the light came on. He was very polite, friendly, understanding and hardworking. Thank you Tony for the great customer service. I will definitely come back.
George helped me out by changing my battery, I went to the location on Seaford dr and the manager checked my battery and said it was fine after I told him my car would start. He asked me, do you have the Chek engine light on? I said no. And he said, then we can't check it, so I asked again , can you please just try cause my car won't start, and he came out to check in a bad mood and still told me the battery is fine. So I got ? and left. Came here and asked George to check and it and he was so kind to do it and guess what, IT WAS THE BATTERY !! he was nice to change it even tho is freaking hot outside. Definitely recommended people to come see him.

My battery was on the verge of exploding and smelled like rotten eggs. CJ was very helpful in replacing it and educating me on the correct type of battery my car should be using to avoid this issue in the future.
Freddy was the man he really saved the day helped us install a new battery made sure we were taken care of and situated and that our needs were met to the best of his capabilities.
