Today I busted an airbag on my 48 foot flatbed trailer. I called 2 local shops and got no answer. I called Texans Crown Towing. They said $525 to come out. I gave them the part number. Over an hour later Amplified Diesel came out. He did a great job when he finished I left. He changed both front axle airbags. Later Texans Crown Towing charged me another $1000. So this whole thing cost me $1500. I called TXT to inquire as to if that was correct. They said it was. I should’ve crimped the airline and drove it home. It would’ve cost me maybe half that to get it fixed. That is completely outrageous. Amplified Diesel did a great job but TCT ripped me off. I would not recommend them to anyone needing help.

In April, a scheduled pick-up was cancelled by your driver. I was instructed at that time to call in order to receive a refund. During the call, I was directed to send an email to initiate the refund process. I promptly followed these instructions. Since then, I have made multiple follow-up calls and sent several emails. I was repeatedly assured that my refund would be processed. However, to date, I have neither received the refund nor any further communication from your team. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. This lack of response and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. As a result, my next course of action will be to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and pursue a claim in small claims court, if necessary. I urge you to resolve this matter immediately by issuing my refund and providing written confirmation of the transaction.
