Alex, help me to pick up my car excellent service

My work van broke down on me late last night. This was my first experience calling for a tow or even having a vehicle break down on me. Alex and his son were very helpful and got to me within 10 minutes of calling. They were very knowledgeable, very efficient and most importantly very helpful. They knew a shop close by to tow my van too and even sent pictures of it being dropped off. I couldn’t recommend a better tow service!

Alex came through for me!! It was 5:55pm and my tire blew on 610 exiting westheimer. Most of the tire places were closing except Firestone which stays open until 7pm. Alex met me within 12 minutes of me calling him…12 minutes during rush hour traffic!! He got me and my car to Firestone right before they closed and was sooo extremely nice. I recommend him to Everyone, Great service!!

It was one of the best services that I’ve experienced with a towing car. The guy was so nice and honest. The service was super fast as well. And I’m pretty happy with it.

I had a great experience with Alex from Best One Towing Service. He was prompt, cordial, and very friendly from the first moment we connected. Coordinating the pickup from the roadside to the tire shop was completely seamless — he made a stressful situation feel simple. He communicated clearly via text, which made things easy, and even accepted Zelle for payment, which was super convenient. Highly recommend his services if you ever find yourself in a pinch!

Broke down on yesterday on the side of the road, called Alex and he came to me within 15 minutes, he was fast and got me to the dealership in no time. Definitely recommend to anyone
