Mila's towing did an excellent job! My daughter's car needed towing to the dealership due to brake issues. Called to notify of towing needs. He asked for location, told me ETA of arrival and gave me a quote on the phone. He arrived right on time, was professional and friendly. Got the car towed with no problem. Quick, friendly service. Service was great. We dropped it off at the tire shop. The tire shop was closed, so the driver took time to discuss with me where might be the safest spot for an overnight stay.
Then the driver even took me home!. But that was only another mile, so that might not be viable for every situation.
I paid about 10% more than my last tow a couple years ago with a different company, but factoring in inflation that's not unreasonable.
My mechanic recommended Ali and he came to the rescue as fast as he said he would. His prices are reasonable. When it turned out that my car could start, he asked me what I wanted to do. I could try to drive the car to my mechanic and risk it dying on the way, or he could tow it for me. No pressure, just gave me time to consider and decide. I went ahead and had him tow the car for safe measure. Ali is fair, fast, and reliable. Can’t ask for more in a towing service.
My car died near i-59 and my phone battery was at 4%! AAA didn’t answer in time so I called MILA and was freaking out. They showed up within minutes and got me towed

Very nice and came quickly very very helpful we even tried to boost the car before towing. Also very affordable I appreciate them not having me outside for 3 to 4 hours.. I was truly blessed to come across this tow company.

Asked for a company to tow my car from my mechanic shop... They recommended Mila Towing. Call them he asked me for my address call ma gave me a quote and I asked him if he could text me when he would come. I get a text I'll be there in 30 minutes he was not just on time but a few minutes early personable friendly and I was done and all of 7 minutes!!!! He has that nice Big bed toe Where your car sits on top and it's not being dragged around the city And I like that!!! Def kept his info for future and if any family or friends need!!!! A+

Ali made this stressful experience easy for me.. this was my first time needing to call a tow truck and he answered all my questions and managed to find the location I gave him with a breeze. He quoted me a time and managed to get there promptly along with a fair price given the distance. I will definitely recommend anyone who may need a tow to contact him as he is very respectful and communicative with every call that was made in order to get to the location that was given.
My experience today was really good. From beginning to end, Mr. Ali showed up on time and dropped my car off. Even after dropping my car off to its destination, Mr. Ali communicated with me that the company did not have any information. I was able to take care of it right then and there, while telling me everything was taken care of. I would recommend this company and Mr. Ali.
Must I say I was In the craziest situation being stuck in a 20 foot u haul at the craziest angle 3 people came and saw it and all said 450+ I called to Mila before he even got there he said 125$ if I wasn’t moving I definitely tipped him. If your in a situation please call they will get you out of it quickly without a hesitation
