I actually gave this establishment a score higher than it deserves.
If you find yourself needing anything from the shop, leave immediately and find another business more reputable and honest. If you look around, they have red flags of how they will not help you if you have any issue with anything you purchased with them. If you see the sign posted above the register, it explains if you had the receipt and you return it within 10 days of the original purchase, they will return it. What is not said is you only get store credit and it’s according to whoever sold you the part if you get your money back

I recently contacted Pickup Parts American Auto & Truck Parts to get parts for my Ford F-150, and I had a great experience. Julio was extremely helpful, had a great attitude, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They also speak Spanish, which is a huge plus for Spanish speakers. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else. Highly recommend!

Liar and thief! Sold me a transmission for $800 said the truck it came out of only had 130'000 miles. After the transmission was installed it drove for about a week then would no longer come out of second gear.
Did a vehicle history report and found out the truck had more than 225,000 miles when it was totaled and sold to this junkyard. I specifically told him I only wanted a transmission with leamss than 150,000 miles.

RED FLAG.....EVERYWHERE I SAW

The staff was so helpful I buy a transmission no problems with it at all this is gonna be my place to buy my car parts!!!

Was told they had 2 engines of the same model I was looking for drive for an hour to fine out it was not true he told me have those 2 engine at another yard so drove for another 20 minutes got there and there was only 1 person working there so he was working on the engine that I was going to buy waited for about 40 minutes (I was just about to buy it) and open up the oil filler cap to look inside ,and I thank God that I did that,real bad rust on the camshaft and that guy that was working there showed me the other engine and already missing parts ,was a real waste of time,I even sent a message with a picture to the guy from Pickup Part and never responded,oh well make sure you check very well your parts before buying!!!!

Do not buy from these guys, they will not warranty anything, i had bad experience and will never buy from here again !!

Don’t waste your time with these guys. They tell you part is available and when you go to pick it, they say person who said it’s available does not work there.

Helped me out on a big motor job on my Crown Vic...took care of everything... replacement engine turned out great...Juve is the guy to ask for!

Bought 3 engines from here and they’re fair and reliable I’m a moble mechanic and use them anytime they have the engine I need on a big job
