Moses was very helpful and fast in towing my car. Furthermore, he was very friendly during the ride to the auto repair shop and even offered to give me the contact information of another mechanic if I was not satisfied with the service/prices offered by the original shop. He offered me a quick quote over the phone before I got my car towed. The only slight drawback is that payment had to be paid in cash. Definitely prioritizes his customers.
Best service hands down!!! Needed my car towed and everyone was giving me outrageous prices!! So I was referred to quick and cheap towing! Diego was who they sent to help was super friendly ,very patient and got here quick!!! Really pleased with the service I got he even called to let me know my car got where it needed to be and was safe!!! Also went out his way by dropping a letter and keys off to dealership for me "WOW" just great !! Now that's what you call customer service!! Definitely will be my fist choice for towing if ever needed again!!!
I spoke with Moses first! Moses helped me and answered my questions very politely and what he stated the price would be, he was solid about it! When I called in a couple hours to actually need to tow my car from one location to another, I spoke with another gentlemen and while he was busy with many tows, he spoke with me to talk with Moses first hand so I wouldn’t wait so long. He kept his word and soon got moses in contact with me. Moses also came at the time he stated he would to the tow location and got it back to my home in a timely manner. thanks !!!
AMAZING customer service. Moses took such great care of me and the price was an incredible deal. I’ve had some nightmare tow truck stories, but Moses made the experience an incredible one from start to finish. Extremely professional AND he was kind enough to give me a ride back to my home so I didn’t have to pay for an Uber (which he did NOT have to do) such an incredible company and am so grateful for the experience that I received.

I called early in the morning and even though the voice mail was full, I received a call back almost instantly. Moses was at my car in less than 20 minutes just like he said.
