Great service all around! These guys know their stuff. They’re bilingual and they don’t try to rip you off on price like dealerships or some other shops. If you know what you need and how to install yourself I also recommend just getting your parts here.

I don’t know how anyone would give him a bad review, I always come here for affordable auto parts. He’s a professional and very knowledgeable owner operator, he really knows his stuff. Although I live in Katy, it’s always well worth the drive since service is what matters to me. Highly recommend this auto parts, the owner is nice and patient with your needs!

Its been a few times i called and they say the part is in stock when i show up they don't have the part in stock they should make sure the part is in stock. But they do have a variety of vehicles,

We are a shop. We ordered a part in which they told us they had the right part. They sent us the wrong part and now refuse to come and pick it up and refund the part like they told us they would do. They are lazy liars and cannot follow through on what they say they are going to do. Not to mention not having the capability to check to make sure it's the right part before wasting time sending the wrong part. Pepe also told us we don't know what we are doing even though we have been in business for over 20 years. He is arrogant and rude and a narcissist. Do not go here. The parts are not reliable and all they worry about is money. The ONLY reason he gave me was that he didn't want to pay a delivery driver. Like I said. All they care about is money. They do not care about you.....the customer.

Great place for parts on the Northside. Frequent customer for the last 6+ years. Consistent quality service. Let's face it, sometimes you need a quality part right then and there but you can't afford to wait for the order to come in. This is your best alternative. They've even picked up the phone and located it at another business for me. Highly recommend.

bad service they don't help you out I try to return a part the I bay from them but the answer was not and then I want to talk to his supervisorand they said the supervisor was in vacations but 2 minutes latter he show up.
