These guys provided me with a Land Rover replacement engine.of unparalleled quality in lightning fast time. I had the engine in my shop in 3 days. It started right up the first time we turned the key and runs great.

I purchased an engine from this company and initially had a great experience with their customer service. Unfortunately, the engine failed not long after installation. I reached out and was asked to send photos and documentation, which I did promptly. They approved a warranty exchange and assured me I would be refunded $1,000 core once they received the engine back.

However, once they got the engine, everything changed. They suddenly claimed the failure was my fault and now say they shouldn’t have warranted it—something they never mentioned when I bought it. Worst of all, they’ve stopped responding to my emails altogether.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. What started as professional service turned into broken promises and being completely ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on how they handled a major issue with their product.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ali and Sofia when I needed a refurbished engine for my Range Rover Sport.
The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because unfortunately the first engine which was sent to me was faulty. So I had to pay my mechanic twice to install the engine. Fortunately Ali and Sofia were super quick with sending a replacement out. So I am very grateful for that.

I needed a used engine for a 15 Range Rover, my usual suppliers were unable to procure one for me so I had to find it myself. Purchasing a used engine online from a random independent out of state supplier can be risky, so I called.
Like others stated, Ali
(business owner) takes the calls himself which I can appreciate.
He was straightforward, and willing to do what it takes to assure me I was dealing with a legit business. From videos of the rebuild parts, processes, even gave me references from California shops he's supplied and both gave him good reviews.
Everything was as promised from the solid rebuild (1500mi service no issues) to the shipping, and core refund, very professional.

Ali was very helpful on getting me set up with a new used transmission for my 2007 sprinter van price was reasonable definitely will be coming back to get some more parts.

Initially, I had high hopes about working with Ronda Auto Parts. The reviews had me convinced this was the best move for us, but boy were we wrong. After almost one year, a “new” engine, and more than $15,000 spent at this establishment, my 2015 Range Rover Supercharged is in significantly WORSE shape than it was before. Ali made many promises to work with us and convinced us he was “helping” my husband and I; however, we simply are more frustrated still need another engine, and still owe on the vehicle. I am beyond disappointed with my experience.

He was helpful as long as we were dishing out money for his theoretical solutions. Once I lost my job and told him we couldn’t afford to keep spending thousands, the help stopped. Each time they “fixed” one problem, they created a new one. All in all, our vehicle needs another $20k minimum of work. The engine Ali put in was defective and the check engine light never went off. He even offered to swap parts with other vehicles that were there for service to see if it would fix issues. Those customers had no idea! We feel lost and don’t know what to do now.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Ali and Ronda Auto Parts.

As a general contractor with a kitchen and bath business based in Denver CO, our Mercedes Benz Sprinter is vital for our business. After doing a routine engine service at a local mechanic, the engine started knocking and we had to park the van, which significantly disrupted our business.

After getting quotes between $18K - $20K to repair the engine, we got in contact with Ronda Auto Parts in Houston. Ali over at Ronda was extremely professional and responsive. After towing the van to Houston, he and his team were transparent and honest with the issues with the engine and recommended a replacement. During the process he was communicative and kept us up to date with the progress of the work. The quote was also significantly less than what we were being quoted in Denver.

After working on the van for a couple of weeks, the replacement engine was finally installed and he shared videos of the van being driven to show the work was compete.

After flying to Houston to pick up the van, Ali walked through all the work in detail and I drove the van all the way back to Denver. It was such a relief to drive the van back all the way without issues. The engine is much more powerful and smooth compared to the previous engine too.

I can't recommend Ali and Ronda Auto Parts enough. Their quality of service and care is unrivaled. I'm very glad we found their shop and was able to get our business going again

Range Rover has a common issue with overheating and the way Ali addresses the issue and replaces all parts brand new, he re-engineers the whole engine which guarantees another 5 years of not having any issues. So satisfied with his quality service and his great attitude.

I don't recommend this used parts facility. We got a used engine computer from here for $300, he told us it worked fine, that he opened it up to check for water damage.

We took it home, it would not read at all, took it back and was told that there is no warranty on electrical parts. Owner made a point about if we got it from the dealership they would do the same, that is false. Any electrical part that we get from the dealership, if it fails or is defective, they will replace it. My dad had a similar experience buying a engine from them. They painted the engine to pass it as a 20K something engine when it was not. I gave them a second chance, but it seems that they are more interested in conning people rather than running a decent business.

In response: You did not provide us with any written receipt, not even a copy of the card transaction. We notified you that we do ECU reprogramming and even said that if you had other ECUs with the same starting numbers that we would buy them all off you.

We were told that the ECU was open due to you checking it, however when we got it back to the shop and hooked it up to the machine it was not readable. We have over 60 different ECUs at the shop, with at least 4-5 that match the one we got from you that read fine.

The dealership most definitely replaces electrical parts installed if they are defective. We have gotten defective SAM modules from the dealership, brand new out the box and it was defective and we got it replaced. For the public, maybe not, but for a repair shop most definitely.

You don't have any written policies other than on your website which states "30 Day Warranty", in the future, it would be in yours and the customers best interests to provide receipts stating no warranty on electrical parts as well as not trying to scam people by selling them non working parts. Because you saying "we have a written policy" while not having it in writing is you saying, "it's not my fault you took my word that the part was working, sorry bout your $300 for nothing."
