I had been searching for a place for a while where I could do my state inspection or any repair without the insecurity of getting scammed. And I found it! Customer service is above and beyond! I was greeted upon entry and I was taken care of straight away. Nico is awesome! Made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend this place 100% to my friends and family.

First time we came was in 2025 and their customer service left me a great impression! I came in to do a state inspection and I was taken care of with such kindness regardless of the amount of people there was. Came back again, and honestly Nico was super kind and made us feel like family. He really took care of us. Highly recommend this place to all my family, friends and whoever is reading this review! Finally found a top-quality shop I can TRUST! After asking our trusted body shop for a referral, they gave us just one name: West End Auto Works. We took our minivan in for a few specific issues and a general "once over." Unlike the dealerships that charge $100+ just to diagnose a single issue, West End identified several needs with zero diagnostic fees. They sent a comprehensive report with photos and video so I could see exactly what they were seeing. There was zero pressure; I picked the repairs I could afford, and they handled them quickly and at a very fair price compared to competitors. I was so impressed that I brought our Mazda 3 in the next day for AC and warning light issues. Once again, they were fast, fair, and communicative. What really set them apart was their integrity: knowing I had just put significant money into two vehicles that week, the technician texted me to say they were fixing a minor secondary issue for free since they were "already in there" for the AC. I know they can’t do that for most cases, but it shows the kind of people they are. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Well managed and prompt service. They can handle your big jobs as well as your small needs. I had preventative maintenance done (timing belt, water pump, and lower hoses installed) without any surprises. Appointment happened professionally.

I can’t recommend West End Auto Works enough. Petros and his team are honest and thorough, and I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else. They’ve handled routine maintenance and a couple of larger repairs on my car over the last several years, as well as some recent major repairs on my husband’s truck. You’d be hard-pressed to find service of this level anywhere else these days!

The people at WEST END AUTO WORKS are friendly and honest. They provided great customer service. They worked on my brakes. Also repaired the oil leak. Job well done. I highly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism & fair pricing.

Very good and honest auto shop. John was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They even let the technician ride with me to troubleshoot the problem, which I think is a very good method. They did a very thorough inspection for my Odyssey, with great photos and videos and didn't pressure me into committing into doing services. Highly recommended.

Just Purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. Car runs fine but I wanted to get an inspection without breaking the bank. West End Auto works gave me a full inspection at no cost, told me what few things needed to be corrected and gave me a reasonable quote to repair the issue. Very Professional and honest people. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop. From start to finish, they were honest, trustworthy, and incredibly flexible, which is hard to find these days. They didn’t just rush through a maintenance service they took the time to fully inspect my car, explain what they were checking, and made sure everything was running smoothly before handing it back to me. I truly appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process. There was no pressure, no upselling just straightforward, professional service with my best interest in mind. I really liked the honesty of these people and how they managed to fix my car for way less than what the dealer wanted. They even fixed something that I did not even ask them to and there was no extra charge on my bill. I will definitely make them my new mechanic shop. Honesty is very important to me and they fit the bill.

I found West End Auto to be the Best auto repair I’ve encountered in a Very Long time. I had been browsing over their reviews for a while and thought to myself Nobody can rank as high as I had been reading. With that in mind I thought I’d continue to look and check out the reviews on other places. However, I Kept going back to West End, it was ad if my Inner Spirit was trying to make me Know that they were the Best Place for me. I finally bit the bullet and called to see if I could get an over the phone estimate go my 2016 RAV4. I spoke to John and he was So kind while providing the information I was asking for. Even though I had told him that I had gone elsewhere and wanted somewhat of a second opinion, he gave it to me just the same. He informed me that they do Free Multi checks and he could better serve me if I were to come in. After talking to him, I asked if I needed an appointment to come in and suggested that I should make one so he could get to me right away. I made the appointment for the next day. Upon walking in I was Greeted by John whom I’d already spoken to and I met Niko as well, as well as Petros and another Gentleman whose name escapes me now. I explained that I had taken my car to the dealership and they wanted to charge me $816 Just to do the upper and lower radiator hoses in mu car. He couldn’t believe what I was saying but certainly agreed that that price, just for 2 hoses, was ridiculous. Everyone was SO KIND. The reviews were indeed factual in that aspect. So after getting a little information from me I reminded John that I also had another appointment with another shop for their estimate as well AND that they had already given me an estimate. At that point John informed me that they do an extensive check to make sure there’s no other problems that needs to be addressed, absolutely Free. In ADDITION to the Free “Inspection” they offered a 2yr/24,000 Warranty. I knew at that point God had put them on my path in terms of what was BEST for me. So with All settled Niko took me home. I was later sent a Report informing me of what their Inspection found and I gave them the go ahead to start the work. A few hours later, Sooner than I had anticipated, John called to inform me that my vehicle was ready and that if I was ready, Niko would come back to o pick me up. Now if you Knew Me, and knew how hard I am on anybody who takes my money for a Service, you would Know I don’t Stand for just any ole “patchwork”. These Guys ARE PHENOMENAL and I Will NEVER go Any place else to have repairs done on my car. They Never once treated me like anything other than like Family And that’s just how I felt… Like Family. Although this was my FRST Encounter with them, I felt as though I’d been using them for YEARS. And yes, I know this All sounds too good to be true, I thought the Same thing, but now I Know it’s TRUE! If you’ve Never tried them before because YOU were unsure NOW YOU KNOW. There’s No way you’ll be Disappointed! West End was the best decision I’ve made for my Auto needs. I called them early afternoon and had an appointment the next day for a drop off. Not only was the Customer service great when I showed up they even gave me a courtesy ride to my home. I will only be going here for my auto needs moving forward. I Highly recommend them for your auto needs.

When I took my car to West End Auto Works, my dash panel looked like Christmas tree lights. A diagnosis was performed, followed by a series of repairs. I had to take my car back a second time for an additional repair and an inspection, which allowed me to get my registration. It was certainly more money than I anticipated spending, but I am not certain how it compares to other shops. I do feel that the repairs were through with a substantial warranty provided, and I have peace of mind knowing that the major items were taken care of. I have already referred my son, and would use them again in the future.

West end Auto took care care of my brake and steering problems, and even double checked their work when I had questions. I really appreciate the high level of communication, including photos of their pre-work inspection. Lastly, my vehicle was returned cleaner than how I dropped it off. I will be using West End for future maintenance.

I visited here last Friday to have them look at my Infiniti for an issue I had been dealing with a little over a year with my brake light, traction control and ABS light coming on. After one quote of $1000 elsewhere I declined services and continued driving my car with the sensors still coming on. I took it to this shop and the guy who helped me said I could bring it back on Saturday for them to look at it and when I inquired about the price to look at it he said it would be no charge. I had described my issue to two different auto repair shops that week that quoted me $180 just to diagnose my car. I went back to West End Auto Works that Saturday and the same guy came out to look at my car and suggested I try adding some brake fluid because it was a little low. He then offered to put some as they had some at their shop. After he added it, he said to just observe it and see if the light eventually go off. I then told him okay if not I will see him next week since he told me I would need to leave it with him to try and diagnose it but I hadn't made arrangements. He responded, Well maybe you won't have to come back". Well while driving home, the light went off and hasn't come back on. It took me over a year to find a competent and honest shop and I happy to say this will be where I take my car. I have already told this story to others who have said they will be using this shop as well.

Very polite and helpful manager. The mechanic could not find the problem. A different mechanic fixed my car after 2 days.

I chose West End Auto, because I thought they responded graciously to the individuals that left their business negative Goggle reviews. I came in to have my brakes assessed/changed. During the assessment the technician found that one of my axels was damaged. They also rotated my tires and assessed my belts for no extra charge. Mr. John, who manages the front, provided a fair, reasonable quote to have my brakes, rotors, brake fluid, and axel replaced. The work was scheduled and performed in a timely manner. I very much enjoyed meeting and conversing with Mr. John, Mr. Petros (the owner), Mr. Dimitri and Mr. Nico (the sons of Mr. Petros). I am very thankful for the care that West End Auto showed to both myself and my vehicle. I highly recommend West End Auto.

Sooo this is my GO TO auto shop! They’re honest, affordable, and efficient! I always know that they are providing the best service to get my car.

They fixed a wire that was attached to the battery. My car wouldn't start. It kept dying. I'm very very happy with the service. They were kind and caring. The price was reasonable. They got it fixed the same day. Asked me if I wanted water asked me if I needed anything. This is the best place to get your car fixed. They'll work with you. Very kind caring people that work in that office. I'm very very happy. They worked on my other car and got it fixed also. So any other time that I have a problem my vehicles I'm going to bring it to them

Always professional and great at what they do. John and his team are really kind. He explains the work that has to be done on your car and does nothing without approval ! They will drive you home if they have to keep your car, then pick you up to retrieve your car. I tink they are EXCELLENT! I recommend them to friends all the time,

I appreciated Petros and John's communication- they were clear and explained to me what repairs I needed. Moreover, they brought to my attention other areas in my vehicle that I would need to keep an eye out by taking pictures and sharing those with me. They were pretty quick with the repairs too. Petros provided more information about financing in the future and shared pros and cons for each.

These guy's are awesome! I took my pickup to the dealership to get a diagnosis and the out outcome was a bunch of we recommend this and that. No! tell me why my truck is choking when accelerated, and they answer was we would like to start with this and hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it, I was like huh! So I went to West End Auto repair and they did a number of test, told me the problem, fixed it now my truck is back running smoothe again. Stay away from these from these places hiring these kids using AI to fix your car.

This mechanic was amazing. They were courteous and trustworthy. They fixed my vehicle from top to bottom and even helped me out a bit since I was tight on money. They made sure only the things that were necessary were done and they were always very straightforward with pricing. I highly recommend this mechanic, I rarely do reviews but their kindness and customer service was out of this world! Oh they also cleaned and vacuumed my car upon return! I love this place and the owner is just amazing! Highly highly recommend!

Petros and team always offer phenomenal service to my vehicle. West End did a great job fixing my AC issue at a very affordable cost. Always a pleasure doing business here. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to West End Auto Works for roughly 20 years now

Extraordinary service! I called on Thursday to get my driver side window fixed (to be able to go down again). John answered and he is the most sweetest and kindest person. He expressed that he would look at it for free-same day. I brought it in and he was able to get my window fixed and also did an inspection for me-in the same day! The whole process from call, to driving up there/dropping my car off and picking it back up. Total 5 hours-exceptional. John you are superb, knowledgeable, honest, efficient and overall spectacular. Professional staff and Honest owner. We did their parking lot paint and design. The owner reached out and we had a verbal agreement. After performing the work, He paid Us on time as agreed! No hassle and great conversation. I personally can say this Team is top notch in professionalism and Honesty.
