The best wrecker service

My insurance called them for a tow. I was quoted 75-105 minutes 2.5 hours ago. No response to calls from me, the agent calls and they ask me to wait another 20-60 minutes. How about no? Thanks for wasting two hours of my life. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
