I recommend any one on coming here and ask for Mario A he was the best at helping me out . . Good parts and helpful employees

Had my parts on 2006 Nissan sentra. In Ignition. coils and oxygen sensor.great customer service ???

I called in to check if the part i needed was in stock. When I spoke to Jose, he mentioned the parts I needed were not in stock but was able to find another store in my area that did. He provided part numbers, addresses, and phone number to the location. He also told me about the current promotion on the brakes and rotors I was seeking. Thank you.

The workers are nice, knowledgeable and even a little funny.

Although, everything I sought was not in the stick at this location,the customer service was outstanding. The part was set up for pick up at another location and exceptional measures with patience were taken to ensure that I got the right parts the first time.

I think the other reviews probably was talking about Laura Koppe location because my visit was opposite. This was very professional and the workers were all working. Not only that the store is very organized, smelled good and everyone was willing to help us. We went in for a part that was almost $10 more at autozone. We came here because we had never been to this location before and the quality parts that O'Reilly provides are superior to Autozone or Advanced in my opinion. The worker were very nice and friendly with happy helpful attitudes. We really have only good things to say about this location. They had no idea I was doing a review , they remained helpful the entire time and all of them were dressed clean with name tags. I didn't have to wait in a long line and we got our part no problem. These workers at this location need to be praised for their exemplary work ethics because I have been to other locations that are not even half as good. When we walked through the door one of the ladies said welcome to O'Reilly. That's how it should be ! Treat us with appreciation because there is competition right down the street. We just found us the best location on the north east side. If you need a part visit this store location if you like O'Reilly.

Like I say all O'Reilly's is awesome to me I give him a five-star every single one of them that I've ever been in when I need had needs and auto parts that I need to get from them they always either had him or had him the very next morning or day and sell five star from me all the clerks and everybody employees are always friendly eager to help either do you know look after the customers it's always a clean place so it is what it is and they got five stars for me if there was more I give them for more stars.

It's a good place shop for your parts the employees are always nice

It’s a great day when I call oreilly and someone willing to help me answers. Today Jose answered the phone in a willing, capable, and friendly manner. I was searching for a toolbox lift support with a part number from a competitor. Though Oreilly did not have the part, Jose went above and beyond to help me. He interchanged all the part numbers I had, searched the internet, and offered to special order the part. Jose provided excellent service and further confirmed my loyalty to Oreilly. If we all continue to motivate members such as Jose, there’s no doubt Oreilly will continue to lead the auto parts industry. Every time I visit this store I feel welcomed and adequately helped.

Went to this location one night and nobody had the knowledge to help me out with what I needed. Came back the next day and got exactly what I needed from the same person I spoke with the day before.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Lazy staff, no help whatsoever. Horrible service.

They had the part I was looking for. I called two days before visiting the store to make sure the part was available, the staff member who answered the phone was helpful and actually checked to see if the part was physically there.

This O'Reilly Auto Parts Store located on Tidwell @ Conn St. is clean with nice shiny floors. Merchandise presentation is excellent with all items front faced on the shelves. I visited on New Year's Day. Even on a major holiday, the store was well staffed with friendly, helpful associates.

They know a decent amount, they're not mechanics but they try to get you back on the road and have never failed to try and help me with my clunker.

Great service and the employees went over and beyond to help us.

The O'Reilly staff was really helpful. I needed a hard to find part and they were able to not only find the exact part I needed, but they were also able to get it to me the very next day. I really appreciated all the help they gave me and I'm certain they will help you the same way they helped me.
