Won't give your apartment more stickers then tows your car because your sticker is expired

Apartment complex towed car. The registration is up to date just hadn't stuck it on. ( reason for towing) *almeda Park Apartment.*. I want to retrieve person items from the vehicle. Its under my moms name. Everything up to date. He denies me entry and tells me to leave i show him these. (Photos) h still making up excuses. I left because I dont argue....DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst place to try and get a car from. Answer the phone just to put you on hold and never actually answer. Absolutely piss poor customer service!!

Never dealt directly with this company but had neighbors complain about them they seen to prey more on non english speakers charging excessive fees..companies like these predatory tow services are the reason I keep writing the Texas regulations to intervene or investigate or regulate the excessive fees way to high

I wouldn’t doubt if this towing company is somehow partnered with some rental properties, Airbnb etc. I had my car towed over night from a crappy garage with almost zero lighting and faded parking lines. I’m sure these ppl own multiple businesses and seems like a scam.

This place recently unlawfully let someone retrieve my vehicle , even after it had been reported stolen. All individuals involved will face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

If I can give this place negative 5 stars, I would. The customer service needs a lot of improvement. The staff will give you the run around. I was told over the phone that my vehicle would be tolled to my collision shop for $50 but they charged me $200. Not to mention the storage and other fees. They also delivered my vehicle with the wrong key fob but no one can find mine. By far one of the worst experiences ever.

Insane amount to charge for a towed vehicle. My SUV was only there for about an hour, and I had to pay 357. If you are trying to do a complaint over the phone the voicemail box is full, lousy customer service.

If I could give a ZERO star review it would go to these rude inconsiderate jerks!!! I have been given the pleasure of dealing with them 5 times now and it's always the same they won't answer the phone they pick up and immediately put you on hold, they I have been on hold from Freeport tx all the way to their yard. That's out of control at the very least

I would describe this place as the worst experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't wish a tow or a visit here on anyone, not even my worst enemy. Regardless of who towed my car, it was improperly towed from my apartment complex, where I pay for parking. Additionally, I was given incorrect information about who towed my vehicle until the very last moment, when I was finally retrieving my car. The only positive aspect of my experience was the kindness of the young lady at the window, but I sincerely wish our meeting had never occurred, especially under these circumstances. As for the tow truck driver, I do not wish them well. The fees for retrieving my car are outrageously high. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0/10 and would not recommend it to anyone, even on their worst day.

It’s weird to write a review about some place that you had to pay to get your vehicle out of, but it’s not too bad of a place. $25 a day for the impound fee wasn’t too bad considering what I’ve paid in the past at another place.

Confusing to get to this place. And need to drive slowly. Maybe I need to go into towing business as they are making money. This is extortion at its highest level. When you get there eventually, now its time to look for your car and it can be anywhere in that compound!

Whoever tows for apartments does NOT pay attention to the vpp. My friends car was put on our guest parking LAST NIGHT and was towed in the middle of the night. She had to leave today early for her daughter’s party and now here we are having to drive her home and figure out what to do annd see when our apartment office opens. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU’RE TOWING AND PEOPLES PERMITS. INCOMPETENT.

If i could give negative stars I would. Waited almost 2 hours for a driver that "would be right there". It's houston, traffic, I can get over that. Driver was cool at first. When he asked for payment which was 3 times what I was quoted, and I was shocked, he got very defensive. Then he tried to shake down the tire shop guy for money for bringing me there. I basically had to pay over 300.00 for a 1.6 mile tow. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

These crooks towed my vehicle when I was delivering a Door Dash order. $300 to get my car out of the impound when I was gone less than 5 minutes trying to find an apartment and mind you there was no visitor parking in this particular complex. They didn’t even have my car in their possession an hour and charged me for a full day plus a bunch of nonsense fees. Bring exact change because they conveniently never have any unless you like giving obligatory tips.

Absolute extortion by Michelle and her man, tow license: TDLR 0006574117001IM. She tried charging $200 dollars to release my car in the lot. She knew very well the state limit is $130, and became obviously flustered when I told her. Parked in a tow zone for maybe 5 minutes on a calm night, and these people obviously prey and scam by illegally charging more than the state limit. Be better. Don't break the law and extort people.

Took my wifes car at the midnight, it was stolen from a resident parking area. Charged a full day in the 20 minutes figuring out where the car went. Towing fee 220 Storage fee 22.85 per day Impound fee 22.85 per day City fee 23.25 per day Cc processir 10.25 Add that up for future refrences

Don’t bother calling; you’ll be put on hold IMMEDIATELY after they answer. $20 extra dollars if you pay with a debit/credit card. They will tell you one price over the phone and try to up charge once you arrive to pick up your vehicle. Also, if you do not bring the exact amount, you will not be given change.

I live in Broadway and this tow truck company do anything to take your vehicle. I put my truck at a visitor parking and they towed my truck away. And they charge you 295.65 and will tell you to bring $300 and once you’re here they make sure to tell that they don’t have change once you come back. And when I’ve been waiting to get my car other 3 people has also been put in the position of just handing over the rest of the money cause no one has exact change . And if you have a company vehicle they will make it very hard for you cause one day can be a paper next day will be an email and then worst case which happen to me. I had to physically bring my boss from his office and pulled the vehicle out and when they didn’t believe me they try everything in their power to keep holding my work truck to stay over night so they can charge me a daily night charge.

They towed my husband's car from our apartment despite it being parked there for months no problem. Got there and had to pay almost $300 from them having it a few hours! They didn't even have it half a day!!! Thought that was the worst of it, but then they let us in to get his car and we had to search the entire lot for his car when it's 102 outside. My husband is disabled and in his late 50s and they just 100% did not care. Ridiculous. There were a lot of people there that said their cars were also towed despite being registered at their apartments.

Payed 300, the cashier Alyssa told me to go find my car, had to search to whole lot until I had to speak to a tow truck guy telling me personally property is on this side and wreck on this side spent almost 10min looking. Please let Alyssa know to tell the customers to look on this side or the other depending on the vehicle. Thanks, Edit…. No change in the front office and dirty parking storage now I have to spend time and money cleaning my car

This company contracts with our apartment complex to tow cars in the reserve spaces. They do not have a good policy for disputing claims. Their fees are ridiculous and I have seen them badly damaged vehicles that they were towing like literally broken axle on a van that they were towing from my apartment complex. Do not trust them. do not like them. The only upside is the old guy who helps you get your car back out is friendly and respectful. But he's obviously not the owner and cannot fix the major problems with this company.

Nobody wants there car towed, so going to pick up your car your in a bad mood, at least the window staff was friendly & didn't add to the frustration & anger I already was feeling, 3 stars is the highest I can give a tow yard.

These people charged over $135 for one day! Plus 10 bucks for using a credit card. They or the wrecker tried to steal the radio and one window no longer works!!! Tow companies are probably get some kick back. I will be contacting the better business bureau. I only gave one star because I had to!

This people deserve to get investigated my car got towed on a Sunday! and,was send to this disgusting vehicle pound. When I go get my vehicle out they wanted to charge me and arm and a leg so, I payed the amount owed and,then still trying to rob me of my change, I mean WTH! Then they had the audacity to park my vehicle way in the back where the area was full of mud they know I was coming back for it so they manage to park it there on purpose. This place needs to be shut down and investigated. So much corruption happening here. For the record they also manage to damage my vehicle. So People check your vehicles before driving off the lot.!
