I had called numerous places yesterday and today. This morning was the first time I spoke with KARE towing they were very respectful and helpful. I will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone I know.

In our time of need Alex showed not only total professionalism but made what could have been a bad day into a joyful experience! Never expected such a potentially bad day to turn out to be the opportunity to meet a great young man! Thanks again Alex!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! I had a flat tire at night. I tried to pulled off the road so traffic could get by. I was then stuck. It appeared that the only way to pull my vehicle out would only cause damage to my vehicle. The technician took care of my vehicle to make sure that no damage occurred and I was able to drive away after everything was taken care of.

These guys are great. They showed up on time and worked with me on a unique tow that required special care and attention and performed flawlessly. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I was in a real bind this morning. I had a rental truck and trailer packed and loaded with our son’s belongings to move him out to his first apartment. As we were loading the auto trailer one of the ramps collapsed and the car was stuck with no way to back it up or to move it forward. I had to call for help. I called my insurance company “roadside assistance” and their app connected me to a tow service and it said it would be 45 minutes, I sat and waited until that time expired then called the service who told me it would be another 35 minutes then called me back and said they couldn’t help me and canceled my request. So I placed another request once I was connected to Kare Auto Tow I immediately called them and explained my problem. Not only did they say they COULD INDEED HELP but they would be at my door in less than 30 minutes. Upon arrival they knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve my problem but they also stuck around to assist me with the successful preparation of the car onto the trailer so my car and my son’s belongings could be safely moved and I could have a less stressful day. Kare Auto Tow was kind, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and respectful of my car and myself. I can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a real jam. These guys were the absolute best!

Kare Auto Tow is absolutely fantastic! We were so fortunate to have them come and tow our RV out of the culvert where we got stuck. They kept in touch with us the entire time, constantly checking in and letting us know when they would arrive. We live in the country so it wasn’t easy for them to find us but they did in a timely manner. They diligently and expertly got our RV out of the rut and back on our cement drive. Not a scratch our rig is in perfect condition! Will always recommend Alex and his uncle they are the best. Would recommend to everyone if you have towing needs.

I can't say enough about how fantastic the service was! Alex arrived promptly and maintained communication through out the process. Professional and courteous. l will definitely refer their services and use them again if I ever need another tow.

Our cargo van broke down in Navasota, about an hour away. Alex was out to us and had the van on the truck in under 2 hours. He kept in touch with me and verified when the van was safely delivered to the auto shop. Very pleased with the service I received! Alex was very friendly and efficient.

The gentleman that helped me was heaven-sent. I was literally stuck with my 26’ U-Haul truck pulling a 5x9 and this gentleman not only got me unstuck, he also turned my truck around for me and got me ready to hit the road. The guy was truly amazing.

I can’t compliment this company enough. Alex was truly amazing tonight. I just got a new truck and did something stupid that put me in a position to need a tow immediately. My trusted mechanic recommended this company and they showed up quickly late at night. Because my truck was new and I’m not use to tows, I had a lot of questions on a night in Houston when it was 23 degrees at the time. Alex was patient and kind answering all questions and used a skilled technique to get my truck safely on his flat bed just because it made my eyes feel it was safer to be up there. He even gave me some encouraging words while I was worried about my dumb mistake with my truck. Pictures 30 mins later ensured my truck arrived safely at my mechanic’s shop. I SERIOUSLY recommend this company to anyone. I’ll never call a different service for towing if that unfortunate moment happens and I need one again. 5 stars, no doubt! Thanks again Alex! Mean that.

I was calling all over Houston looking to tow our airstream. Other companies told me they didn’t have the capability or gave a quote with an outrageous price. Then I found Kare Auto Tow. The customer service was outstanding! Super nice, responsive, and very reasonable in prices. They were also able to do the tow the same day and was on time. I highly recommend using them.

Will be telling all rv’ers about Alex & Kare Auto Tow!!! 👍🏼 ***if you need a tow, especially an Rv, this is your guy! We are full time RV’ers & needed our 14,000 pound residential model RV towed to the dealership for roof repairs. This Texas heat is no joke & made the RV inoperable. The hitch jack as well as scissor jacks are also inoperable which presented a dangerous challenge to those who tow. We could have used our F350 but decided to use our benefits with the towing company from NWAN and boy were we glad we did! After another company accepted the tow job, they cancelled 5 min later, Alex at Kare Auto immediately picked up the job & texted me to let me know that he would be taking care of our tow but had a prior tow scheduled so we agreed to the new time & he was THERE 15 min EARLY. 😀. During our talks to arrange I let him know the physical issues & he reassured me that his F750 could handle the pull. He also kept in touch to let us know his eta once he delivered the other unit. He & his partner accessed the situation and had our RV loaded & were on the road in less than 30 min, all with ease. I had been worried for nothing! They arrived right after I got to the dealership (maybe 10 min after me) and dropped it off with no issues! Alex & partner were incredibly professional and listened to my concerns as most tow drivers handle light hauls and not damaged 14,000 pound rv’s full of expensive bay window plate glass and sliding doors! I recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are a woman. I’m not sure how far away from Houston he ties, but Bryan and surrounding areas seem to be in his area. We also were not asked for any addition fees & he took care of all the paperwork! Alex has an Amazing demeanor in a situation where I was highly aggravated and concerned - he put my mind at ease!

All I can say is they are life savers! We waited 3 hours last night for the first assigned tow company (619 Tow?) to show up, and they never did. We cancelled our request and decided to try again this morning. We placed a roadside assistance request with our insurer. Within minutes, KARE called me right away to ask for photos to make sure they brought the right tools, and they arrived within 30-40 minutes. The employees got right to work and were able get my car out from being high sided over a ditch. They are amazing! Highly recommend!

Mr. Alex and his son Alex were absolutely amazing to work with. Friendly, respectful, and very professional, they went above and beyond to do everything they could to pull my truck out. Their communication was also outstanding at keeping me updated with where they were and the process it would take. They brought both a wrecker and jeep with winches to make absolutely sure they had everything necessary to do their job. They also worked with my insurance in a polite and professional manner to make sure the job was covered appropriately. Thank you both again so much for your assistance! Called them to get a quote to tow my car 22 miles home. Very fair pricing and they were on their way to me quickly. Tony was very careful with loading my 1975 Cadillac and he was very polite and professional. Great job guys!

I’ve never had as amazing of an experience as I did with this company. My car had completely seized up and needed a wheel-less tow to get it home from a crowded Uber parking lot. Abed was so profess and impressive with his driving skills with getting access to my car to pull it up onto the truck bed. When dropping my car off, he made sure it was parked exactly where I needed it to be, facing the right direction and snug to the curb. I’m so thankful I was paired with this company to take care of me and my car. I’ll recommend them, always.

I'd give 10 starts if I could! Kare Auto Tow was the THIRD service my roadside connected us to, and though it didn't need to be so difficult to get this done, at least our business ended up with Alex. He was terrific to work with from start to finish. Communication during the whole process, arrived on time and even communicated after the vehicle was delivered to the dealership. He went as far as getting a service advisor's name, took pictures of my vehicle, text them to me and gave the service advisor my contact information. I greatly appreciate his level of commitment. I was concerned it would not end well as I had spent 4-1/2 hours of my day going back and forth, but at least we got routed to a great company. The previous tow company arrived and said they couldn't do what needed to be done, but now I see it was just sheer unwillingness on their part. Alex arrived with the same tools and truck, but he came with an extra quality: CARE (hence the name of the company, KARE). It was a good sign when he text me to look at KARE'S reviews on Google. That made me feel better about the chances of the service going well. Alex was professional, knowledgeable and timely. I am saving his information in my phone in case I need service down the line. I was 3hrs from home with a broken RV and needed to be home by the next day. KARE was able to come get me very quickly and professionally. They were able to get me and my rig home safely and with no issues. I would highly recommend them. here is a photo for you

Early morning got into a minor accident. Alex arrived in the promised 20 minute eta and got my car loaded and towed to the shop of my choosing. He made a stressful event a lot less stressful. Thanks!

Reliable, Professional, there to help when no one else is. KARE Auto Tow. Came on scene quickly and was patient while police and fire dept did there job. They were patient with the process and the only part of our horrible accident that was not horrible. A low hanging power line over the road riped off the center console of our boat. KARE auto tow was there with the reassurance everything would be taken care of once they took over. They answered the call and worked diligently to take care of clearing this disaster. They kept us up to speed, on where and when the boat would be towed. They really helped take the edge off of a very terrible day. God Bless these men and there business, they were our angels today.
