I do not recommend this tow company. If you’re a woman they will take advantage of your time and money, not to mention they are rude and will not take you seriously. My experience with them has been a nightmare, they do not deserve your business.
Don't even call these people!!! They are unscrupulous, they don't even arrive on time as they say, they give you a price and when they drop off the truck they ask for much more, they are scammers, but I will never require their services!!! Be very careful so that the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to you!!! I will never speak to them again!!!
Excellent service they treated my RV as if it was their own before they arrive another tow company said they couldnt do it but San Jacinto did the job. They treated me like family I will recomend them any day.
That drive knew what he was doing. He has skills because it took that to get Mr outta that fix. I was in. My rig was leaning with 10k.lbs on a wheel 3 feet deep!

when my car broke down he came really fast man and he was very efficient and he didn't put me in the hole or anyting I really appreciated how quickly they responded I was really worried
The personal was very nice had my truck in his shop for 2 days getting work done and the boss man ran me all over to get the parts I needed to fix it other places would not have done what he did would recommend his service to anyone will definitely use him again am very pleased with the service
These guys are very good at what they do very polite and respectful not to mention the great price and the quickness alot of these qualities people lack on. with that being said I know who to call next time I get stranded<br><br>Highly recommended
They showed good customer service, I would use them again... it was about 10:00pm and they Towed the SUV from Baytown to 45 North/ FM 1960 area for $200. I called around to other towing companies and they wanted $250-$350.
He didnt not discuss pricing and then pick up your vehicle and hit you up with a big bill and won't release your vehicle unless you pay. The owner said he keep it and fill a storage lean on my truck
Called all around houston to get a 18 wheeler out of the ditch and san jacinto towing was the only company that was on top of their game and quick to help. Very big thanks to jeff and his son for coming and helping get our 18 wheeler back onto the road. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a heavy duty wrecker
Was broke down last night and couldn’t find any heavy duty wrecker in houston to come and help me, every company I would call was either rude or would just let it roll to voicemail. Jeff was very quick to help and made sure there wasn’t going to be any further damage. This has to be one of the best, if not the best, heavy duty towing in the houston area. Highly recommend to anyone needing help to get off the road.
JJ Smith the owner was awesome directed me to Chris which was one of his workers and Chris was amazing and awesome Customer Service call me down and looked at my car to let me know like he can get my car fixed and gave me suggestions and made me feel a lot better because I was freaking out after my tire blew out and my lights on my car well everything just stop working. Definitely recommend them and they got to me very quickly.
Excellent service an incredible rates. Chris saved me last night. 1am I'm headed home and like an idiot I put gas in my f250... long day. He shows up within 15 minutes of me calling, hooks right up in seconds, and gives me a great price and then off he went. My truck arrived back at the shop perfectly, he even went the extra mile to put it in the exact place I needed it. Thanks Chris!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!<br>Yesterday I had a flat tire and I was waiting for 3 hours for roadside assistance through my insurance to come, no one ever showed. I even tried calling 911 THREE times and NO ONE showed.. I was getting really frustrated and anxious because I had my newborn & my three year old in the car with me... Jeff and his son (I think) stopped and asked if I needed help and helped me for a very reasonable price!!! I didn’t even call them out, they’re just good people. Had they not stopped and checked on me, who knows how long I would’ve been sitting there. That’s awesome, the world needs more people like them. Thank you guys so so so much!
My moped caught on fire while riding and I called nearly 8 tow companies all with ridiculous pricing. I called San Jacinto Towing and the owner's son came out in record time. He hitched my moped, told me to get in, turned on the A/C and cruised to my home. Very professional service and the price was well within my means. Thank you San Jacinto Towimg for making my horrible day into and day of relief! Shout out to the son who went put of his way to help me with the pricing and to his father who recommended him! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Chris was very professional, quick and the best part he didn’t have to circle woodforest 3 times great service overall he’s even helped me change a flat once great company if you need a tow with great prices I recommend San jacinto towing
My husband & I were in our motorhome in Houston, Texas when we became stranded on I10. Our insurance co: Safeco sent San Jacinto Towing to the rescue! Everyone was so professional & they towed us to their shop to fix our problems. I called two days in a row for towing service for my 96 WW2 Veteran grandfather trailer home to be moved just a half a mile to his new home and Jeff never showed up or called back to do the job. I am very upset with this company. If you couldn't do the job just say so instead of having us wait on you for 2 days. I really want to know why we were treated like this.
After waiting hours for insurence to Get tow to us or Houston safeclear to come help, Jeff appeared out of nowhere (literally none of the 3 ladies in the car saw him pull up in front of us) and he towed us to a safe destination so we could change our tire. He offered his help on changing our tire, but we already had some friends meet us where he dropped us. He was calm and collected and a godsend to us as we were begining to panic.<br>Thank you Jeff!
This gentleman is so amazing he gave me a very reasonable tow to a pretty far machanic. After hurricane harvey flooded my car I was in need of a good tow and at a reasonable price. That is exactly what he did! He understands your needs and doesn't just care about the money. Call him if you need anything towed!
My Jeep's belt broke and pulleys bearing was broken too. Stuck just off bellway and 45 calling my insurance. Jeff saw my car and offered a reasonable price tow my car to the mechanic shop. Better than that, he identified the problem drove us to the auto parts store and fixed my problem. Jeff is a very helpful and nice person. Highly recommended!
Initial experience was good until I received my email receipt. I was told that it would be $75 to change my tire. I asked if they took card and they said yes. I got the receipt via email and I was charged $90. I called the company and their explanation was that "$75 was a cash price, $90 was for debit." I have never been upcharged $15 for the use of debit card.
Amazing service! We popped a tire on 610 and it was stressful being on the busy high way stuck on the side of the road. I called Jeff and he was hooking up my car 5 minutes later. He then drove me to my house, jacked up my car and removed the tire for me. The whole process took under an hour. He was incredibly helpful and nice!
Found these guys when my RV broke down. They were top notch and handled my rig with kid gloves. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a heavy wrecker!
