I waaay overfilled my oil, and the light came on as I drove it. They saw me right away, took care of it quickly, and everything was really fair. Great service!

I brought in my 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 January 2, 2026 amazing service amazing hospitality and they are very respectful here. I would recommend anybody that has a Mercedes Volkswagen or any European car to come here because the service is amazing and I like how they were fast and I was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes for an oil change

I had a great experience with this shop. They were honest and thorough from start to finish, took the time to explain what they found, and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. Communication was clear and straightforward, and I felt confident I was getting an accurate assessment. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can actually trust. I have used this shop on a couple of my cars and have found them to be honest and reasonably priced. You can’t ask for much more than that!

This is the best auto repair shop in town . Allen and the crew go out of their way to not only be up front and honest with what repairs are needed but complete the work in the time they say. I recently took my wife's 2014 Mercedes C250 in to have brakes worked on due to the brake assist going out. All work was completed on time and got her back on the road safely.

Amazing people, could not be happier.  One of their technicians, Abd, is a great man.  Let me paint a picture. My wife and I are in Houston for the weekend from Dallas driving my AMG E63s.  We get to town, 4pm on a Friday (the 13th maybe I should have figured it was a bad omen).  We park at Specs to get provisions for the weekend, come out and start the car, and it will not shift into drive or reverse.  I called and talked with them, no way could I get it there before they close at 6p.  I was told I could drop it in the lot and put my key key fob in the key drop and they would look at it in the morning.  Bear in mind, we are in town for the ballet, and have to be home Sunday for our son, the work week, etc. They open at 830 Saturday, I planned on getting there to speak with the team fill them in on the issue, and plead to have it repaired because staying past Sunday was not an option.   I come around the corner in my rental at 832 and see Abd already in the vehicle with his scanner to see what is going on.  We spoke for a few minutes and I got checked in, and left him to work.  Abd  called about 45 minutes later to let me know the issue, a steering column sensor, but wasn't having luck finding the part, but would continue to look a couple other places and would call me back in an hour.  An hour later Abd called me back, no luck on the part, they were 2 business days out at best. But, Abd said he was able to reflash the module to clear the error that was keeping it from shifting and the car was drivable, but not likely a long term solution, however it should be good enough to make it home if we don't make a bunch of stops.  This was Saturday, and we weren't leaving until Sunday, and not wanting to risk driving it and valet at the hotel, potentially risking the error tripping again, causing me to tow it again, they let me keep the car in their lot overnight so I could grab it on my way out of town Sunday morning.  And if by some chance it errored again I would at least have the car in their lot, and would just need to make other arrangements to get home and return to get the car once the repair was done. Thankfully I was able to get it in drive, made it home to Dallas, and will continue the repair at my local Euro shop.  I wish I could have had the repair completed at Autohouse of Switzerland because they certainly earned the business, but timing and parts didn't work out.  They did me a great service allowing a stressful situation not derail our weekend, and got us home safe. Abd, thank you so much, you are a great man.

I've been going to Autohouse of Switzerland for over 15 years now. While the original owner, Jurgen is not there any longer, the service they provide is still reliable and competitively priced. The original service advisor Allan is till there, which helps the continuity of the trusted auto care they always provided. Special shoutout to the friendly mechanic, who worked on my and my husband's cars in the past, but whose name I unfortunately don't know - he fixed my jammed trunk partition this morning in no time and no charge (and Greenway Mercedes wanted to charge me $270 and take couple of days for this)! I recommend them to all my friends with European cars!

Had a great experience getting my 2005 E4 six starter replaced along with a few other items. Fair price, good communication and will definitely be coming again.

Have been taking my car here for several years. They are reliable, fast, and honest, also very knowledgeable about foreign vehicles. I can not say enough good things about them. Also, Allen always keeps you updated on your vehicle.

The most honest auto repair shop in Houston by far! My friend sent me here and that is exactly what she said: “if you want an honest car repair spot, this is the one” and she wasn’t lying. If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Its always so intimidating as a woman to take your car to any auto repair shop but not this place. The owner is an incredibly honest man and I’ll be forever grateful to him! Please, don’t hesitate to bring your car here.

I was offered a $5000 repair with no warranty with no warranty which indicates that the vehicle would still have problems so I paid $709 for Service Advisor Allan to tell me the car is not worth fixing. That’s not Allan’s fault. After putting $16,000 into the , being told “It’s not worth it, now give me another 700 dollars to tell you that” was sickening. I trashed the car the next day. It truly was my worst car experience ever

The team at Autohouse know BMW’s well. After 2 years and significant repair and maintenance work on my 2012 328i, I have found them to be knowledgeable and transparent at all times. I know enough about cars to ask alot of questions- and they are alway willing to provide more details. They seem to like what they do!! Highly recommended!

I've been using this shop for two of my cars for something around 15 years. Ownership has changed hands but the quality of work and attention to detail is the same. I always pick up my cars without the punch in the gut feel I get at the dealership because of overcharges or being ups sold. I only wish they could work on my domestic car.

Allen was very honest and helpful starting from the first call to talk through my battery replacement and emissions system warning all the way through adapting to a different battery type than was expected and giving me revised quotes. The mechanic servicing my car also gave me helpful guidance on which battery to use to ensure I wouldn’t hit issues down the road. Rates were fair and Allen communicated well on needing a little more time to fit me in due to being shorthanded the day I wanted to drop off my car which was great because I’d rather know the true timeline than being told an aspirational goal that won’t be met. First experience with Autohaus was great and will be happy to bring my BMW back for service in the future.

I have been going to Autohouse of Switzerland for years now. I don’t trust anyone else to give me a fair price for my car. I have shopped around for prices on things, and the have always had the best. They are wonderful and truly know what they are doing (and seem like they really love what they do). They value their customers and take care of them. They have done really big things for me and really small things for me. Whatever it is, they can do it!

I have worked with Authohouse of Switzerland twice now. I have an Audi A4 and their work has been efficient and VERY reasonably priced! Allen has been a pleasure to work with and has gone out of his way to make sure to get the best price on parts. HE has answers questions clearly and concisely and spends time explaining exactly what the repairs will entail. This is not a garage that unnecessarily upgrades their repair recommendations. I would highly recommend Autohouse of Switzerland!

Very honest and professional with fair pricing. I have been a customer for little over a year and half now and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Great job in diagnosing my Audi Q5 and repairing everything. Service was fast and very professional. Great follow up on status and recommendations for other items of concern. The dealer would have charged 3 to 4 times or more than what Autohouse of Switzerland charged for the repairs. At the dealer, if a component such as the turbocharger has an issue, even with just a sensor, the dealer will replace the entire turbocharger. Autohouse of Switzerland only replaced what was necessary at a fraction of the cost. I've tried other repair shops and have been very disappointed. Autohouse of Switzerland technicians seem to understand and know what they are doing on my Audi. I highly recommend Autohouse of Switzerland.

It is difficult to find a shop that understands older Mercedes automobiles. I own a 1985 300SD that I would like to keep in perfect condition forever. Autohouse, its owner and staff are: 1.) Quick and accurate to diagnose any issue 2.) Quick to repair with quality parts 3.) Fair on labor and parts prices 4.) Clean, neat and careful with my car 5.) Responsive to me as an owner AND, exceeded my expectations. I believe it is difficult to ask for, or receive more.

Provided excellent service, was very honest and professional. Took care of all issues of the problem my daughter had with her car. I would highly recommend it to anyone with car issues.They know mechanics very well. They will tell you exactly what is wrong and don't try to replace parts that are not needed! If I can rate it from 1 to 10; 10 being the highest I would give them an 11!

I absolutely love this place. I've been taking my car here for almost 2 years now, and I have to say -- Jurg and Allen do a great job. They definitely know their stuff. I took my car to a different shop when I first moved to Houston, and I knew (I just knew!) I was being ripped off (not to mention the other shop was very rude). But then I found the Autohouse and I brought it to Allen after reading some really great reviews. These guys are honest, fair, extremely patient and nice (and took the time to explain everything in detail to me). Because of them, I've been able to keep my (almost) 10-year-old Volvo running strong at nearly 150,000 miles! I haven't been back in a while simply because I recently bought a new car and haven't had the need. But when that time comes, I will be happy to bring it back into them. I highly recommend these guys.

Finally found a dependable, knowledgeable place for my '03 Audi A4. Been taking my car here for the past 2 years as my car has begun to need random items replaced or repaired. I used to take my car to a few other shops, but after a mechanical issue could not be corrected by these other shops, I brought my car here based on the positive feedback I had read online. Sure enough they found the root of the issue and repaired it for a very reasonable rate. I wish I would have come here sooner and saved myself some time and money.
