This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on the latest reviews, Houston Auto Parts in Houston, TX earns a stellar 99/100. Sentiment is overwhelmingly positive: customers praise professional, knowledgeable staff (Angel, Chris, Erik, Sean), fair pricing with occasional price matches, and solid in‑stock inventory making it easy to find exact bumpers, hoods, and lights. Fast turnaround—online preorders confirmed quickly and in‑store visits often take minutes. Service includes compatibility checks and even loading parts. Minor gripe: one website redirect issue; yard organization details are unclear for this location. Overall, dependable, quick, and well‑priced.
I’d like to say that Angel was very well informed and helped me with my car needs. Was in the market for a new bumper and they hooked me up pretty well. No complaints
I pre-ordered my bumper online for in-store pickup. I received a call about 20 minutes later from Chris confirming my vehicle year, make, model and series (S, SE, or Sport). When I arrived, I may have been there for 4 minutes in total. Chris was very helpful with carrying my bumper to the car. I will come again.
This was the best place to buy parts for my car. Quality parts at affordable prices! Angel gave great customer service. I’ll absolutely be back to buy more.
Angel was a very great employee. I spoke with him on the phone once they opened and helped me without any hesitation. Stated the operating hours and told me how many were left in stock and he would assist me . Great place for in store products if you can’t order in time.

Excellent service and great prices! I had an awesome experience with Houston Auto Parts. The staff was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed. They had the part in stock and got me taken care of fast. Everything worked perfectly, and the prices were way better than other places I checked. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto parts in Houston!
Needed some parts and the website redirected to their california branch and the purchase wouldn't go though. When I came in Sean helped me out and ensured everything was taken care of, even price matched the online price when something was going to be more expensive at this location. Overall, nice experience and great staff.
Erik was a huge help. Got us loaded up and on our way. Helped inspect my new hood to make sure everything was how it should be. Great place, great price, even better treatment. 10/10 will be back for sure for all my autopart needs
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can’t say enough good things about Erik and his work! He’s knowledgeable, honest, and always goes above and beyond to help his customers. Even if you’re not sure what part you need, he’ll take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about the people he helps, not just the sale. Highly recommend supporting Erik — you won’t find better service anywhere!
I was looking for a front bumper for my Honda and found this place online at an affordable price while other places had them at $150+ and I still had to go and remove them, this place had it for only $99 and so I rushed over here with out hesitation and I have experienced professional treatment and great customer service all with affordable price and to think It was going to take some time I was in and out the door before I knew it. Dealing with Angel was a very friendly and pleasant experience and definitely will be coming back for any other part I need and talk with him so he can help me out
Thanks again

Great service, parts available same day at reasonable prices actually lower cost than Amazon where I was going to originally purchase my headlights. They even brought them out to my car! Highly recommend

Phenomenal parts that were ordered, no flaws or chips. Was able to replace my parts with identical OEM's. Very friendly staff, was on the phone with a particular person named Chris and was very helpful. Will come back again if anything arises.
