I would not recommend anyone, in my experience they sold me a lemon car, i bought it from them last year around may, i told the salesman Jade that it is for my kid who is graduating, he told me car is reliable. I asked about two things AC and transmission as my concern, he mentioned that i should be fine. AC did not work within a week which they initially did not fix and gave me hard time to fix it but eventually after 2 months they fixed it. Then after 2 more months transmission issue came up, i called them many times and Jade keep telling he will respond after talking to manager then finally on my 5th or sixth call he told me now in January of 2026 that they cannot do anything about it, not even check it, if it could be a minor issue or fluid change. I left message to the owner Alex but no response. I hardly drove it locally for not even 2 hundred miles total since i bought, and this is now standing for months not drivable. Only reason giving one star as there is no option of giving no star. My advise stay away and find someone who is honest and don't sell you lemon - good luck with that.

We came because we were tired of finding used cars and spending so much $ on carfax to find out the odometers were rolled back or they had reported issues that weren’t being disclosed by other sellers. Here they offer carfax on every vehicle and have a great cash car selection! We purchased a 2011 Honda CRV on Sept 1st and haven’t had any issues!!

One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I paid $11k for a vehicle from here cash and it does not run properly at all. They refused to knock the price down $2k claiming they just knocked it down, but a few days after buying the car, it started overheating. A few months later I am STILL dealing with the same issues. After looking under the hood, it seems as though they tried to fix it but couldn’t figure it out and gave up on it and hoped someone would buy it without knowing (unfortunately that was me). DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They do not care if they sell you a vehicle that you spend A LOT on just for it to be sold to you with issues.
About a month ago we came to this dealer and met Mr Jad the salesman, a gentleman, beautiful and attentive person! We really enjoyed dealing and closing a truck deal at the Trade Lane Motors. Very happy with the purchase of our GMC SIERRA PICK UP!

Jad is honest and offers reasonably priced cars. The vehicles we inspected before purchase are all good and recommended for purchase by the mechanics. They also helped us fix the issue with the engine light problem and helped us fix the air filter for free. Also got a 5 year maintenance plan from them for doing various car fixes with their partners.

Jad is great! He's honest and their cars are so clean! They show the Carfax for all their vehicles. They allow you to take a mechanic or they allow you to take it to your mechanic before purchasing. Love this! We didn't end up purchasing, but we were very close to and would have had I not found another vehicle that had everything I wanted at a different dealership. I will save this dealer info for my next cash car purchase.

I needed to find a car for my mom after she totaled hers and Trade Lane had this 2011 Camry. I was able to send a mobile inspector service to check it out - Jad was very nice and accommodating, he always answered immediately and every question. We were able to test drive the car and check it out ourselves without any pressure and make a deal we were comfortable with. He was very efficient in completing all the paperwork and super nice. I have purchased over 15 cars in my life for myself, family and friends and this was definitely one of the top 5 best experiences.
I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V from Jad. The car was exactly as described in their listings. A Carfax was presented, as well as an offer to have the car inspected by a mechanic. After purchase, it was washed and vacuumed prior to pick-up.
Negotiation: Good; their prices are already on the lower end, so there isn't a ton of room to move. That being said, we were able to arrive at a fair price.
Customer Communication: Excellent; Jad responded to all correspondence right away.
Professionalism: Excellent; All of the paperwork for the sale, title and registration were completed and ready for a signature. The car was inspected as well.
Negative(s): The only negative to the transaction was a mis-communication on the end of a special "sale" price of the car by the sales manager. In the end, Jad honored the price he quoted.
My suggestion is to communicate via messenger, text or email to confirm the negotiated price. This business changes the prices on vehicles often. In the current state of the market, used care prices are actually rising. I suggest once the price is negotiated to place a deposit, guaranteeing the price you will pay.
I would buy another vehicle from Jad.
