I needed replacement headrests for my 2015 town and country. The first pair didn’t fit my van and within an hour they found the correct pieces and swapped them out. Very reasonable price, and the employees are kind and professional. I would recommend them.
My son bought a 2021 G37 at auction and the fuel tank needed to be replaced. Shawn gave a good price and exchanged it without issues when we told him the mechanic found rust in the first one we bought. He had his guys take it from another car and in a matter of hours we got the replacement. He also gave us a good price. Thanks Shawn! Would definitely recommend this place.
I bought a complete shocks and crossmember for a 2009 Toyota Highlander the guy called Waheed attended to me and changed me $800 and in front of me told the boss $500 I played along and and acted like he was correct and when the time came for me to pick up my parts which he had told me that same day or early next day would be ready he was not told got back and part was not even complete. Had to get my mechanic to check it and confirmed some parts were missing. My Mech found the parts under the car and said we have to pay $150 for my missing parts. He called boss and he said release it but he insisted we pay $150 for what is sold let’s outside. NEVER DEAL with WAHEED. He is not a good guy. He his SHADY. My advice don’t do business here because they are not sincere. I’ll keep posting this on every platform about this Place. BAD Business
Called to ask for a brake light on a 2014 caravan. Guy quoted 150 for a used brake light. Bellaire sells it for 105 brand new. Talk about these guys being greedy.
Worse auto part experience....despite having the part needed available... they changed the price when I went to checkout. Then refused my payment method which was credit card... and then tried to convince me to go to the atm to get cash. Will not recommend anyone to go there for parts... its obvious their service is horrible hence the reason their parts are on stock... i don't think anyone wants to feel horrible in giving them their hard earn money.
I brought a air compressor from them for 250 dollars and it was New and I put it in my car and the same day it went out. Come to find out it was a old compressor that they just cleaned off. Makes sense why they won’t give you a warranty. I wouldn’t shop there again or wouldn’t advise anybody to shop here.
Told me 2 different prices and for a high price. When I asked about it they just hung up in my face very rude.
Ok Ryan Auto Parts just replied 4 months later saying I told them 2 different year models that doesn't make sense. I have a 09 why would i say 2004 or 2014. Now your making up stuff to make yourself look good.
Very bad customer service I called them and they gave me a price and when I asked for more information about the pet they told me to just buy it brand new instead from them because they didn’t want to help me. He was very rude and unprofessional. DONT RECOMMEND DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
Bought a transmission give me 7 days warranty instead of 30 days after 2 days I mount d transmission and d transmission was bad he told me d transmission need to be flashed he gave me a no I call d guy he flash it and told me d transmission was a bad one.i return d transmission but it become difficult for them to change it until I call corps on them before they could change it . I don't advice buying there except if you have no choice Customer service is zero And they are not honest.
Ever since the staff changed, they don't help out as much plus I ordered parts and when I went to pick it up next day they sold it already. The old boss would've apologized and gave next stuff you needed for free but this new one doesnt really care
Stay away from this place! I bought a A.C. Compressor for my car and it never worked, took it back they gave me another one and it didn't work, and on top of that they took 35% of what I paid for it! Stay away!
Dont buy parts from this junk the sellers are very rude they just stole your money dont wasted your time and money just go somewhere else all the parts they sell are trash
Called to verify a part was available and that Ryan's could take credit card for payment. Once I got to their shop, they would not guarantee the part was good. They said yes to taking credit card payment, when I asked about this option. But they refused to accept credit card payment once I was there in person. The signals I got from them seemed to be very misleading and inconsistent. I will not do business with them.
Went in 2 days ago and got prices on a few parts and then today went in to go buy them and was told they won't sell them to me spoke with sean waste of time junk yard that doesnt want to hold up to there word also new owners been buying from that location for 10 years now i will tell everyone I refer to go else where for now on. Not only junk cars! Owner and employees junkies too. Liar George who is low IQ guys on the front. They will give you different price on the phone and different price when you are walk in.....Ebay, Direct Auto Parts, Cap Stone Auto Body Part, Alliance Auto Part are much more better and cheap price. Don’t go the dirty jank yards.
I called earlier in the week and talked with someone about a grill/bumper for a Chrysler 300 and was given a quote for $250, so I’m like okay cool I’ll be there later this week to look at it. I go later in the week, look at the parts and everything is fine. Get back to the counter only for them to look stupid, act dumb and play with my intelligence when I tell them that the price I was given was on the phone was $250, so he pull the part up talking about “The bOsS MaN sAY iT’s in THe SySTem For $500” then tried to tell ME I must be mistaken.... dude what???? Very Unprofessional. Those part brand new aren’t even worth $500.
I called about a part that they had as I was in the phone they told me a 30 day warranty on the part . When I go to pick up the part( 2 minutes later) he told me there was no warranty now. When I stated what they told me on the phone he said we don't have to sell the part. That is bad business. I did a lot of business with the company before but now the sold the company to some new people. Which do no know how to do business. Defiantly recommend going somewhere else.
I called for a quote on a used tail light for a mini van. They told me it would be $45. I said no thank you I can buy a brand new one for $35. This one is used and it cost more. I will pass. I can't believe that a used tail light for a minivan would cost more then a brand new one that's delivered to my front door in 2 days. Really?
Food is okay except for the beef burgers. Burgers are really good. Service is good. Price is moderate. We go there quite often when we have to go to a halal restaurant.
Don't get me wrong the service is great but the building needs to be updated and more seats needs to be added to the customer service while you're waiting for to be served plus he needs to have a easy access to the bathroom but the price is not too bad compared to all the auto places !
