Was hauling a piece of furniture to the other side of town when my lift gate would not stay tied down. I got off the exit and thank God this place was there! Everyone was so nice and a man named Cherry that works there helped me to get it secure by guiding me to the right thing to buy and by helping me get it tied down. Thankful that there are still businesses that are truly helpful and care about the folks that walk through the door.

My first and only visit was because of a delivery of 8ea pallets of DEF fluid I needed to make on 3/14/25. Called and spoke to Joe to get the lay of the land and how to situate my truck and 53’ trailer best way for tailgate off load.
Joe mentioned that he would refer me to Efron to assist in the unload.
I arrived just before 11am after exiting off of I-10 westbound @#773A. It’s a quick right turn onto East Fwy frontage rd and Rt onto Exchange St..And another quick left turn onto Hershe St.. This will put the back of your trailer at the opening of the parking area where facilities delivery vehicles come and go out.
Because of upcoming lunch time, being across from Whataburger made for busy traffic . Efron had one of his men come out in minutes with forklift and pallet jack. Within a half hour all 8ea pallets were offloaded and I was on my way.
Quick right turn onto Wayside Dr(one way)and quick Lft Turn flip onto Waxahachie St cross st followed by another left turn onto Wayside Dr. Follow back to I-10 East or West.
Thanks to Joe and Efron and crew for making my delivery go incredibly well. All mentioned were professional and hospitable. I would do it all over again. The place inside looked packed full of whatever you would and could need for a commercial truck.

I was in town for work from the DFW area and none of the auto parts stores here had what I needed in stock. Then I happened to find this place. Really cool store with a very good variety of parts and an extremely friendly and helpful staff. They had exactly what I needed and got me on my way in a timely manner and all at a really good price. Highly recommend this business if you need a random part on a time crunch!

Called in, they just keep you on hold, you will hear them pick up then put you right back to the music 3-4 times then answer and tell you the same thing transfers to parts, and the cycle starts over hoping you hang up. Not saying it’s all of them but there are definitely a few that do bare minimum. Customer service over the phone is terrible, I’ve been there in person and it was ok but a few of the ladies that work there are just collecting a check.

-5 if I could put a lower grading i would the fact that it took them months to give me n answers is disgraceful as a company they blame the problem on me when they themselves can't hold each other accountable don't shop here or look for help they only want their pockets filled

I was looking for hubmeter for trailer I went 4 different places nobody has what I need they all can order I need meter today not tomorrow, Wayside had hubmeter in stock. Thanks Wayside.

Thanks for NOT getting through to the parts department after multiple attempts... Transfer 8 times with nothing... I know my time is free for you... Can I suggest taking peoples call back number? I'm no manager but apparently you don't have one either...

I went to buy grease. and the lady in the front dont find the price scanning the item, so she put a price way expensive and when i tell her its no correct , she say go to the back and find some help, very rude people!

Installed there LED lights. This place has everything a trucker would need from body parts, accessories for rigs, custom paints and chems, large selection of autoparts. I would recommend it to anyone in need.

They don't always have everything. But they can order it. The staff are all cool and know what they are doing. Plus, it is next to a Whataburger.

I’ve been buying parts from Peter ( owner at wayside ) for many years. Great place they will get your parts quick and adrian is very friendly and knows his stuff

Prices are reasonable, I purchase parts here for my trucks and most all parts have been I in stock.. parking is a little difficult when street is busy
