Initially they scheduled my appointment which wasn’t met and it really gave a bad impression. Thankfully the 2 individuals that met me the next morning, made up for it with their positive attitude and work ethic.
What a relief to have all my junk gone. Andre was prompt, communicated regularly & kept me informed on all levels. Price was fair. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes, and my junk problems were gone! Thanks, Junk King, for a job well done!
The owner made by right when our stairs we damaged. Ryan made sure he took the extra step to match our flooring and have a very clean crew come in and fix our stairs that were damaged during a removal they did. Took awhile but I do feel it was due to making sure everything went smoothly. A lot of companies don't do that. Give them a call they will do you right!
Ryan & Tatum did an awsome job! They clear everything out efficiently. the were a pleasure to speak with. if i need anything removed again i will defenitly contact them again. I will recommend them to my friends.
Excellent service quoted a fair and understandable price based on truck space capacity utilized for the junk being picked up. The workers were polite a professional. Final cost was within mid range quoted. No issues. Finally a contractor provided guilty service without drama.

Even though I wasn't able to get August for this second junk removal work, the team that arrived was very quick, patient, and pleasant. This was another good experience with Junk King.

Junk King took care of an unsightly issue for me where City of Houston was falling down on their job of collecting heavy trash and I needed it gone quickly. These guys were able to get out there in just a couple of hours and left the curbside looking like nothing had ever been there. Very professional and efficient and at a fair price!

Junk King has reasonable rates in reference to use of space for their trash container, and are flexible in pick up time if they arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.) I have used them three times in last 6 months while renovating family home. I was offered a one day quote of $490, by a competitor, which obviously i did not accept for two reasons. They arrive and pick up same day and junk king was $162.00, cheaper and I had their container for 3 days.Thank you Ryan, Andre and Irene; yall are great.
Hands down These guys are the best. They worked within my budget and did more than I ever dreamed of. The crew Jasmin and Kuantee were awesome they are an asset. From today onwards they are welcome at my place as friend. Thank you guys for a great job done.
Jasmine and her partner were phenomenal. They were in and out in less than 30 min on top of being early for the appointment. I appreciate being able to call the company and within 3 hours the items were removed and payment options were very accommodating. I will be using them again and hope that I am able to get Jasmine and her partner again!
Both men provided me great work ethics and left nothing undone. They performed the task at hand in a timely orderly fashion. I made a good having them come.
Had to wait 3 hours for them to show up then had to reschedule for the next day. Had a 10am to noon scheduled the next day and finally showed up around 1pm. Andre did a great job by himself to move a large couch down a flight of stairs and load it on his truck. 5 stars for him and 1 star for scheduling!
This is the second time I've used Junk King and they are fantastic! Andrea was super courteous and worked fast. Ryan coordinated the whole thing, kept me in the loop of arrival time and the process and the pricing was more than fair. I would absolutely use them again!
Junk King was great. From the scheduling and support to the actual mover, Andre, I couldn’t be happier. They came exactly on time (15 mins early in fact, but called ahead as they said they would). The whole process couldn’t have gone smoother and the people couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. And their prices were fair too — most definitely competitive to everywhere else. Don’t waste your time, call Junk King. I would use again without hesitation.
From beginning to end, my experience with Junk King was outstanding. I booked my appointment over the phone, and within 10 minutes, I got a call to confirm everything. They arrived the same day, offered great prices, and Andre was punctual, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them for any junk removal needs!
I called them to pick up some garbage on the side of the business, Everything was completed within 2hrs from the initial call. Polite quick and even swept the space the garbage was sitting.

Jeff is GM and was excellent at communicating with me and even worked all day on 4th of July.
When his helper did not show he still worked hard and had his crew finish the next morning on Sunday! I will use their services as I need large items removed and will refer them to others!
Many businesses either lack delivery of performance or customer service. I'm here to tell you that Junk King Houston North excels on both. I texted employee, Candy, a photo of my hot tub to be removed and within 3 minutes, I received a response to set up an appointment for a free quote. I received a text and call the night prior to confirm my appointment.
Mike arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment (first calling to make sure it would be alright with me to show up soon, which was very considerate and actually worked out better for my schedule). He took a look at my hot tub and gave me a quote that I was comfortable with. I was told that big jobs such as hot tub removals will often require them to return another day to start the process. However within an hour or so, their General Manager, Jeff, along with 2 other gentlemen promptly showed up to begin the job.
Each and every individual whom I encountered was polite and accommodating. I was especially impressed by Jeff's punctuality, interpersonal skills, and professionalism. Moreover, finishing the removal quickly (within 2 hours or so) and cleaning up the site wonderfully. They also took care of these old worn flower pots I no longer wanted, without fuss.
I had one of the best experiences when it comes to services related to my home. I have no doubt that I would consider using Junk King North again in the future, as well as referring them to my family and friends.
