I strongly do not recommend using this company. Stick with a smaller, independent delivery service instead.
They accepted the load with no intention of delivering at the requested time. Once the pickup was completed, communication completely broke down. Calls and messages were ignored when I asked for updates, and there was no accountability or transparency.
The delivery ended up being three days late, causing unnecessary stress, delays, and disruption to my business. Reliability and communication are critical in transportation, and this company failed on both.
If timing and professionalism matter to you, avoid this company and choose a carrier that actually values their customers.

Please do not use this company.It's been three weeks....I pay them to pick up a card?They pick up the car and still hasn't got here to Houston.Please do not use this company worst company ever... At this point I just have to wait
I am only leaving one star because I have to in order to create a review. This company lacks responsibility. My vehicle was damaged while being unloaded by the driver and the driver denied it until I showed proof.
It’s not worth using there services if the cost is much worse with the damage they cause and there lack of accountability. Horrible experience with them! Beware!
Bad experience. If you don’t want to be called a liar and ur calls be ignored. Do not hire this compay. If your car gets damaged by the tow driver they don’t take responsability.
Very disappointed with this company. Order number 403436. I paid for their services and when unloading my suv parts were getting damaged. I called and spoke to the manager after talking to everyone in the office. I was told they saw the case and they were going to cover the cost but the manager never answered again. I have photos, video of before and after.
Don’t bother making business with them. The employees in charge of transporting the vehicle lost the keys and I had to pay an extra $200 to get the key replaced. They lied saying they were given the car without the keys from the auction. I contacted the auction and they told me nobody had called to confirm the vehicle had no keys. Clearly someone either stole or lost my keys after it had been picked up. Never doing business here ever again and you shouldn’t either. From how expensive their service is I would expect to at least receive my keys. Not only did I not receive my keys but they took forever to deliver the vehicle, overall a terrible experience.
We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. They displayed a lack of understanding regarding a mechanical issue, causing unnecessary delays in payments. Moreover, they deducted fees without clear explanations, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied with their communication. Overall, our experience fell short of our expectations.
Be careful with this company. Who put 5 stars are scam. They can damage your car during transportation and no any responsibility, My layer wrote to them letter by mail and email but no reaction for letter. Soon preparing paperwork for local judge.

These people are horrible at business. They overcharge. Dont pick up your vehicle on time but expect you to pay for the overage of storage that's caused by their inability to deliver. If you don't want to take this warning and still use them. Make sure before you pay your fee and use their service ask them when they will get your item picked up. If not you will be screwed gauaranteed.
STAY AWAY.. unless you enjoy being lied to, handling your car like trash, and enjoy waiting for your car for weeks and weeks. I got all kinds of Lies from truck having problems on the road to driver being sick +++ etc.. Listen to me and use another reputable company... if I was able to give him negative 5 stars, I would have done it. THAT BAD
If I could give them less than a star I would have, they told me 7 days to pick up,seven days pass no pick up,
I call them to cancel so i can get another carrier so I will not pay for storage fee,she then call me back that they have a truck picking up right now and will take 5day to delivery. 5days pass no delivery,I call them agai was told that they have to put my car in a storage because they truck was full to wait another week , another week pass I received a call saying car is here but I owe them an extra $100 because they have to tow my car to a storage, thing that I was not aware of,now they are holding my car hostage till I pay them the towing fee that they took upon themselves to keep the business.
Please take your business somewhere else, they will screw you up too.
Unprofessional. bad experience working with Esther. Says one thing then does another. Doesn't follow through with business deals. She backs out of payment after work has been completed. Had to cut my loss and move on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
Been using these folks for about a year and they've been very prompt with picking up and delivery. Not until recently that I've noticed some discrepancy with their services....poor communication between driver and dispatcher costing me storage fees. They did apologise due to high volume of cars they have been overwhelmed lately. Won't let this little issue deter me from patronizing them in the future.
Don't leave your vehicle here because even if your battery was good when it's there it won't be when it's time for pick up ,I think they intentionally leave your ignion on or your door open to kill your battery. Then you will have to pay them to bring out your car.
Rating Milton Motors from a transporter point of view, they are excellent to deal with, your check is ready in a few minutes after unloading , the product they dispatch to you is usually ready and paid for in advance, I'm in my 7 th year of dealing with this company, have had very minimal issues.
