My experience with Mark from Reman Group was outstanding from start to finish. From our very first conversation, he was patient, confident, and answered every single question I had without hesitation about my 2015 Chevy Cruze. He always picked up the phone and even took the time to speak with my dad and uncle to make sure everything was legitimate before I made my purchase.
The entire transaction was incredibly smooth! The motor was delivered the same day I sent the payment. Mark even followed up to ensure I received it and to check that the car was running properly.

I have dealt with Angelo on several occasions. I am a Commercial Manager for a major National Auto Parts store and Reman Group is my go to for Kia and Hyundai engines. I have never had Angelo tell me an engine I called for wasn't available. He is curtious and gets the job done quickly so I can get back to other customers. I own a shop in Sedalia MO, Rick's Automotive, and needed an engine for a customer car, a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. I usually order engines from Jasper, but they don't offer one for this car. I called Reman Group and ordered an engine from Mark. I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them.
I've just about had it with this company calling me for follow ups, I want to support this business as the warranty on paper is good, staff I have spoken with is good, but everytime I make a quote its 2-3 follow up calls mind you not 1-2 days after but weeks after, obviously if I didn't call it in I haven't sold the repair. I understand following up on possible leads but this is excessive to the point it takes my time away from day to day operations. I do not despise the staff nor the product being offered, but before this last call I had made it clear with my Rep, I do not have the time do keep taking these follow up calls as they serve no purpose. I expected that to be the last call, called them once more since then for a quote, and still got a follow up call, respectfully told them I had asked to stop calling me once more and now rep said they would remove my account, not from a calling list but just end it, if that's the way the want to operate their business I'm glad I haven't made a purchase with them. That is the last I will have contact with them.
10/2/2025 Update, A new Representative Named Mark Jucoy has since called and did his part in attempt to remedy the situation and has connected me with a different point of contact for future quotes / sales, and also offered a coupon on next purchase if made. If I decide to use this company in the future I will update accordingly , we are able to perform rebuilds in house and have very good connections with our local machine shop and engine rebuild part vendors, and in the future if I decide that a replacement motor is more optimal over rebuilding I may consider them once more but as for now I will continue to do what is best for our clients.

We were in search for a 2.7l Toyota Tacoma Engine and Mark at the Reman Group was able to help us out. The Engine was priced well and packaged well. Mark provided a great customer experience which is what I expect from my team. The engine arrived earlier than expected which allowed us to deliver the vehicle to our customer in time for his weekend deer hunt. I will be calling Mark again when needed.
Remain Engine arrived quickly and rep. followed up with us and made himself available for any questions and/or issues. Vehicle was installed in customer's vehicle and customer has been happy with the performance of engine.
Mark helped us out with a reman 2.0 liter motor for a Kia Forte. The motor that showed up looked great, nice and clean, looked brand new! Also has been in the car for 600 miles now, just did the break in oil change and haven't seen any problems! Will definitely be using Reman Group again... Thank you!
Mark helped me get the engine I was looking for and was very detailed on by when he could get it since it had to be ordered and checked in after the installation was finished. Nothing but great engines and customer service. The gentlemen at the warehouse were all attentive and helped me load up the engine in a timely manner.

I called up Reman Group and spoke with Angelo about an engine for my Hyundai Santa Fe. All of my questions were answered promptly and accurately. Angelo was very helpful. I ordered my Engine and it was delivered to my preferred shop earlier than expected. My mechanic showed me the crated engine and told me it looked good, better than others he had seen from other suppliers. The engine was installed without a hitch and is running great so far. Reman Group engines and our service advisor Spencer Heiden Have been great , I was always purchasing engines and transmissions from another competitor. Spencer came on with these guys and we decided to follow. They are easy to work with and our components that we have received all have been high quality. Prices are fair, shipping has been fast so far. I have a repair facility and install quite a few major components . Worth the purchase.
Ever since we started using Reman Group, I don’t even check with other places. They put out quality products with almost no wait! Spencer is on our speed dial! Greatest customer service ever! I've been fixing cars for 50+ years. We replace 6 to 20 engines a month. Reman Group is great, very nice work. I've purchased several engines from and only had one issue, and they handled it very promptly it was a VVT senor. A company is only as good as their warranty, and Reman Group stands behind their products. I recommend you buy from them with confidence I do every time I need a motor.
I have had a great experience thus far with the Reman Group Engines. Maria Ginez, the business development manager has been extremely helpful with everything including the purchasing process, core return, warranty information, etc…. She is always very responsive. I just had their remanufactured motor installed in my Hyundai a few weeks ago. So far so good. I really hope I never have to use the 2 year 24 month warranty that is included with the 3.3 liter motor I purchased, but if I do I’m pretty confident the Reman group would continue their great service.
