The absolute worst place they could have taken my vehicle. Contents were stolen by staff. Personal property was damaged. They took advantage of my loss and entered my vehicle without consent

Answered once then put me on hold and never answer the phone again

Can anyone even get ahold of anybody here? For years I have called and no answer on it get put on hold for 20 minutes and just hang up

I’ve been calling for several days now and I either get hung up on, sent to voicemail, or put on hold without ever talking to anyone.

All I want to do is buy a front camera for my Honda Odyssey. I saw they have one on car-part.com, they would just have to order it from one of their other locations.

I guess they have no interest in taking my money… Very strange.

Great customer service and follow through. Location on E Richey kept saying the part wasn't in there warehouse, when in fact it was. Several managers from Aldine assisted in finding it at the east Richey location and delivering it to me. Has been a frustrating ordeal, glad they took the initiative to make it right

They don't answer the phone... what's the point in having a phone number?!

It is hard to explain the size of this facility and is huge. I don’t think there is anything else matching size wise this place.

Very unprofessional over the phone I was told that you're just going to immediately pick up the part.I drove over an hour to come to this location.They said they have it, but I can't get it until Monday.It's 2 o'clock on Friday.Don't trust anything these people say

Very poor customer service. The LKQ parts website is not very thorough or customer friendly on parts descriptions. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day to verify part availability and for local pickup/shipping. No one answers the phone. I ended up using another junkyard to get the parts I needed. Kinda worthless and a waste of time. BTW…the Phoenix location is the same (I acquire parts throughout the country) The company is more concerned about ‘investor relations’ than concerned about its paying customers. Better luck at the self-serve junkyard…Houston Auto Recyclers or just going online using Amazon, eBay, RockAuto, etc. Disappointing. Hire more phone agents/customer service personnel.

Bought an engine for a jeep in may 2023. Installed and removed it 3 times at home to find that an oil gallery plug smashed in and split was the issue for the oil pumping out of back of motor. Phoned and was told I’d be reimbursed 10 hrs at 95 hr. Which I was ok with. In August I called again to see if they needed additional info and then forgot about it. January comes around and I called again, this time they needed an invoice so I made one out. Now MARC in customer service only wants to pay 300$ as goodwill cause I did it in my garage at home. Looser. At least at home mechanics do better work then the engine builders and lying customer service advisors at LKQ corp. never again

Paid three bucks to get in. Left with nothing because the parts that were supposedly still on the cars were not. That's the third time for two different vehicles. Won't he going back to this name. But, don't make a decision based on my experience. I know plenty of people who always seems to leave with what they went for. Hope your luck is better than mine was.

I wanted to leave 1 star, but I had to raise it to 3. In fairness, the guys working there were friendly, professional and as helpful as they could be.

have never used them and I was just confirmed why. I place an order and the part never arrived, I have left 3 different messages for the sales person, no calls backs, called regular number only to be transfer to the guy whom I just said is not returning my calls, and called again twice and now no-one is picking up.

Called their phone number 6 times from 11:00 till 12:00. Never got an answer. Can't even confirm availability of the part. Likely I didn't drive for two hours as I was planning just to kick their door. Tried two out of three extensions without any luck. I highly suggest you calling them in advance, just to make sure you don't waste your time driving to the place that is closed for some random reason.

Nobody takes any responsibility or even cares to help you with a problem or a delivery issue. Not one person can give me a answer on where my parts are. I get “ well let me transfer you to your sales guy” which he/she is never there, and nobody know what to do, Not the first time either but it will be the last unfortunately.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE !!!! They do not answer phone calls they do not care about their customers what so ever!!! I ordered a transmission from here they give me a wrong delivery date 3 times!!!! Now my car is sitting at the shop and I have to pay extra in fees everyday it sits there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE !!!!

EVERY TIME I ORDER PART IT NEVER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND LAST 2 TIMES PARTS PARTS WERE DEFECTIVE, I FEEL THEY JUST SEND YOU BAD PARTS IF YOU KEEP IT THEN THEY MAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND IF YOU RETURN IT THEY TAKE 3 MONTH TO REFUND YOUR MONEY.. YOU WILL ALSO LOSE THE LOBBER MONEY YOUR MECHANIC CHARGES YOU TO DO THE WORK TWICE

TO BAD I LIKE MY SALES REPS THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE BUT THE TIC'S THEY HAVE ARE THE WORST THEY DAMAGE PARTS WHILE PULLING THEM OUT OF CARS AND I DON'T BELIEVE THEY TEST PARTS BEFORE SENDING THEM

Holy $hit, I didn't know customer service could be so bad! Ordered a part, verified location, drive 2HOURS to get out-Wrong part, despite my referencing their website while on the phone.

3 days later, sales tells me multiple party's are located here. Drove 2 more hours(each way), this location doesn't have counter sales!

Have been on the phone for 1 hour (sitting in the parking lot) and made 30 calls to Houston retail department. They have never answered the phone. I have to call another department and ask to be transferred, Then...... 3/3 times placed on hold the call hangs up.

One of the local parts experts called me back to help reconcile my order issues. I'm upgrading them to 3 stars pending proper part delivery.

I bought a 2003 dodge 1500 after market tailgate from this location & they claimed DC all internal parts was warranted but I was denied that warranty after a part was broken in the guts & I had taken the tailgate & had it painted to match my truck paint. LKQ told me to get a quote from Dodge on repairing the tailgate, I gave them Dodge's quote & they didn't want go cover the cost so I was screwed & out of $900 bucks.

I had a great experience with this place prior to them obtaining new staff. Now, it's absolutely a headache to deal with. Staff NEVER answer the phone, they always seem to be on "lunch break". They don't call when your order arrives at their facility, which most of the time the part is the wrong one. WORST customer service, they'll leave you on hold for over an hour. They suggest it's better to stop by to get what you need which is true but they don't take into consideration how far away some people live. I'd rather make one trip there to pick up a part, not to see if it's available. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place for your part needs.

I've been dealing with them for 11 years now. They haven't skipped a beat. They are an awesome place to deal with. All the people I dealt with were very nice. A guy passing by was very helpful to the person I was originally talking too. The knowledgeable one was named Jesus (I asked). Wore a beanie cap. Need more employees that are as knowledgeable as him. Good job guys!

I kinda wish they were open at least on Saturday. And had a sign that showed you the actual entrance. The entrance is so small and tiny it's very very easy to pass up every time. A cheap large sign showing the entrance would go a long way. I'll be glad to update my review.

Okay ... Here is the straight and skinny on this place ... The inventory ... Is not stuff that is tagged and on the shelf .. their online inventory means they have a car in the wreaking yard they guess will have the part on it ... It took me 3 days of waiting to be able to go pick it up at their location.. was told there was no core charge, there was... will call is not marked no pickup instructions on their web site ... I understand what another reviewer said... If your not an insurance company or a large shop in Houston these people will be a pain in the arse .. also didn't receive an order number .. lucky I remembered the salespersons name .. The only sign there is said that if you pay cash. For any refunds you will receive a check in the mail in ten days ... They only way to accurately describe these folks is this is a Nationwide Corporation, running junkyards, if you don't run with the big dogs (can make them a lot of cash) Your better off with a small mom and pop junkyard.

These guys are amazing this is one of the largest most well organized salvage yards in the nation the man who runs it is a genius. He runs it with a iron fist no time, for games just work, happy customers exceptional growth proves it.

I called in for a part I needed for my truck. They were happy to take my credit card to get the part delivered the next day for me to pick up at this location. I called to verify it was available (It's about 1 1/2 round trip for me). The part was in. I get there and it is the wrong part. They were apologetic and ordered me the correct part to pick up the following day. The part did not arrive, nor did it arrive the next day. The CS rep said that the warehouse dropped the ball and they would issue a refund. All in all, a big waste of time. I could have already received a brand new part by ordering online for $30 more. This place is quick to take your money and not deliver what they promise.

They answer the phone if you select you are with an insurance company or licensed repair shop but only offer to transfer your call to the parts department that never picks up the call. If you try to reach the parts department directly, by selecting option 3 which identifies you as an individual, then no one ever picks up or returns you call after leaving vm. The company's day to day employee sucks, which usually always means their management sucks as well.

Ordered a Complete Panoramic Roof Assembly for our 2007 Ford Edge. And these guys completely dropped the ball. Shipped the part from the North Loop location to the Aldine Westfield store rather than the repair shop. For two days no one could tell us where the part was. When we found out where it was they informed the repair shop they would deliver the part next day. 3 days later the damn roof is still not delivered to the repair shop. 10 days total part still not delivered. And no help getting any answers.

Have been doing business with them for 8 years. They used to be helpful and take care of business. In the last year their service has become very very poor. Maybe they are getting too big and cant keep up. Stock is going up, service is going down. I hope they pull it together would like to continue using them.
