The service at US Auto Connection was fantastic. Very professional shop with customer service that is great. They went above and beyond to address my repairs and my car was so clean when I picked up I thought I had a new car!

We have used US Auto Connection multiple times for multiple collision repairs in the past few years. Each time they have been super fast and communicative. Every other experience I have had prior with other collision repairs is months long and me having to call for an update so they are amazing and the only place we go for car repairs, highly recommend. They handle everything with the insurance and are super helpful.

They did a great job. Quick, hassle free, and friendly service. Fair quote too, which was great because USAA won't cover anything.

I learned about US Auto Connection via an insurance company recommendation. I read feedback from other customers and decided it was worth trying. The repairs and service exceeded my expectations. Would use them again without hesitation. A+ people & service!

1/16/26 My vehicle is still in the shop. I still feel inclined to brag about Ruben! Ruben has had a tragedy that we all will unfortunately face. But nonetheless Ruben greeted me with such a wonderfully helpful spirit! I can't even begin to explain how much this meant to me in what I was going through. Ruben was so professional yet so personally understanding! Simply one of the best experiences I've had dealing with an employee/human being. I am forever appreciative of his actions ??

2/3/26 My vehicle was returned to me today. All I can say is I was blown away! Not only was my vehicle given such care. THEY DETAILED HER TOO! Not a once over! Every inch of my vehicle was cleaned! In the best part was that the staff was just as outstanding as the drop off. If you want to know your vehicle is taken care of and the people care about what they do......This is the place for you! Don't take this service lightly. It's one in a million!

My experience with this shop was really good. Although my vehicle ended up totaled after several weeks of back and forth with insurance and working through estimates and what not, the shop kept me in the loop a few times every week and put a lot of effort into trying to help me out. I didn’t get to see my vehicle get completed but the shop professionalism, organization while I was there, and the general appearance of other vehicles being taken care of gave me a sense that they would have done a great job with mine.

Repeat customer - we go back because they keep doing a great job. Courteous, informative, able to work with the major insurance companies. Always available to discuss the work and options with the customer as well.

Mike and his team did an Amazing job. My car was fixed in a timely manner and Mike updated me several times during the repair.
My Venza looks brand new and I would highly recommend U.S. Auto Connections for any collision repair.

Don’t be deceived by the good reviews.
I dropped my car off to be fixed as it was the number one recommended shop by State Farm. Big mistake. I dropped the car off 2 weeks before Christmas and was told it was going to be ready before hand. Not a problem.
Upon picking the car up, the work they did was miserable, lazy and unprofessional. Weather strips falling off, really bad paint work, panel gaps not matching, doors not sitting flush and the worst bit is the noise my car made. Took it back to them about the wind noise and the bad work. Kevin is the most unprofessional employee that I encountered there. Upon sharing the concerns, all the answers were ‘it’s an easy fix’. If it is such an easy fix, why wasn’t it done properly the first time. They try to make it right with a rental at their expense, this is now round two. I show up and again, with the wind noise. I took the car on a test drive with ‘the boss’ Jesse who says ‘I really don’t like bad work. I don’t like my guys rushing stuff. Everything you’re upset with is unacceptable. Okay fine. I left it again, trying to make it right. I go to pick it up and go for a test drive. I come back again and low and behold, this time Kevin says ‘Well we drove other cars and this one isn’t as loud’, as if that’s supposed to make me feel better about it. After that, he says well we had 6 employees drive it. I DO NOT CARE. My car was not even close to being in the condition it should’ve been. Okay. I got on ANOTHER test drive with Jesse, now he drives and agrees about the wind noise. This is now the second round of trying to sort the wind issue. Jesse proceeds to say yeah wind noise is a hard thing to figure out. I thought this is all an easy fix? I leave it with them again, now it’s been a month and about a week and a half. Again today, I show up to pick the car up and while the wind noise is fixed, now the doors don’t sit flush. If it’s all SO EASY for them, you’d think they’d take their time and fix it THE FIRST TIME.

Basically, if you value your time and money, stay away. Their customer service, their body work, and their paint work is abysmal. Any concerns you may have are met with dismissal, gas lighting and disrespect.

I recently had my rear bumper replaced on my 2024 BMW 330i at US Auto Connection, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They did an excellent job matching the paint and replacing the left rear tail light, delivering results that exceeded my expectations. The parts were ordered promptly, and the work was completed quickly without compromising quality. David was an exceptional professional to work with, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend US Auto Connection for anyone in need of auto body repairs!

My auto, a Lexus, had been rear-ended at a stoplight. Although the damage was not severe, the auto looked like new after the repairs were completed. The service personnel at US Auto Connections were friendly, competent, and efficient.

My car looks amazing!! You can’t tell that it had ever been hit and they returned my car to me washed/ detailed and completely clean on the inside. Way better than when I dropped it off. I recently worked with Chris Bostick as my collision service advisor for repairs on our company truck, and this time he assisted us with our Pilot. Chris provided a detailed rough estimate based on the pictures and video I sent over. However, when the car was disassembled, there were some damages that weren’t visible in the initial photos.
What impressed me the most was Chris's ability to offer affordable suggestions that kept us within our budget for the repairs. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. The turnaround time was impressive, and the workmanship on the repairs was outstanding!

US Auto Connection took care of my truck from beginning to end. This was my first accident and US Auto Connection made the process so easy. Cory(wrecker driver) was very polite and knowledgeable of the process of the repairing if my truck with US Auto Connection. Which was what made me choose US Auto Connection. The next morning Mike called and let me know an estimated completion date but also explained could take longer and would keep me up to date on everything. Which was fine because of the extent of damage and the insurance company taking its time. After speaking with Cory and Mike about my truck repairs I was completely comfortable choosing US Auto Connection for the repairs. I picked up my truck today and she looks brand new just like when I brought her. I will always use US Auto Connection in the future if needed. HIGHLY recommend US Auto Connection. I had a great experience with US Auto Connection. I had a ding on my bumper from a hit and run and they restored it to just like new! Rueben provided excellent customer service also and kept me updated about the progress of my repairs! They even ordered a bolt cover for one that was misplaced during the repair. I appreciate the attention to small details!
