I had a flat tire and called Texas Best Towing to help tow my car to the nearest tire shop. From the moment I called, their communication was excellent. They were very responsive and kept me updated the entire time with text messages letting me know they were 15 minutes away, then 10 minutes away, which I really appreciated.
Emmanuel, the driver who assisted me, was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. He made a stressful situation much easier and handled everything smoothly and professionally.
The only reason I’m mentioning this is to help others be aware beforehand — the service was a bit pricey for a relatively short distance. I was charged $149 for a local tow that was only a few miles total. I agreed to the price, and the service itself was excellent, but I do think it’s helpful for customers to know in advance.
Overall, great customer service, fast response time, excellent communication, and a very professional experience. Thank you again to Emmanuel and the Texas Best Towing team!
Poor communication. Scheduled a service the day before. I had to keep calling to get an ETA and the trip ended up getting canceled. I get things happen but the fact I was getting no messages or calls about it is what got me mad.
I had to use their heavy haul service tonight to pick up a fallen container in my yard. They were fast, professional and easy to work with. The driver arrived within the hour and made quick work of the situation. I highly recommend them.
Called them early one morning and they were on site in less than an hour to move a storage container. Driver did an amazing job with a tricky situation. Highly recommended!!

Would never even use this place to begin with because they don’t know the first thing about road safety. Speeding behind me, bumper-to-bumper almost didn’t allow me to properly stop at a stop sign without cutting me off and driving on the opposite side of the road and completely almost hit my car. I get it if you have to help somebody, but you don’t have to create a wreck in the process of it.

I had one of the worst experience with these guys last night! I have Good Sam Roadside and needed to get a battery boost after leaving the theater at about 11 pm. Good Sam dispatched Aspire . When the guy arrives his battery Jumpstart machine was not even working. He then left and said another guy was coming and sent me the other guys cell # . When I called him I was told he was 15 minutes away. After about 45 minutes I called again and inquired about hid true ETA. He then just hung up the phone and sent a screenshot that indicated he was 12 minutes out. After waiting another hour I called Good Sam who tried calling them and they did not even answer their call. After calling them once more to inquire about the eta, "( it's now 1 Am in the morning) "the guy started using profanity and stated "Just call someone else" and again hung up the phone. Good Sam did dispatch anther service provider but by this time a manager at the theater came out and gave me a battery boost. Made it home with my son at about 2 AM in the morning. These guys are very unprofessional and could careless about another humans safety!
Fast friendly service , when I needed it. Got service within an hour . Picked up my vehicle from the mechanic and dropped it off at another location , all business handled promptly over phone . Very professional.
They showed up quick. Jose was very friendly and professional. My car broke down in the middle of the street. I was super nervous because people were running up behind me and honking, yelling and cussing. Danielle answered the call and was kind and very helpful. This company will go in my contacts and even though I hope I never need them again, I feel comfortable knowing who to call if I do! Thank you League City Towing!

This group is beyound proffesional . The owner is on point and takes care of buisness . Tools were stolen out of my truck when they towed it to the repair shop. They ripped out my dash cam but I have footage on the cloud. Called them about my tools but they never got back with me. I will be filing a police report.
I forgot to post this the other night, but I called after literally just Googling tow trucks near me when my friend was stuck on Cullen near UH by I45. Texas Best was the first option as sponsored so I hit call. They didn't answer, but I immediately got a text apologizing that they were on the other line and asked if I needed a tow. I asked the price, $149, to take the car from I45S at Cullen to Telephone and Lawndale. I thought $149 was a bit steep, but when Raul came out it was worth it because he got to us within 10 minutes, had the car on the truck in less than 5, and swiftly met us at the drop off with zero issue.
No one wants to call a tow truck, but I'm glad these guys had us taken care of. Thanks, y'all!
One of my O/O contacted Texas Best after he had a trailer sinking through the pavement incident. Driver sent over photos, got a quote and ETA. Luis w/ Texas Best showed up within the 35 minutes window he told driver, I was actually onsite as well. He assessed the situation, told us he needed a higher capacity truck, returned within 15 minutes with the correct equipment, lifted the trailer up out the hole, driver hooked back up and the rest is history. Stand up company, he stuck to his quote and did a fantastic job. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my 1st call.
Bryan at Texas Best Towing is terrific! I accidentally drove my rental car into over a foot of sticky mud. After trying to escape on my own, I realized I needed professional help.
Bryan said he would arrive in less than 30 minutes and he did! He was very efficient in getting my car out of the mud and the price was fair. I was impressed.
Ray was so helpful and empathetic. I was stuck in downtown Houston with a dead battery. He was there quickly and took my car to my dealership on the West Side of town with no complaints. The price remained the same from the quote I was given over the phone. I recommend using Texas Best Towing if you are in need. Thanks for your help!
I don't usually favor any tow company over another, but these guys deserve the acknowledgement. The guy who took my initial call was friendly and informative. They were at my house within 30 minutes of the call. And the guy who showed up really went the extra mile. My car was not in a good position to be towed AND it was raining. He pushed my car, he did everything short of picking up the SUV and turning it. Good convo on the ride there, I felt very comfortable in the cab with him. And then helped push the car into place at the destination, too. And reasonably priced for the amount of physical labor he did to get my car on his tow bed. Definitely recommend!!!!
NEVER in my life have I been treated with such disrespect! these people are very rude & overpriced, & did I mention RUDE!? Do not use this company. Yes they have almost 5 stars but in 2024 it’s easy to pay AI to leave you good reviews s! They disrespected my friend who was PREGNANT (at the time) took her money and did not even come to get her sons truck off of the side of the road until 1 week after she payed! Then I tried to used them out of desperation, but had the price switched on me 5 times & was given the run around & verbally assaulted by the office staff and the workers! I spent the rest of my day crying and with a headache looking for another towing company.

A+ Service! I was in a big bind with some heavy equipment and needed to get my rig winched and hauled a pretty good distance away from my jobsite so I could get it into repairs.
