THE best car repair shop I’ve ever been to outside of my dealership. The customer service provided is exceptional. They’re honest, accommodating, and the prices are fair. Tyler and Arren have helped me in the past and are the best!

Master Care truly lives up to its name. Every interaction felt warm, honest, and welcoming — the kind of hospitality you only get from a real family business. Their transparency and fair pricing stood out immediately, and they made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. There was a small hiccup on my second visit, but they handled it with so much professionalism and care that it actually reinforced my trust in them. They owned it, fixed it quickly, and made sure I left completely taken care of. The service itself was fast, smooth, and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely value their customers, and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. No other shop treats you like this. I’ll definitely be back.

They helped me get my car organized and looking great. Less than 24 hours after the service, I unfortunately had another accident, and they were kind enough to look at it again and help me out — completely free of charge. That level of customer care is rare and truly speaks to their integrity and professionalism. They are such a great group of professionals — so nice, so understanding, and genuinely helpful. Very happy to have inspection and.oil change done on my Toyota 4Runner. In and out in a few hours despite being a Saturday walk-in. So convenient to walk to from my house in the Heights.

I highly recommend this place! The customer service was great. Special shoutout to Jesse he was patient, kept me updated, and even followed up with me after my initial quote, which is what made me come back to get my repairs done at Master Car Care. My car doesn’t even look like it ever had damage, and the color match is spot on. They made the entire experience positive and easy.

Great work, made my car look new. I damaged my hood and other front parts of my vehicle and they were able to fix everything. They also added some paint to the side of my car for no additional charge!

Great people! When I dropped off my vehicle, they had a great looking waiting area I wouldn’t have minded staying in, but I already had a ride waiting for me, not knowing Master Car Care would offer me a ride home while my vehicle was serviced. I was having battery issues and my vehicle would unexpectedly not turn on. Turns out the issue was just some loose terminals. The crew tightened them and didn’t charge me a dime due to the service being so minimal. I would’ve expected to still pay for the diagnosis & labor, but they sent me on my way after being happy to help. Will come back 100%

10/10 Jesse was so easy to work with when my car was hit. Easily dropped the car off and went through insurance. They got me an uber to pickup my rental car and handled the return as well. When I picked up the car it was washed and detailed. If I have any other car needs I will be back

I have always had an excellent experience with Master Car Care. I recently brought in my 2017 RAV 4 for a routine check and oil change. My car was ready in a timely fashion. I received friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough service. I know my car is in the excellent condition that it is in because of the wonderful care it has received over the years

Priced at the very high end of the independent shop market. Had multiple repairs done there. They are priced above dealership high end fair pricing. Disregard any reviews that mention affordability or fair pricing. They are far above fair market pricing per ChatGPT. Went to another recommended shop known for quality work in the same neighborhood and got quoted exactly HALF of the remaining two jobs I have left to repair. Saving $1300! No problem with quality or service provided. Top ratings for service and quality just not affordable.

My first time at Master Car Care. Have heard good things and was searching for a trustable service center. My vehicle needed some general maintenance and they identified a couple of trouble items that would have escalated future repair costs if not addressed. Very pleased with the professionalism, communication, up front cost estimates, and service performed. Will definitely use them again and am happy to refer clients to them.

I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and had another great experience at Master Car Care. The team was friendly and welcoming from the start. My service advisor, Tyler, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I’m always impressed with the high quality of work here. I highly recommend!

We have used Ryan a few times now and each time, he goes above and beyond to deliver excellent care and attention to detail. I went about 3 times, and just one thing after another really made it impossible to use them for future work in my case. You may have better luck. 1. They give very detailed inspections (which is a good thing), but they will not provide any completion work notes when you pay them for the work at the end. When i ask the person at the front about the various things that were done, they have no technical competency to answer my questions and will not take the time to get those answers for me. For example, did you clean the magnets on the drain bolt? How did the transmission fluid look when you drained it? Was it concerning based on your experience or not? These are things I would like to know for future reference to ensure I'm doing the right thing to take care of my car. 2. They missed multiple items during their no wrench inspection. Broken boots on both front ball joints and one bent lower control arms in the rear. None of these items require a wrench to see. 3. They will not break down parts and labor in a cost estimate even if you ask them to. 4. They will not take your parts to perform repairs. I've lived in Houston for over ten years and this was the first mechanic to tell me this. Usually they do not warranty the parts, and i understand that. I put notes in my service appointment request outlining that I was going to bring my parts with me and they didn't tell me they couldn't help me until I arrived at the shop. Why wouldn't they call me ahead of time to inform me of this since the visit was scheduled over a week in advance of the appointment. 5. Front and rear strut replacement with parts and labor came to well over $3K not including tax. Procuring the most expensive struts for this car, puts you at $800. So $2.5K worth of labor to install 4 struts? I would say that is extremely high for the work involved so I had another mechanic do the same work for $250 (10 times lower).

Alex Roman was my service tech today and he treated my car absolutely great ! Definitely referring friends n family here if they need any mechanic work done . I left the shop driving a BRAND NEW car, atleast thats what it felt like compared to before LOL I REALLY felt the difference it was almost unbelievable ? I appreciate you Brother ! For a high volume shop, this one gives careful and individualized service. They communicate well, and stand behind their work. They did a follow up a year and a half later on their own work when a part went bad. I will continue to trust Master Car Care with my service and body shop needs.

Ford and Jesse had my window tint replaced and washed and detailed my car and made it so easy for me!! Great service Thank you!

Master Car Care quickly fixed the small issue with my bumper and even painted over the scratch on it, which I hadn’t even asked for. It ended up being free of charge, which was a really pleasant surprise. Jesse was very friendly to work with and ensured speedy service. Will definitely return!

I took my 11 year old Volkswagen in that had a check engine light on and got an incredibly detailed report from Ted on the issue and other issues with the vehicle (I had been neglecting maintenance so I knew there would be other things going on) and their rank of how critical they were to fix. The report even had videos so I could get a better sense of what the issues were. He followed up with a call to give me more details and an email of a price breakdown. Ted also took the time to talk through considerations with me which I really appreciate. I’ve never had such a transparent transaction with so much detail on the issues and how critical they were. To drop off the vehicle, I scheduled a time online with details of the issue so it was all logged and ready to go when I came by. This was really an exceptional repair shop experience and I’ll be back and recommending Master Car Care to others.

After my battery died and I had to leave my car there after hours, they started working on it ASAP, before I even called! They also saw a few other issues that I knew I had and offered to also repair those within the day. They made sure to explain everything and I appreciated the link with the photos and comments to get a better understanding of the issues at hand. I was able to get a new battery, 2 new tires, alignment for all tires, and an oil change for around $1,100 and they also washed and vacuumed my car free of charge! They were kind, quick, and knowledgable; I have found my permanent car maintenance place!

I’ve now taken both of my cars in, and the service has been top-notch each time. Alex, the service advisor I worked with, really stood out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, broke it down by priority, and even helped me work out the best cost plan to get things done right. From the moment you walk in, you’d think you were at a high-end dealership, maybe better. They make it easy: drop off your car, and they’ll cover a LYFT ride to get you home (and back again when your car’s ready). That alone is a huge convenience. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the customer service. Alex even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Now that’s rare these days. They honor their coupons and offers, they remember you when you call, and truly make you feel like a valued customer. If you’re in the Heights and looking for a trustworthy place for repairs or maintenance, this is it. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Master Car Care has earned my business going forward, and I highly recommend asking for Alex!

I recently worked with Tyler at Master Car Care, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was professional, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and even checked in after I picked up my car to make sure everything was working as expected. Master Car Care’s customer service was amazing! They provide a ride home and even providing a loaner when the work took longer than expected. While nobody enjoys having to fix their vehicle, if you find yourself in that situation, do it with Master Car Care and ask for Tyler.

Daniel Reyes was excellent! Someone hit my wife's car and it was all scraped up. He got me in and took care of it in no time. This place is the epitome of value and good service. Also, a shoutout to the other representative Jesse who assisted someone else while I waited and was super detailed and helpful with their repairs. If you need collision help these should be your guys!

My son Matthew recommended Master Car Care after they gave him the most honest 40 point inspection. No hard knocks, sells. Just honest. When I was greeted by Tyler Hunter, I knew he was an honest man. He showed me the shop, again I knew this was going to be my shop. All so neat, clean and very organized. Two days later when all the work was completed. Again the great attention to detail. My 2010 suburban came out looking exactly like when I drove it out of the showroom floor.
