Company vehicle broke down and had a tow truck dispatched to my location. Driver was friendly and cared for our truck well. Only "complaint" would be the amount of time it took from us requesting a tow until the truck showed up, but I can't say if it was our dispatcher or the tow company that caused a delay. Still, everything got taken care of and life is good.

I’m very happy with the service, I received from the driver. He knew how to get my vehicle out of a tight spot in the parking lot. Flat bedding, nice and smooth and safe. Very nice, respectful person. I was very happy with the service.

Friendly staff. Loaded the vehicle with care. Shared helpful information with me about the process.

The tow truck driver troubled shot the problem with my Prius where all electric was out. I couldn’t roll up my windows. He listening carefully to what happened. He determined my battery needed charging. With an extra boost, I was able to shut the windows and put the car in gear. I still need to get it checked out but at least it didn’t need towing.

Felipe was great! He arrived quickly, was very professional, and handled my car with great care. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this company if you ever need a tow- dependable, honest, and efficient.

One of my car tires failed while driving on Frewway. I quickly Googled what options I had to tow my car, and suggested with you. Undoubtedly an excellent service, the girl who answered me on the phone very kind and polite, immediately gave me calm. After the girl was taken into care of, the car that would tow me did not take 15 minutes. The guy from the crane is very friendly. Thank you very much for the service you provide.

They did a great job. My hybrid car needed a flat tire change and once that was finished, leaving the blinkers on drained the battery so they had to help me with that too.. even though it took time, I was taken care of. Thanks guys

They got there within about 40 minutes of initial call for tow. Driver was quick and professional about loading my truck up on trailer and securing it. Great job Apple Towing

Service person arrived in a timely manner. He got to work immediately and was on his way. We met him at the repair shop and he unloaded and was on his way. Excellent service!

They showed up sooner than they promised, they loaded faster than they said they would, they got to my destination quicker than they Indicated. These guys couldn’t be any better. And the driver probably should’ve been driving the space shuttle, I think he was qualified

Very patient and respectful service. A bit late on time but I understand longer taller vehicles drive slower than usual so it was not a big issue.

On Sunday afternoon I hit a curb with my car and flatted both of my right tires. I had Apple Towing pick up the car and carry it to a local tire store. They're service was exactly as specified and the car was at the tire store on Monday morning when the tire store opened. The driver also sent me a text with a picture to show that the car had arrived at the store safely. They are a very good towing service and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

The driver was super friendly when he arrived. Made sure the vehicle was stationed safe for transportation. Also dropped it off in a fast and timely manner, while making sure everything was good to go before leaving.

I want to express my gratitude here to Virgil and Apple Towing. My car got stuck in a mud hole today, and I called many towing companies. The first company hung up as soon as they learned I was stuck in mud. Another company later quoted me $150 but didn’t accept cards—I only had a card, no cash. Then I called many other companies, including Apple Towing, and most just said, “Sorry for missing your call, leave a message, call back later.”

But Apple Towing came quickly, and Virgil was very kind while talking with me. Just then, another truck pulled up behind Virgil’s. I was confused—was it another truck from Apple Towing coming to help? A Mexican guy got out of the other truck, and I thought he was with Virgil, but he wasn’t. He was from another towing company. I’m not sure which one I had called, since I called so many—some didn’t answer, some didn’t take cards. I guess he was from the company that only accepted cash, even though I had already told them I only had a card, no cash.

Then Virgil and this Mexican guy talked, but the conversation didn’t go well. I had to choose one, and of course I chose Virgil because he arrived first and they accepted credit cards. The Mexican guy was unhappy and got really angry. I told him I could pay for his driving time here, but he asked for fifty dollars—at least that’s what I heard. That’s too expensive! If I remember correctly, his company was nearby, because I called companies from closest to farthest.

I refused to pay fifty dollars just for his trip here. At that point, the Mexican guy seemed like he wanted to start a fight, but Virgil stepped in front of me—I was truly moved. Eventually, the Mexican guy could do nothing. He just went back to his truck, took a photo of Virgil’s license plate angrily, and left.

With him gone, Virgil quickly pulled my car out. I was so grateful that I asked for his name so I could write him a good review.

Just wish the progress tracking feature worked better. The person showed up a little before scheduled which was great. The guy was helpful and knowledgeable about my issue and solved it quickly

Kicking myself for not getting the employee’s name who helped me because he was wonderful - the experience from start to finish was great. He brightened my mood after a really unfortunate situation and took the extra time/care to ensure my car wasn’t damaged upon towing. I really hope I’m never in the spot I was in again, but if I am, they’re who I’m contacting. Top notch!

I am so grateful for how fast everything was handled. I was on my way to work and my tire popped, before I could even call my job to let them know I was going to be late the tow company was already pulling up behind me. He changing the tire with my spare and completed everything probably within a 15-20 minute timeframe. Thank you so much again.

This was probably one of the best towing experiences that I ever had a gentleman that came out was very professional. He analyze the situation he took his time. Make sure my car didn’t get damaged when he was pulling me out very nice like I said, probably the best towing experience that I ever had he pulled up super quick and got right to it. Thank you very much for getting me out of a jam.

I hate that I didn’t get the drivers name. He was so personable, and made a bad day much brighter. Got me to the shop safely and efficiently.

Customer service was fantastic. It started with gentleman calling us from the office giving us status on the driver. Johnny showed up and he was extremely nice and helpful. We had a great conversation on what was going on with my vehicle. He was very kind and courteous. He even called me to let me know that the vehicle had been delivered the shop to be worked on.
