Excellent customer service. Had exactly what I need. Mike was awesome. Good people excellent service. Highly recommend this place for anyone lookimg for parts
THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. THE MOTORS WAS FULL OF WATER AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE A REFUND. THE MOTORS WAS COMPLETELY FULL OF WATER. I HAD TO GET A REFUND FROM MY BANK, AND JUST DROPPED THE MOTOR OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR. I WAS CHEATED AND IT COST ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY INSTALLED ONE MOTOR BEFORE I REALIZED IT WAS FULL OF WATER. THANKS, GREEN AUTO FOR NOTHING YOU _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _.
These guys are probably the worst. They’re all lazy, and just try to get you in the door to waste your time.
Called about it a part I’ve been looking for, drove 45min to get there only to be told to go look for it myself and it not being there. Told me on the phone they had a bunch of them there, but not one was in sight. Definitely Will not be coming back
These people are liars and thieves. They have no trouble selling you an engine that either will not fit or will not start. Whenever you have a problem, they only offer double talk and lies. If you are able to get a refund from them, they will make you wait 10 business days regardless if you paid them the cash. There are many other places in the Houston area that do not treat their customers this way. I learned about greens through a friend, and that is the only reason that I went there. Trust me when I tell you it's not worth the potential savings because in the long run, there is none. I will be telling everyone of the total lack of morals and ethics practiced at this business.
Very unprofessional. They constantly messaged me on facebook offering far under the the asking price for weeks, and wouldnt take no for an answer
I finally agreed to sell to them and confirmed a sale with this company for my car, 3 separate times on 3 consecutive days. They agreed to pay 800 dollars on all three occasions.
When the wrecker finally did come he was late, and 800 dollars was completely out of the question right out the of the gate. All of a sudden they needed additional pictures, and then only offered half of the original agreed apon price. None of them answer the phone and all of them were pretty rude, and apparently we're not the only ones to complain about that.
Trying to sell my car to this company was incredibly frustrating and difficult and a complete waste of time. Please don't use them, it's not worth it and they will just try to rip you off.
I love this yard but 2 thing. If you go PULL YOUR OWN PARTS save yourself the trouble and time just bring your tools. And #2 ask for Mr.Mike! He’s always been helpful and have very fair prices for parts. Follow those 2 things and you’ll have no trouble
Sent me two bad engines Pedro acted like it was my company fault the sold me two bad engines deal with anybody else there except Pedro who has no customers service skills at all!!!
They gave me the entirely wrong part to my vehicle. Wrong year and all and refused to give me the money back. If THEY pick the parts and I tell them the correct year, make, model, etc. how is it my fault they sold me the incorrect part? Terrible service and such a rip off.
Went there was told to ask for Gustavo, people didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Finally found the guy and he just pointed out to the yard and said go look, asked a worker to see if he knew where the car might be “do you work here” he replied with “do you?” Real Douche. This place is horrible, not worth going there. Plus when you find the car then you have to locate someone to help you get the parts. Just a bad place.
Gustavo is probably the worst and nastiest employee, their attitude is downright horrible, the guy pulling the parts Carlitos is the only nice person in there, you will not be refunded for defective parts.
Look at every other auto parts before going to these people.
Downright nasty attitudes from the desk people, contrary to the review saying non-spanish speaking people get a bad treatment every body is treated as if they are making a favor selling parts, some by the way defective and they refused to refund the money, the Gustavo guy is the worst of them all, same for the Jonathan guy pulling the parts, nasty place to be avoided at all costs.
I hope the owners can see these reviews.
They make me pay a for a flatbed to pick up a short bed and when the driver ask they told him is just sold this morning and I talk with Gustavo Mora in the morning he said come by that I have it here for you. One the worst in Houston hand down.

There are cars and parts all over the place and yes the place can be a safety hazard with mud all over the place so wear a safety boot.
Unfortunately u would have to know what you are looking for specifically as they won't check the part number for u. U would have to verify the part in person before paying if not it might not fit.
Other than that great prices. I saved 100% on costs buying here vs what other places were quoting me. Getting a bumper, fender, headlight and windshield reservoir for approx $300.
Horrible customer service contacted them trough Facebook about a part asked them if the part had any dents or scratches the guy told me he didn't know I asked him if he could look and he said no come look if u want to buy it the parts they sell are trash and they sell them really expensive the place is not organized at all they have parts all over the place is a safety hazard going there I do not recommend this place at all the guy that I talked to is also the manager his name is Gustavo ramirez if I could give a negative rating I would.
they sold me a wrong parts and they said it is correct and match with my car's part, when I came back to them they said, they do not return back my money and I have to get store credit. I am not a mechanic and their mistake cost me 1000$. NEVER pay them cash, they are not get any responsibility.
Bad service we were there for almost 2 hrs and last minute they told us is it was not the correct part and plus the man in the front Hispanic guy really bad horrible attitude if you don’t like your job don’t go!!!!!
I purchased cloth interior parts that were perfectly clean. But when came time to pick up they were covered in black greasy hand prints that can be cleaned.
I sold a few vehicles to them. They were so awesome to work with me because I wanted to keep my rims and tires. So I agreed to transport the vehicle to their business then I was able to remove them and take them with me. The driver whom I did business with, Ronald, I highly recommend him. BIG TIME THANKS TO GREEN AUTO PARTS!!!
