How many is bad enough to have your car towed when you pull over on the side of the road to get a flat tire fixed and your car comes up missing but it's also really hard to find them because hey Google maps has their address wrong and I didn't pick the service it was picked for me so I'm not very happy about it it cost us money we didn't have at last I checked when you break down on the side of the road you got 24 to 48 hours and you're supposed to get tagged before they tell you the car wasn't there 24 hours and it was towed
If I could give 0 stars I would. Called for tow service(one hour in advance-as they specified) and gave them all the details. An hour goes by so I called to check when truck would arrive and they told me driver was sick and if I could reschedule. Wasted time when they could have called me and told me sooner so I could've contacted another tow service.
Stampede saved us yesterday. My car completely shut down on me while trying to pick up my daughter from work. We spent an hr on a Saturday calling around for tows that had flatbed. After calling them they sent a wonderful driver to help. He came immediately showed us how to get the car in neutral due to electrical issues. He then towed the car to the dealer to make it as easy as possible for us. I am very grateful to him. He was funny, and nice, and very helpful. Definitely recommending and using again if needed. Thank you for making an awful situation a little easier.
First place I called to get an estimate and Remi was able to get us out of a bind that was unexpected. He was not rude at all and was very helpful. Wait time was not bad at all either. Super nice and great customer service. Definitely recommend for your towing needs.
Great, they were there right away when the tire came off my car, explained what happened to cause the issue and showed me the problem and was very reasonable with pricing. They even set the car up in my driveway to not cause any damage to the car. They were professional and efficient. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial for emergency situations and recommend to anyone needing a tow in the future.
This company showed up to tow my vehicle on behalf of AAA. Once there, i was informed of overage fees for my tow, despite my chosen mechanic shop being within the 7 miles allowed for towing with AAA. When I showed this to the driver, who was very kind and did his best to be helpful, he allowed me to talk to the boss, as the driver said he was only given the route and could not change it without authorization.
The boss/person i spoke to is the reason for this 1 star review. During our conversation, he told me that the fact that my shop was in fact under 7 miles away didn't actually matter, that it was their choice what route they chose to take no matter how it affected the customer's charges (supposedly due to the drive time of the route rather than the actual distance mileage... highly influenced by the fact that they were about an hour later than their original eta, placing this tow during high traffic time for this area) and that it was only "X" miles or "X" dollars anyway as if the cost to me/the customer shouldn't matter. Then he threatened to just cancel the job and have his driver leave. He only changed his tune and told his driver to go ahead and complete the tow when I became frustrated, tearful and then called his bluff and told him to go ahead and leave since the vehicle was in a safe place, and that I'd have AAA send another company the next morning. Shame on that "boss" for trying to take advantage of customers in an already stressful situation just to make a few bucks on top of the guaranteed amount they got from AAA.
I shopped around and they were beyond the nicest and helping me with my situation! I recommend IF ANYONE NEEDS A TOWING SERVICE CALL THEM!!! She took the time to listen and care and not just overprice me and push me or con me into it!! They saved my day! Very fast reliable service! STM towing is forever my towing service!
STM Towing was very professional and had a tow truck available very quickly. They helped me get my car out of a storage yard and even informed me of the required docs I would need to get it out. I would definitely recommend them. Their communication was A++! Would definitely use them again!
Met Orrintell today, I could not have had a better experience! He called to let me know his ETA and asked what was wrong with the vehicle. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and he immediately took his pictures, and we made jokes about the difference between GMC Yukons and Chevy Tahoes! It was difficult to put the SUV into neutral, and the interior was like a sauna, but he got it done even though we couldn't! We made it to the destination safely, and he dropped off the truck. He asked if we needed anything, and I said no, so we said our goodbyes, and he left!
I had called and had a quote quickly, everyone was so nice, friendly, super attentive. They managed to work everything out for me and make it as convenient and comfortable. They had time frames and followed through. I live an hour away and my car was nearby and they took care of it the absolute best way. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend. They were absolutely incredible for all of the hard work.
Also the pricing was the best around and it was well worth it.

Quick timely service, the dispatcher was friendly and helpful, and was able to get a tow available in 5 minutes. The driver, Mina, was professional and safely handled my car at all stages of transport. Rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I'm not the type of person to leave reviews normally, but with the great service received from stm towing I just had to. After dealing with Royal auto towing for a whole day with excuses and lies and never getting my car towed with no communication. I had called stm towing and they were there in no time and had my car towed safe and sound to the dealership. I advise don't use royal auto towing they are dishonest and don't communicate whatsoever. Cici with stm was such a sweetheart and patient and kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure my car was delivered to the right person. I couldn't be happier and at ease after knowing my car was finally in the right hands. Will definitely be using them for all my towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone. Nowadays it's hard to find people who actually care and listen but stm did just that and I was over satisfied with the whole transaction. Thanks Cici and stm for the great service!
All hail St. Mary’s Towing (SMT) for saving the day. After being abandoned by my roadside assistance and left standing in the dark with temperatures in the low 50s and raining for over 5 hours, Mylo with St. Mary’s Towing arrived with compassion, professionalism, and supreme customer service. Ms. Stephanie, being aware of my situation, ensured her driver arrived as fast as he could, while confirming my safety. Mylo made sure I was warm and safe before beginning to load up my vehicle. STM restored my sense of safety for myself and my vehicle, and towed my vehicle with the most care. I highly recommend STM (Houston). If you have the capability of contacting them directly for a tow- I recommend it. In today’s society- offering the bare minimum service is not enough. Service provided with care, compassion, and dignity is the standard at STM. Save yourself the time and hassle with others.

My axle broke so needed a tow service to toll my car to my local car mechanic. I wasnt in town at the time and thought it was gonna be a problem, but STM made it super easy. It was just 1 call lasting no more than 10 minutes and done. They followed up with confirmation of when they picked it up and the drop off. Definitely AFFORDABLE!
Milo was awesome. Of course I broke down on Friday Labor Day weekend. SMT (I forgot the lady’s name) towing got everything set up Saturday morning to tow me over 80 miles. I knew nothing was going to be fast or easy under the circumstances. But I was totally wrong. Milo showed up close to the time they quoted & the drive went by quickly. Thanks for getting me home safe & sound. I’m sure the ride back was a lot quieter with me out of the truck. Hahaha. I will definitely use you guys in the future.

Our tow truck driver got to us quickly. We where getting off the Beltway 8 heading south on I45. My car had a flat tower and I had pulled over close to the side ramp. The driver helped my 18 year old who had ankle surgery and could not bear weight hop to the truck and get in. He then made sure I safely got out of my car and into the truck. He was very compassionate for our safety. Definitely would recommend using them.
Long story, short...our car was picked up and scratched from this tow service. My husband and I witnessed the scrape happen and paint has come off. The company did not take responsibility and told us after we pay we would be sent footage of the incident however payment has been completed and no footage was sent. The car was dropped off and another scratch was done by the straps that were put on by the driver and paint has come off again in another area. Whether the car is worth $10 or 100k it doesn't matter because damages were caused by the driver/business and paying customers should not be responsible for any of it. Mistakes/accidents happen, take responsibility and care for people/customers.
