Towed my car even tho they knew I lived at the apartments Turtle creek operating on bad faith is crazy The excuse they gave was there was no visitor parking which I know they can not prove it’s just a excuse they gave to grab $304 horrible an then they will have you wait while they take their sweet time awful business

They tow when they are not supposed to. I registered my vehicle yesterday at my apartment complex and they towed my car anyway. They are blaming the apartment complex and the complex is blaming them. These people are the most miserable in the world. Hang up on, can't answer anything and no instructions, just contracts so you can't use them. Really crappy business, scammers.

KTL Auto Storage has some room for improvement. The facility itself seems fine, but their processes feel outdated. It would be helpful if they offered more modern payment options and allowed spouses or authorized family members to access and view the stored vehicle without unnecessary hassle. The staff did seem a bit tired, but to their credit, they were patient and kind throughout the interaction. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could have been smoother and more accommodating.

It's normal the get mad with this guys because they don't have any feelings and also the way they treat you its horrible. But the only thing that makes me feel disgusted that the owner and they workers are racist. She tells us to sign some papers and we ask where (we were talking Spanis) and she answered in English. I said we are talking in Spanish i don't get why you changed your language and she said This is my country and here we speak English and this is my business Her name is Joann I was mad because this is the 3rd time the company IN & OUT TOWING LIMITED LIABILITY CO. Take my car from the Franklin apartment from 290 because they love to get money on the easiest way

This lady made the process of getting change extremely difficult because they did not have have any change for a twenty … Other than that it was a smooth process . They are cheap by the day 22.85 and they charge the day by a few hours before your car was taken to the lot. Seems as far as it gets we all know how expensive some of these places can be

Most people will come here unwillingly because of many reasons. So dealing with high emotional and stressed people is not for the faint of heart. However, today we were met with kindness, patience and compassion with the window attendants. The lady that was assisting us was very helpful and she followed the rules and protocol she has but she did it with fantastic care.

Cynthia was amazing and very helpful. The lady I unfortunately had to deal with is older, has glasses and her hair is in a ponytail. She was caustic. People who arrive here are already in a bad mood having to deal with spending $300 that they probably can’t part with. The least they can do is be kind. Cynthia was very kind and I hope they get rid of the other lady. She would probably be best suited for a different job, maybe in the prison system. I wish I got her name but I’m sure that everyone, including her employer will know who I’m talking about. Your company has a very, very low rating but that makes sense considering your chosen business.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. My truck was towed and kept in their so-called storage lot for 28 days. When I finally got it back, I was forced to pay an outrageous $1,807.87 bill for absolutely nothing. On top of that, my battery was stolen and my air line was damaged while the truck was in their possession. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the manager from KTL actually called me early in the morning while I was in California — waking me up out of my sleep — not to resolve anything, but just to argue with me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This company operates like a scam: they overcharge, damage your property, and treat you with zero respect. I’m hiring a lawyer because someone has to be held accountable for the theft, damage, and stress they caused. ⚠️ My advice: STAY FAR AWAY from KTL Towing. They’ll take your money, ruin your vehicle, and then fight with you about it.

Kira was soooo unprofessional. I called inquiring about vehicle and she hung phone up in my face. Got to location I asked her did she hang phone up and she proceeded to say “yes do you have a problem”. Never received service like this in my life

WORST experience ever. Customer service is terrible. My car was towed from an apartment complex while visiting my family and they had it on the lot for less than 1 hour and charged me $220+ they also charge a convenience fee if you pay with card but if you want to pay cash THEY DO NO HAVE CHANGE… WHAT? Counter lady is RUDE.

They literally don’t care about how they handle your vehicle. This one isn’t mine but I’m glad I caught it on camera, because they did the same thing with mine vehicle damaging the frame of my vehicle and back of my car. They took my vehicle at their will when it was where it belong. I will be searching for the owner of the vehicle so they can have this a evidence. Beware of this towing company!!

This storage company has towed 2 of my friends cars who came by to visit. Both times cars were left to go have dinner and come back within 2 hours only. Each time they charged $330-350. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the attorney general office attached with receipts, hiring an attorney submitting camera footage of the towing and times. As well as filing with consumer government agencies. The wrong on so many levels. They have zero remorse and have no intentions of stopping this unjust unfair practice

This place is absolutely awful and not because the vehicle was towed but simply how the situation was handled by the staff and the sheer attitude. I've been here before and the first time the staff was very nice in assisting that this awful situation was handled professionally. This time the black lady at the counter was extremely rude. They towed a work vehicle so of course I dont have the license plate number but I literally have everything else to match including the keys. No dice there but she was awful in communicating it. I understand policy but when did we start sacrificing customer service? I didn't have an attitude or come rude to her but she was charged for me. I asked for a manager and she straight up said no! Unbelievable. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Worst service possible. Very rude staff with un reasonable policy. I was in the car accident and the towing truck dropped my car here so we went to get our personal stuff from the car. They wouldn’t tell us the location of our car and told us to find it ourselves and they have this unreasonable policy that only one person at a time can go look at the car. However much the belongings are. Only one person can go and do as many trips as possible. Extremely ridiculous policy. They kept our id so what was the point of this unreasonable policy.

The manager ken was totally unprofessional and would not let me and my father access my car at the same time while it was in storage.the reason for me to access it were to check oil, fluids, battery etc to insure vehicle was safe to return to the road. what if i had a baby with me what would of happened…he was intentionally difficult and made things more difficult than necessary. It was totally not my fault or wrong doing as to to why my car was there…He also mentioned the fact I may have sold the car which was not his business when i had all the paperwork to recover it including ID, title, insurance etc..II focused on getting my car out but after I left I gave him a courtesy call and let him know he needs to treat people better and not be so unfriendly, He did not like me calling him but it was done out of courtesy.he told me had no time for me…i will tell others about my experience including law enforcement that I interact with on a daily basis…

Awful Cynthia is the rudest person, after our car got towed, she threw the paperwork at us. Didn’t answer questions told us that it’s not her problem to call who had it towed. Told us it was too early in morning for us to have an attitude when we asked her why she is being rude towards us… never asked to use phones I have my own cellphone and yes I agree that the person I was with was frustrated by the situation but you stating that your customer service reps behaving ruder was appropriate is wrong. She became rude with when I apologized for his behavior which was not necessary. No wonder you have such low scores

Wish I was able to put no stars to be able to put the review, but since I have to put the OnStar eventually worst storage in Houston employees are trash also drivers very unprofessional car was damaged. Have all my lights in the dash after vehicle being towed and was permitted to park in its place. Well you didn’t zoom in it doesn’t need clear bra it’s clearly scraped i know what rock chips look like and you do tow you storage lot has wreckers belonging to the same owners contracted with different towing companies but the wrecker was one of yours not the other companies that drop off at your lot

Our vehicle was wrongfully towed at an apt complex we were guests at. They claimed there was no guest pass on file at the time of towing- even though we had proof of guest pass. After explaining this- they claimed nothing could be done further because the tow driver “said” there was no pass. It was essentially the drivers word over ours- even with our proof. For not even 12 hours in their facility over night- we paid over $200 to get our car back. In addition, despite my well mannered/respectful attitude, we were met with a rude tone & attitude from the checkout clerk. Lastly, it was very inconvenient to have to wait till the morning to retrieve my vehicle. If you can tow my vehicle in the late evening- I should be able to pick it up that evening as well. Getting your car towed is an annoyance, yes- but the attitude and insane charges are unacceptable. Do better.

This place is terrible! They towed my semi and trailer and everywhere I know they charge 1000$ for the both units being towed unless it’s loaded. They said because the truck and trailer have 2 separate VINS they charged me double $2000. When only one tow truck was used to tow both truck and trailer. These people r out to get your money!

Came here to pick up my husband’s motorcycle that was taken here and the Lady at the desk I believe her name was Jolene was such a great help. She even helped us lift the motorcycle and tie down to the truck that we were transporting it in very friendly and very very helpful. Could not have gotten that bike up there without her.

Lady at the counter was rude making it seem like we needed to speak up for her to be able hear us, even though she had an earphone in the other ear. The lady on the phone seemed awfully happy with her job and taking our money. There was also a female employee behind the person that was “helping” us vaping inside the premises pfft. The only good thing here was their dog(which I hope leaves a present in your office floor<3)

I went with someone who had their car towed and the customer service was horrible. The older lady behind the glass was very rude to the man in front us and lied quite a few times. She said her printer was broken and couldn’t print out a receipt for him but when we went to the window she printed our receipt. The gentleman was not rude to her at all. She was laughing at his situation when he shared it with her and had an attitude while also calling him a racial slur. She is Hispanic and he is African American. I did take photos because she needs to be fired. That was completely unacceptable. You shouldn’t kick people when they’re down. It was no reason for her to be that rude. When we got to the window she was very short and sarcastic with us. She had an attitude with us but I’m not sure why. We weren’t rude with her at all either. It seems as though she is just a disrespectful person. If you don’t have transportation is difficult to get around especially in Houston. Then to have the place where your car is being held for whatever reason be rude to you, it’s just very sad. I hope they replace her. Keep in mind this is not the tow company. This is the place where they hold the vehicles that have been towed. These are two separate businesses.

Nothing call customer service, they act very inhumane. They laughed the entire time & gave us a attitude. When we told the girl behind the counter we can’t hear her she said okay and didn’t repeat what she was saying n just told us we need to pay. When we paid they didn’t even have the decency to show us where our car is and just had us walking endlessly trying to find it. If I can give them negative stars I would.

They illegally towed no proper authorization no paperwork no number we search all over Houston Tx 2 semi trucks and 3 employee cars the person that authorized the tow call to pay them they don't do payments over the phone

The ladies here are extremely rude. My father is a double amputee, diabetic, and 65 years old wouldn’t let him use the bathroom then they told him go find his car in a junk yard knowing he can’t walk. Then when I found the car it was blocked in. Then come to find out they do have a golf cart but for their use only but took a girl on the cart that clearly could walk!
