Always professional, honest and fair. We've been using them at least 5 years for repairs on our dually and gooseneck. I've always been happy with the service and great communication.

Got a quote of $250-$350 to tow my box truck to a local shop. Driver arrives at shop and calls me demanding $550. Would not drop my truck until I did credit card over the phone. Felt cheated. Will not use them ever again.

From the beginning Tracy the wrecker driver took very good care of me. Got me over to the body shop where Alfredo took very good care of me and my baby (my car) didn't take long to get my car back at all and it looks brand new. They even detailed the car so it's smells amazing and looks brand new and shiny. Alfredo also kept me informed every step of the way . They took very good care of me and I couldn't be happier. We recently had a truck in the Houston Area that had been damaged due to debris in the road. We are from Iowa so we have no connections with any service shop in TX. Spring Klein got us in as soon as the driver arrived and truly went above and beyond for us as no dealer or parts warehouse had the airline we were in need of. They traveled to a few dealers with no luck and even went and had a new airline made to fit when there were no other options. I am glad we found Spring Klein as they got my driver back on the road as quickly as possible and their pricing was more than fair.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! Conspicuity tape is NOT a requirement for Box Trucks. These people failed my DOT inspection for conspicuity tape on my truck and still made me pay an outrageous amount for a failed inspection. I contacted a DOT sergeant and he informed me conspicuity tape is only for trailers that can detach from the truck. A BOX TRUCK can not be detached it is one unit. I then contacted other shops that do DOT inspections and they told me the same thing that BOX TRUCKS do not require conspicuity tape. I went to another shop and got a PASSED DOT inspection the same day for half the price. The DOT officer told me to file a complaint against this company on the Texas Department of Transportation website. They wanted to charge me $375 just to put tape on that I NEVER NEEDED!! Stay away from these scammers and liars!

Tow truck driver was tailgating me, then smoked me out as he passed me doing over 60 mph in a 30 in Old Town Spring. I'm guessing business is slow and he's trying to create more business for their company. Yes I have it on video.

Scratches and dents in car after being g towed would give zero

Towed our cars even with stickers got dent scratches and chips in our cars would give 0 stars but not an option

They towed multiple high school students cars from a half empty school parking lot, some of whom paid their fees. They were doing rushed jobs which caused them to be messy with how they tow. Cars were scratched, dented, and have bent metal. Edit: I also just got my car back with 5 chips in the windshield, 2 new dents, and it now squeaks in reverse. They also charged 190 for a 6 mile tow and 3 hour stay

Dropped husband's car off here to get diagnosed and fixed. Great price for everything. His car is running like new

Beware of pricing bids. Extremely hard to walk out of this facility paying what you were bid, there is always something else. This has happened numerous times at this facility.

My experience was great. It was my first time there and they answered all my questions and they were very kind and patient. They even gave me some BBQ while I waited. (It was good) Shout out to Chasity the parts manager for taking care of business. I definitely found me a shop to take my truck.

This is a business that I recommend to any any all who are in need of any automotive maintenance in the Houston area. I went to Houston in help with the hurricane Harvey clean up. Upon getting there I had issues with my wrecker Mr and Mrs Klien and the entire Klien family pulled out all the stops in service and hospitality to the point of shuttling me to and forth from my hotel. At the end the price he charged me was of the kindness this is a family running a business but put that aside in following the call of their heart in helping someone who has come to help their community. Excellent workmanship. They dropped me off and picked me up when done. Had wheel seal & bearing replaced on kenworth t800. They got it done when they said they would. Going back next week to a few other things looked at.

Great experience my 2014 Wrangler was in and out in less than a week!
