They treat everyone like family

Was hoping all of the reviews were not true but unfortunately they are. Checked in at 0730 and was loaded in 2 hours then waited another 2 hours for paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous!

Roberto and Elide took great care of me in and out in hour and a half.

If you want you stay here 6 hours or more come here they are loading you then you go to the scale and they are putting overweight and you have to go back to the dock then they are unloading back then load you again

If you want to waste 4 hours just to get your trailer loaded and another hour to get your paperwork, then come to this place. Also, keep in mind that parking will be a bit of a challenge since these geniuses apparently thought the best spot to dump cardboard boxes was right in front of the truck loading docks. On the other side, you’ll also find a big pile of sharp metal ready to shred your tires??‍♂️

Over 4 hr so far and still on the dock. Don’t come here if you’re an owner operator. This place is terrible. Absolutely waste of time here.

Be ready to wait hours on end to unload I arrived at 1030am its now 1 pm and the haven't even started unloading... They unload who they want and went they want..... Slow Slow Slow

Very slow and unorganized. Take a lunch when you are doing bizness.

I spent about 5 hours in the dock waiting to get loaded, I was told my product was getting cleaned and not ready yet. Why did they scheduled a pickup when the product was not ready, wast of time and energy.

4 hour’s wait time to get loaded very slow and another one extra hours for getting paperwork from the old lady they just waisting time

THE WORST FOR SAFETY! There's no structure here. Came to get loaded in am 18 wheeler. & after 4hrs of waiting,the lady in the scale house wanted me to do some unsafe backing up in the yard. I told her it was very unsafe. She got rude with me and said "No one else complains!"

Their Google page says they close at 5pm. I arrive at 4pm. Woman on the scale said they stopped getting customers at 3:30pm. Very confusing all around. But their prices beat most places in the area. Plus they have water again.

Really nice people. Tight place to get around. Lots of hysters and pickups moving around. Guys help you get in and out of docks

Wednesday here @ 9:30 getting loaded about 10:40 not too bad but a very busy place a little tight getting around with @8-10 trucks in here

If I could give a negative star I would this place is unreal.. avoid at all cost been here since 7:30 and it's 12:30 and counting... very tight, one way in and one way out.

It's a tight place for a 53ft van. Typical scrap yard. They tried my patience, quite a lengthy wait. Over all the the man in the scale house was cool. For a new guy. Thanks

They were awesome they found out I was only 6 miles away and told be to come anyway even thow it was past 4 can't thank them enough

Takes too long to get on and off the scale prices aren't worth the wait

Fast easy loading. Pull on scale and walk into building to right to check in. Very friendly people.

Somewhat difficult to get to and a bit crowded once your there but not a bad spot.

I waited in line for awhile, got tired of waiting so I got out of my truck to kill time started stripping some of of the larger wire in my truck. I had over 800lbs of copper in the truck, A guy comes out to tell me they would not pay me for the upgrade clran wire... Well took all my wire to Brothers Recycling and during my much quicker visit with them did the same thing without any issues... Don't tell me what to do in a free country with my time while I watch there 5 to 6 guys talking and laughing about... Be prepared for an all day adventure with them... They lost a customer in the process as well as the 800lbs of copper wire

awful place . Checked in at 11.30am out at 18:45 pm. Product is dirty

Good place to go with your metal. I'm not an expert on local pricing, but the service is good and they have lots of parking. They can handle everything from a bag of cans to 15 old washing machines, or more!

Closed the friday before memorial weekend, closed the following buissness day(tuesday) closes earlier everytime i come, prices drop every time too. Says its open today till 4, and its not its closed!
