There is bad business and then this place. Broken parts no refund. Lies and more lies. Literally said a guy was pulling the part but I saw him leave with someone. Then they called him back and we saw him come back. I mean we can see you…..
They literally stole from me. Took my money in advance the gave me a broken part. It actually had (broken) written on it!!! They refused to give me my money back. Unbelievable honestly
HORRIBLE PLACE! FIRST OFF THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING. THEY DON'T PULL PARTS IN ADVANCE SO YOU END UP SITTING THERE FOR HOURS WAITING EVEN THOUGH THEY TELL YOU 10MIN. CAN'T PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD EVEN IF YOUR A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT. CAN ONLY PAY WITH CASH SO YOU'RE LITERALLY FORCED TO SIT AND WAIT. THE PART THEY GAVE ME WAS ALSO BROKEN. LITERALLY HALF A DAY AND GOT A BROKEN PART.
Don’t waste your time or money at this piece of crap of a parts yard. Called and told them I was coming in for a part at 10am. When I got there I was told their mechanic was on a hour lunch break at 11:30 and the part will be ready at 2pm. At 2pm I called to see if the part was rdy for pick up and the part wasn’t ready. The person answered the phone said it’ll be a few minutes and they’ll call me back. It’s 4pm I never received a call and made my way to the shop. When I arrived the guys says it’ll take 20 mins I’ll have my mechanic take it off now. It’s 4:30 and still no part. There’s no refund and the owner refuses to give me my money back.
Please AVOID this Place,
Very unskilled management, they say something and they don’t even know what they are talking about.
The owners, Money is their faith!!
They don’t know about costumer service, costumer car, quality of service.
Just don’t waist your time and money.

Yo trabajo en carro, y llevo casi 2 años haciendo negocioa con el dueño de esta tienda y de sus otras tres tiendas, no se porque las personas dan malas opiniones sobre los empleados. Yo vine en fin de año y me dieron el motor de $2,800 en $1,800 por se cliente frecuente y descuento en año nuevo. Alli habia una cliente reclamation su garantia de Marzo. La gente es sinverguenza, la pobre muchacha queria llorar de como le estaba gritando la clienta, ella bien amable explicandole que ella ledijo que era un mes de garantia, y hasta en su recibo decia, y que ella firmo.firms. que descaro.
this place was a mess! i had called about a piece for my car and they said we have it. i then asked what time they closed and the lady on the phone said 4. i drove an hr to them, just for them to tell me that the guy who works on the car had already left and they’re closing at 2! the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at me and told me that there’s nothing they can do since the guy just left. I then asked to speak to the manager and she rolled her eyes again and ask me why. i said that i needed to fix this misunderstanding between us since on the phone they’re telling me one thing and now they’re saying something else. she turned her back to me and waved me away saying “he’s somewhere over there, go talk to him” super unprofessional!! i come back into the office to wait since the manger said he’ll try to get me the part , all 3 of the front desk people are talking about me in spanish!! it was very obvious and very rude! i do not recommend this place for anything since the front desk people don’t want to help at all!!
They were absolutely amazing and professional , what we bought ended up not working for us and they gave us our money back with zero issues ! Definitely worth the three hour drive !
Great place to find auto parts at good prices. The service is quick and the staff is always willing to help. I want to give a special shoutout to Jabriel for his hard work — he’s very professional, attentive, and really knows what he’s doing. Thanks to him, my experience was even better. Highly recommended!
These guys sale junk. I bought an alternator and it came out bad 4 times. Also the owner Sam would not give my money back I had to cancel my check to him so I could get my money back. Again these guys sale junk.
Worst junk yard ever. They do not recognize warranty on any Parts. Do not buy from these guys they will scam you out of your money. I bought a transmission with these guys in january of 2025 and it was bad and when my mechanic told me that we needed to change it we went to exchange it and they told us they could not exchange it or give me my money back because we opened the transmission. We clearly did not open it and they also said we took off sensors which we did not. I just wanted another transmission and the sales guy and the owner Sam said they could not do anything because we tampered with the transmission which we clearly did not. Again do not buy from this junk yard. They sale JUNK!!!!!!!!
I bought a motor for my g35 from them on July 11 its the 30th , it hasn't been 30 days and the motors waterpump started leaking (I would have to take the entire face of the motor off and oil pan to get to the water pump them change the timimg chain because it all works together), i called them about a motor exchange and they gave me the run around for 3 days , telling me a mechanic was going to check out my car to confirm the leak , no mechanic showed up , they sent me an address to drive to , so I can meet the mechanic, nd no mechanic in sight , I spoke to the owner and he wanted me leave my car at their shop so his mechanic can fix the waterpump, i didn't want a mechanic i just needed a motor exchange because it was under warranty, long story short the owner hung up on my face yelling at me telling me of i didn't leave my car at their shop my warranty was gonna be voided and thats messed up!!!their are not honest

When you come to Gulf bank auto you can guarantee to be given the highest level of disregard. During a pandemic these guys will aim to sell you a replacement part that doesnt work out the store. I asked about the price of a headlamp and was told it would be $150 after tax with cash in hand. It ended up being more than what I was told.
I purchased the headlamp regardless of the price increase assuming it was in working but used condition. However, it couldnt sit in place because the brackets were broken off. Additionally, the headlight will not power on due to a faulty wire plug. When i tried to return the product i was told they would see if they could replace it with one that had the brackets. I was told it would take 30-40 minutes to find it. (Fyi their own employees were complaining about the lack of organization of their inventory the day i purchased the part) Turns out, they broke the brackets off the other one so it wont work either.
Their fine print states “We do guarantee parts to be in good working condition when purchased.” And they “do not make cash refunds when available” none of those guarantees were met.
Don’t stop supporting small business but stop supporting those who will take your hard earned money and make up for it with little to no recourse.

OK selection but haggling over price not very good. Had given price on OfferUp and then in person was more expensive. When shown conversation on OfferUp, said that it is item and location but person with that account doesn't work there.
