If this is how we’re towing this is concerning.. potentially causing damage to the truck and it not being properly “safety chained” these winches do let loose and the mini j in the rim is not going to hold it on! Yall are dangerous!

I want to compliment Art(uro) Hernandez on his promptness in picking up and delivering my stranded truck. I left it unattended due to a 3 hour delay with the 2 previous drivers my insurance company contacted. He picked it up and delivered it to my mechanic. He kept me informed of his progress.
I lock my keys in my truck. I made one phone call. The driver showed up in the time they stated and with in 5 minutes I was back on the road. I highly recommend these guys. Great service and fast response time.
Called up vincent and set up a pick up for 8 am. Giovanni showed up right on time and loaded up and dropped off where the car needed to be. Great service will definitely be using them again.

Got a flat early morning on way to the airport. Allan Wrecker did a great job, got here within 30 minutes, had me loaded up and took me to where I wanted to go in less than 20. Driver was polite and took very good care of my nice car and of me. Safe driver not taking risks on way to destination. Will definitely use again if needed... hopefully not though!

This wrecker service really saved us on a horrible day. We were on our way to a doctor's appointment when our SUV died a couple of blocks away. We pulled into a parking lot and walked to the appointment.
After the appointment, my bf started calling around about getting the SUV towed to our mechanic. We needed a flat bed tow truck, so our regular guy couldn't help. I was so worried it was going to be extremely expensive. Miraculously, my bf found Allan Motors and Wrecker Service. He talked to Vincent who gave us a great quote.
When Vincent arrived, he was so professional and very friendly. He got our SUV onto the flat bed with no problems. He offered to drop us off at our bus stop so we could get a ride home. He even stopped at a nearby gas station so we could grab a drink before waiting for the bus. So nice of him! He left us really close to our bus stop and then delivered our SUV to our mechanic, sending pictures of where he left it.
I highly recommend this wrecker service! Vincent truly goes above and beyond to help his clients! We were having a rough day, and he really helped us out! Thank you for the help! We will be calling you again if we ever need a tow!
How can a tow yard be 24/7 but open 8am-5pm???? They claim to release vi l vehicles 24/7 within 1 hour notice but no one answers the phone or knows when they are opened or closed??? Get it together!!!! Poor service!!!!
