My experience of selling my car was quick and easy, BUT I was recently contacted by Houston police letting me know that my now sold vehicle was involved in some type of nefarious activity. I was SHOCKED. I reported the sale to the state the same day I sold it, and Tyler assured me at the time of pickup that they would immediately change the title over. One thing that I didn't do was to remove my license plates from the car. The police said I should have done that. Be VERY careful of selling your car to these people. The process to sell is good, but the potential aftermath isn't worth the headache. They possibly sold my vehicle that they bought from me as scrap to someone who was out there committing crime. Now I have to reach out to all of these state agencies to see if they racked up tickets and tolls. BEWARE y'all!

He pulled the car with no problem, gave me my cash in hand, and that was the end of that. I will miss my baby, but it was time. I would definitely recommend Tyler!

This company is awesome. Tyler was very communicative And Timely on the day of the pickup. While he was there loading, he noticed we had a second unused vehicle and asked if we planned on selling it as well. He made us a fair offer on the spot and took both vehicles in the same haul. 1 star bc I can't give zero and leave review. Just get quote from here, then call lkq I got more then dabble these guys offer and truck came to my house had get another truck and never came back or answered my call glad they did they were trying to rip me off

We set an appointment. I never saw him, he never called. Now he blocked my phone number so I cant call him. Horrible company. Poor customer service

The first sale went through smoothly, the second was a painful waste of my time.

When Zach bought my SUV, he came by the day I called and the whole business was taken care of the same day. When he offered to look at my van, he strung me along for two days saying he was going to call or come by and then ghosting me. Probably worth a call if you don't have a deadline, unfortunately I had one.

I called Tyler and he asked me to send him pictures and then he pretty much ghosted me. That’s no way to run a business. At least get back with me and let me know that you’re not interested.

Do not do business with this company, this is one rudest people that I have dealt with in my entire life. They way they conduct themselves are just horrible
