They wanted $200 for a rear tail light I went online bought a brand new one for $125.

Asked for availability on a part and was told “To hold on” and stayed on hold for 25 minutes. Don’t recommend this poorly run salvage yard.

I drove 48 minutes they was having the parts I wanted clean parts in good condition like new I recommend this place good service with great people

Looking for a couple temporary good tires to get me by, I'm going to see if you have 245 70 r17 size truck tires? 1 or 2

WARNING! They WILL NOT refund your money, even if they say they will. They knowingly sent me the wrong part, and when I couldn't make it fit... too bad. There's $300 I'll never get back.

Scammers They will try to rip you off big time. I called them about a part for my car they give me price for that part 125$ then when i go in person the price went from 125 to 200$ I recommend that you don't go there at all as they will try to triple charge.

BUYERS BE AWARE. They will try to rip you off big time. I texted them about a radiator hose that is brand from the dealer is for $43, I went in person and they said it is $150 for a used part. I recommend that you don't go there at all as they will try to triple charge you.

The only thing I can say about this guy, is great. Very friendly. After calling every place local, BJ had exactly what we needed at a price much lower than anyone else. Would definitely recommend him.

Nothing like driving across town to he robbed. I was given a price over the phone get here and they triple it. Not how you treat people.

If I could give ZERO stars to SAMUEL I WOULD. Samuel is a “Collision specialist” referred to me by a family member. If you like getting scammed you came to the right place. He will take your money, ask for more money and NEVER WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. My truck sat there for over a year. When I went to check on it I noticed parts were missing, my truck had been drove through wet concrete(wash out) and that he was using my vehicle to move stuff around the junk yard. Also he paints like he’s never painted before in his life. (Cracks, bubbles, pealing.) If he even decides to work on your vehicle. Owner of the establishment is ok with him scamming people for their hard earned money. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

We had a great experience here. We were in the search for a 2010 Toyota Corolla rear door and the front staff were very friendly and helpful with us. They even gave us a reasonable discount since the door had some dents on it. Definitely recommend

David David David... the guy that answers the phone. This guy is very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and most certainly not business oriented. He doesn't like to do his job and he will rip you off if your not educated on car parts. he doesn't care about giving great customer service. The guy doesn't really have anything to loose if you ask me. He is a alcoholic. He pretty much goes around ruining people's day and he does it on purpose. Protect your peace and your energy. Do not buy parts here.

I had been to 30 different yards and B.J's was the only one to have the parts. Customer Service was amazing, very polite.

Steer clear! I went in to buy a tire and a rim for my car. I ask the guy how much tread was left on the tire(as I need it for my spare). He had the audacity to tell me 50% left. I can look at it and tell it’s pretty low but I needed something right now. I came to have it checked at an actual tire place and the tread is at 3/32”. So now I am buying a new tire to replace the one I just bought!

Didn't wait long for the part. If they have it, you'll be fixing it quick with their service to get it to you. Thanks.

Old guy sound drunk on phone and was more interested in not making a sale. Wasted my time. Don’t even bother with calling. You will definitely regret it.

Found a Yellow Mini Cooper with the quarter panel I needed here, People were very respectful and cool and they pulled the part for me real fast! Will be heading back if need be(Hopefully people drive safer and stop slamming into my car)

I don't recommand any one to take any spare part from this shop. He is not telling truth . I got a transmission from his place and give me a month waranty and i had one issue with transmission but he refused to return back and now the transmission totally not working properly after 50 days and i pay 12 hundred to fix this and now I'm losing again because i trust that guys he told me the transmission i can drive fro 36 thousand miles but now only i drived for 2000 miles Please guys stay away from these shop No one treat with this store or shop , they are cheating and sell bad parts .after 50 days the part not working and these people don’t care about customer they are robbed us then no return back the money or replace the bad parts. Bad services

Got there right before closing. Everyone had their tools packed up. They went out.of their way to get me the part I needed. Great customer service!

Asked to buy a catylitic converter for my wife's vehicle, the guy (David) said he couldn't sale just the converter because it was against EPA regulations but he could sale me the whole exhaust system that included the converter for 300. Dollars so I agreed, I guess one of his workers that didn't no English started removing the exhaust system started having difficulty removing the part, told David and he told me it would cost extra for the manifold. I told him in this model vehicle it is all one piece he said he can get 150. For that part all day so he would need to add 100 more dollars and I Replied " Well that's what I asked you when I walked in and you gave me a bogus EPA story!" I told the guy to forget it I don't do business like this and give me my money back. As I was walking out I seen the same type catylitic converters with manifolds hanging on the walls ! POS!

Horrible customer service. I was completely ignored by their staff when I first walked in and when I finally got someone to talk to me and asked about the part I needed, they treated me condescendingly and immediately told me they didn't have it and to try somewhere else.

These cats are GREAT! Their prices are fantastic, but more than that, they're just all around good dudes. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks for the great service and hood, gentlemen!

I came by this place while looking for a part for my SAAB and they had me covered. Not only did they have the hard to find part I was looking for but, the price was vary fair (read that as CHEAP!!). And the crew working both inside and outside were very nice. Good job guys!

Called ahead and asked if the had the part I needed. Was told by BJ that they did. When I got their the part wasn't exactly a match (something about automatic vs standard) but I was dealing with an AC panel. Basically, they increased the price of the part from $50 - $75. When asked if they would split the difference because of the part misunderstanding scenario. .. he replied no way. Frustrating, Frustrating
