Best prices, honest and reliable. I take both my bmw cars here whenever I need anything done on my cars. Other places will over charge just cause it's bmw, but not this place.
Excellent local mechanic shop! All of the employees and the owner are always extremely helpful. The repairs are done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Champion Import to anyone needing mechanic work on their vehicle!
We live at a state we were told that if we purchase a part from this Place that if it didn't fit and would return the part in 30 days we can get our money back. We never got a refund. And they purposely do not return our calls emails or text. Order nothing from this place they're unreprigable.

Went to John for more than a decade. He's a great guy & his service used to be impeccable. But ever since he hired his new mechanic about 3-4yrs back his service has declined. Everytime my vehicle went into the shop & after spending money problem would still persist & car had to keep going back multiple times to address the same issues. I've obviously switched mechanics since then & wouldn't recommend them specially if you value your vehicle.
Do not go here. John used to be a nice and honest person, my entire family has taken their European vehicles to him over the past several years.
However, lately he has been sketchy and not owning his/or his team’s mistakes. His mechanic, Juan, is a terrible mechanic who does a very sloppy job. If Juan works on your car, it is guaranteed to be back in the shop after a few days. Don’t waste your time with these people, there are several other options in the area that are more reliable.
Found a part for my 2008 SAAB I couldnt find anywhere else but online. Also the price was very reasonable. Online was $335 and they charged me $215... what a life saver. If you have a foreign part you cant find get with these guys.
This shop was recommended to me by someone I trust and because John had been very kind and helpful in the past I trusted his opinion of a 2009 Jetta that they were selling. He said that we wouldn't have any trouble with it for years because it had all new parts and they had done the work. When it started falling apart after 3 months we took it back back into the shop at which time they diagnosed it with a bad transmission and blamed the driver for the way he drove it. When we took it for a second opinion, we discovered it wasn't the transmission at all but needed a new axle and struts which all should have been replaced according to what I was told. When I called and spoke to the manager about it not only did he totally run over me and blame my frustration on my having a "bad weekend" which was totally condescending, he proceeded to hang up on me, acting as if he had no concern in the matter even though he is the manager. I have a Prius and was very much hoping to find a shop that I could trust for my foreign vehicles. But I am sorry to say, have never felt so taken advantage of and so rudely treated as I was today.
John has been caring my vehicles for years. Always honest and upfront. Never tries to rob me which is rare for mechanics. He keeps my old Ford truck on top top shape as well as tend to my luxury car when needed. Great guy!
John and his staff are the only ones to work on my wife's BMW! He stands behind the services they provide. His charges are fair. Lets face it, we are talking about a BMW! Great Service Every Time.
Just had me sit on the phone for 20mins saying he was looking for my part just to come and hang up on me. Waste of time. Don't bother sounded like he barely understood anyways.
John is the most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. If by chance his work turns out to be faulty, he will do it again free of charge with zero hassle.
These guys are awesome. Very honest in their dealings and also knowledgable. I recommend them without reservation. We have been using him since around 2002.
Many years ago I had some bad experiences with another shop and had lost hope of having my car worked on by people who knew about Mercedes. Then I found this shop. I'm an amateur mechanic and these guys have helped me out from day one. If I have a job I can't do myself, they take over. They always use good parts, give me options when I'm trying to save some money, and I have never once felt that they're trying to pull one over on me.
Their honestly was confirmed when I brought my car in to have a window regulator replaced and the mechanic, Michel, turned down the job. I asked him why, he said "you already know how to do this, you've dome before. If I take it, I'm charging you an extra $90 for the labor. Save the money and do the repair on your own." From time to time they help me out by giving me advice or insight on a particular problem with my vehicles and ask nothing in return. They're good folks and so long as I can make it there, I'll always bring my vehicles to them.
My family and I have been taking our BMW's to this place for about 10 years now. They have ALWAYS given us fair and reasonable prices. They are kind, honest, and timely workers. Everytime BMW quotes me a service to my car, I bring my car to them and they will work on my car for half or maybe even less than half of the price. They have always done great quality work to my car too. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are truely lifesavers.
This place is top notch! Their prices are very fair and they operate with integrity. You will not find many auto shops as good as Champion Imported Auto Parts. They will repair your vehicle or just sell you the part. The dealership wanted $6500 for a remanufactured transmission. This place fixed it for me for only $2400 and it came with a 2-year warranty. People... stay out of those dealerships because ALL dealerships repair services suck! Champion Imported Auto Parts is my auto repair shop over any dealership in Houston.--The end.
