I have never experienced the worst customer service. If i could give this place a zero i would. I politely called this morning to talk to someone about an unauthorized tow. A rude gentleman answers to where i could not understand and hung up on me. I have called back several times and refuses to answer my calls. Forcing me to have to go to them to resolve my issue. Please be aware of their awful and unacceptable customer service.

This towing company is really a 0 start company, waited over 2 hours in the highway with no ETA no communication and they still didnt pick me up at my destination. High way tow dropped me off at the nearest exit untill finally mega towing showed up 2 hours and 30 minurtrs later. would not recommend this company to anyone needed towing service

Said they’d be here in an hour. Waited an hour and half. Had to call three times to get an answer.
Called to get a quote on a lock out guy gave me the quote but after I denied because of the super over price he got smart and sassy! No customer service. End up calling Miller and son's towing that was the same distance from them. There rate was receivable and customer service was super amazing! Honestly I recommend not going here just check the last reviews, their customer service has gone down the drain. I called 10 other towing companies but I ended up wanting to leave a reviews because of my bad experience with the person on the other line. Guy was more money hungry in charging me and getting a down payment from my credit card then really listening!
If I could do zero I would. These people charged my card for $140 an never showed up. They left me and my kids waiting since 9:35 pm. I got a call from them that it would take 1hour and 20 minutes since my initial call and they helped themselves to my money but they didn’t show up. It’s not 12:59 a.m and my husband had to come get us. This place doesn’t answer the phone now and I’m out of money. Don’t use them. If you have kids stay away cause they will leave you stranded. This is unprofessional they should have at least called me and said they couldn’t make it and give me back my money.

I called about 20mins ago to schedule a tow for my sons car and was placed on hold 3 times in order to get me to the correct "department". When someone finally answered and I provided information, he was ignorant and completely disrespectful because he was incapable of making complete statements to where I would understand his question, when after he mumbled "JESUS" on the phone as if I had inconvenienced his day, I chose not to use their services. Absolutely the epitome of what today's customer service has become.
