I can say they can tow vehicals efficiently... customer service needs work and aren't very user-friendly. This could be due to there only having one person in the office and a great deal of calls and folks trying to retrieve their vehicles. I am apparently in the wrong business 😆

Mr Alibaba tells me to bring cash over the phone, that’s all. Not exact change. I get there and gets mad at me for not bringing exact change and tells me he doesn’t have change. I’m forced to let him keep my money. Thanks Alibaba.

Bear Creek have a nice place too they are office in under lock and key I feel muscle cars laying around not bad shape man only place is real nice friendly staff for what it is it kept the place clean but most of all it's under lock and key if your vehicle gets to be in there for some reason or another it's safe trust me thanks

I got my vehicle towed there illegally, but I found law codes that confirmed what I already knew. Do your research to find the truth, because it won't get told to you.🤔

MANSOUR SHOJAIE is the VSF employee and owner if Bear Creek auto storage 2 .A Manny's Towing basically stole our truck off a public/city street making a bogus claim about how it was parked. The truck was not reported as being towed to HPD even at 10:30 AM Monday morning.Thats more than 36 hours. When We called the man [probably owner] kept using different names on the phone and even when we went to claim our stolen truck. *ALSO WE WERE TOLD HE CAN ONLY ACCEPT CASH* THIS IS ILLLEGAL* Every VSF is required to accept visa, Mastercard and discover and also have the payment machine working as well. The receipt we were given did not have The Tow Company TDLR# nor the Tow Drivers TDLR#. It also did not have the VSF Employee's TDLR#. The only thing listed was the VSF # on a sign out front. *Whenever someone requests them to show their "current" TDLR Identification card they are required by Law to show these credentials no excuses. Well the VSF Employee instead held it up then his it where I couldn't read it and also covered his peephole window with cardboard. He refused to give me the information he is required to furnish by Law to me upon request. You already know something Shady is going on here if he's hiding his credentials but I should assume that when they steal a truck off a public street with a tow truck. SO YOU TOO can file complaints with the TDLR online You want to file 4. 1 against the tow company, 1 against the tow truck driver. 1 against the VSF and 1 against the VSF employee. You will need their complete names and TDLR #'s as well. Each place needs a current TDLR # and each person. Refusal to show you these is another violation to include. Also videotape these pirates like I did. Take pictures. You can take them to tow court. You only have 10 days to file after you get your car back. After you win you can sue them in civil court. Be sure to photograph the area and surrounding area too where you were towed from. The signs were illegal and not posted properly where they got me. Also share your experience and file a complaint with HPD auto detail as well and the state attorney general office. The VSF employee that refused to identify was a Middle Eastern man, thin build probably between 140-160 lbs .Probably between 5'6- 5ft 9in. He had thinning hair. I would guess he is between 55-65 years old. He said his name was mike then ali then Edward then mohamud. **So The VSF employee who is listed as the owner is Mansour S Shojaie. It appears his TDLR Liscence has something wrong with it which means he probably shouldn't of been working under these circumstances. Also if you were gotten by Manny's Towing the VSF Reciept lists the Tow Company address at 6830 Loch Langham dr Houston Tx 77084. In my opinion it looks like a neighborhood with deed restrictions so he probably shouldn't be operating a commercial business in a residential neighborhood with deed restrictions that actually can be enforced by the homeowners association. I hope this makes everyone's research easier to file your complaints. Read the other reviews here and you will notice MANUEL PEREZ of MANNY'S TOWING gave this place 5 stars. I guess he felt the need to give his partner in crime a good review but it still won't hide the truth

I was pretty impressed usually at these places when you go they treat you like you not a human being you just a dollar sign and these people treated us with respect and my car was the same way before it got towed

I never feel the need to write a review but this experience was THE WORST !!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE . If I could give negative stars I would. The person who handles the phones kept hanging up on me and sounded impaired while talking and was very RUDE and wanted me to wait till morning to get my car AS IF I AM AN INCONVENIENCE.

This is the WORST place to ever exist! I literally ran inside maybe 10 minutes tops, to get my daughter who needed to be rushed to the hospital and not only did they hitch my car but they wouldnt let me pay to retrieve it. THE WORST PLACE EVER!

Very shady place, insisted on cash only, gave us a hard time about using any debit card without my name on it. That sounds very scummy to me, bunch of crooks. Plus staff is very rude.

They don't accept credit cards, and you apparently if you've had both your cars towed you can't use the same debit card!! They want CASH!! I'm sorry but I don't walk around with $400 cash in my purse ya ole crooks! Is this even a legit business place? I can't find them on BBB!

Very disgusting attitudes and aggressive behavior. They scratched my car and dented the door and have the nerve to deny their actions. I have a friend who knows the son of the owner, they’re laundering money through this business and that’s why they only accept cash. clearly the signs state they accept credit cards as a form of payment. But non documented payments make it so much easier to wash their dirty money .

Worst experience trying to get a car out of here. Brought a friend here to pick up their car that was towed just after midnight and they wouldn’t let us get it until 10am the next day. Signs outside the tow yard say vehicles must be released within 1 hour of calling and giving notice, but they guy on the phone kept saying “10am tomorrow” and then hung up the phone. Also the sign says that they have to accept credit cards, but the guy refused to release it without cash payment. Dirty sneaky people running this place.

signs showed specific prices and forms of payment, but as I arrived there was told different price. They are very sneaky... Was told by my neighbors they are very rude but didn't believe because one gentlemen there with an accent was extremely nice and polite.

They blew me off all night and I could not retrieve my car or medication! I told them I need to get my medicine and she said, "Sir! I don't care!" I now have to get go and see if I can get an emergency prescription!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I was there helping a friend get their car back. The guy working the lot asked me why I was there and i told him. And he kept asking me why i was there like he wanted me to leave. Very rude.

They tow vehicles even if the stickers are on the windshield. The apartment complex should have some sort of warning system instead of just towing the vehicle.

Uhh, they towed my son's vehicle duhh! It's a typical raggedy storage lot. However, for what it's worth, the guy I spoke with was sufficiently nice

I was a resident at Broadstone Park West Apartments . I was told buy office staff there, I could park anywhere because towing wasn't enforced . That they had no parking stickers . My husband and I have been parking in the handicap parking space when available . Do to my illness I am Disabled ! This company and the Broadstone Park West Apartments, management company , representative may have some kind of kick backs going on between them . The company Alliance and the towing company Oasis are not affiliated . Yet the Acting manager said that the towing company called her to tell her why they we're towing my car for a second time because it had , temp tags and the license plate number wasn't registered to the car . However the plates are registered to the car on file in there office . I'm a senior citizen and my whole life was thrown is shambles ! Tina or Trina called the police on me and lied to them . This is a racket and I would be better prepared not to make that mistake renting from them again ! Watch out for the facility that tow your car ! @Broadstoneparkwestapartments ! It's A Click !

These people treated us like we were criminals all because we had a car towed from a POS apartment complex they my DIL was being nice and watching their children for them. I believe the apartment complex is getting a kickback on the number of cars this idiots tow. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. How do I give less then 1 star

Bear Creek Auto Storage # 2 does NOT tow cars. They are NOT a wrecker service. They do NOT even have a wrecker or forklift available to move vehicles around. Several wrecker services USE Bear Creek Vehicle Storage facility to store the vehicles that they have towed. They have nothing to do with "why" your car was towed. You need to call the actual wrecker company AND the owner of the property, where the vehicle was towed, to discuss the "why" and dispute any issues that you have with them. Bear Creek Auto Storage has no power in correcting or discounting charges. All charges are imposed by county, state, and then tax.

My car was towed by this people. I park in apartments to pickup a family member for dr. Appointment I took a bout 5 minutes when I go back my car was towed look's like this people just chasing cars to be towed when they don't have work(accidents) shame for this people. Hope can make a law about this person's.

These people are trash!!! I get my car towed for having a parking pass and being in a visitor spot at the same time. What??!! Then I get there to pay the 188 and he refuses to take my money, Then threatens to call the cops multiple times until I call myself and they make him take it, and then tells me it'll be an hour to count $188.

I work as an engineer in a customer centric environment where customers, vendors, and non direct client are dealt with dignity and respect. This place is so terrible and I had to retrieve my car that was towed wrongly. I didn't want to argue and had no intention of arguing as it has already happened but I called and had to deal with an irate individual. I wasn't even irate at all but was cordial and kind but this man treated me with so much disrespect on the phone because I couldn't understand the hours. Instead of clarifying that an appointment can be made on the spot and an appointment was needed to pick up the car during the weekends, he kept belittling me for not speaking and understanding English. The man eventually hung up on me. Then my friend who is American called and received the same treatment, he too didn't understood the procedure as it was really unclear. Lastly, we made sense of it without his help and eventually settled for an appointment and picked the car up. I don't know why that man is like that but I pray that he treats people with respect and dignity. I could've responded with anger and demean his dignity for not receiving a higher degree and not speaking more than five languages but I don't fight fire with fire. Kindness and compassion is the best response. If you are this man, I ask that you speak with me in person and let's have a conversation.

They might just be the storage, but that is no excuse for the incredibly rude and unprofessional nature of the staff. When trying to navigate proper procedure to get a car released, regardless of the situation, they are not helpful by any stretch of the imagination; they are the antithesis of helpful. They run limited hours (which are not what most people need for towing assistance), they are not even on time for those hours (they open at 9am and were unstaffed until nearly 9:20am), they don't utilize other helpful practices shown by other towing companies, the building is utterly dilapidated, they are inefficient at handling business at the window, and the phone staff is an embarrassment to any idea of customer service. Any towing company that deals with this facility should be ashamed of themselves, and I pity anyone that has to retrieve their vehicle from here.

I have never been treated more rudely and with disrespect than this place. Completely unprofessional. Had the gumption to ask me if I wanted to give this hell hole my debit card after being treated like that. Showed up 15 min early to an appointment and refused to see me until the appointment time. Uncooperative. Offered to wash my car to make it all better. I had no choice to but to deal with "Mike" and wish I could erase memory of dealing with that guy. Just because your window was broken doesn't mean you treat a patron that way "Mike."

Tows cars from low rent apartments when the visitor parking ia full. Anf charge you 188 for that s***. One of the ladies is super freaking rude also.

Horrible experience. Was trying to buy a used car. Didn't need anything nice. Just something to get back and forth to work. I signed a contract on a mazda protege. I was told it would get me from a to b. Immediately it started stalling out. I was left stranded over and over. I limped it within 2 miles of the dealership. He towed it back. I switched it for a Saturn. Immediately had trouble with the engine mount. Then the breaks and transmission. The owner sent me to his mechanic I was told the car wasn't worth a third of what he was selling it for. I went back to get my money back. He is charging me 100 for a 2 mile tow and to unlock the car when he didn't even give me a key to unlock it. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I just hope for his sake this owner is treated with more respect and more care than he gave me.
