Alpha Auto Parts in
Houston (TX)

Good spot. i found parts for my jaguar xjl here

Poor customer service

Good parts good people's good price

Good prices the part were in good shape however I called them with a part I needed. They say it would be ready in an hour. I was there an hour and 20 minutes later and I had to wait for them to go and get it off the car, but like I say, it wasn’t good shape just a little rust.

Great place for parts. Clean parts, Organize, friendly staff. They help me fix my car.

Great people to work with, nice and friendly, also very helpful with parts, they have everything from doors to engines, contact them for anything you need.

Excellent work!. Nice people
very fair prices! Very friendly environment
Amazing

Excellent customer service...!

Sold broken part, and don’t want return it.
Many junk yards sell used parts with 30-60 days returning, don’t waste time and bucks here

The best warranties on this Used Auto Parts.

Rude counter person, expensive parts. Shouldn't be in business.

Great communication! Called them for a part I needed and got a response right away, I picked up the part I needed with a great price.

Great costumer service I ordered some parts and got them delivered fast will order again thanks

Like previous reviews mention about being told over the phone that they have a part available ready for pick up and showing up to find out they don’t have it and being told a higher price than what was told over the phone. Poor communication between front desk workers and the outside yard workers. They don’t know their own inventory. If your like me driving from 30 minutes or farther I recommend you just to order from somewhere else. Not worth the waste of time for trying a few bucks.

Great communication and fair prices.

They sold me Transmission with TCM assembly because that TCM bolted on transmission and all juncks selling completely together so you dont have to reprogram it, after I checked it and I said ok I will take it complete, they told me go pay it and we will load it on your truck for you, when I got my shop I surprised they stole the TCM, I called them they said if you want the TCM pay $75 extra then we will give it to you, even I spoke to them supervisor he said no problem I understand so if you want it pay only $50 additional not $75, what a bad services and staff, even I have a commercial account with them.

Great C. S. Service. Pricing was phenomenal. In and out in great timing. Will refer a friend today and everyday.

Friendly and helpful staff. Helped me to find a AC compressor that would fit my car and gave me a good price.

They post on Craigslist parts they DO NOT HAVE! Drove two hours for nothing!

Don't waste your time. This place is the worst, been here twice. Both times I was told on the phone that they did have the part, only to show up and after 30 minutes of wasting my time they figured out that they already sold it. Zero organizational skills and apparently no record keeping on the vehicles.

Great selection, prices and service

Honest guys! Owner is very helpful, Victor is the best employee, he is humble and honest.

Victor had the guys CAREFULLY remove the parts, without damaging any electrical wiring, so that the install on my side was easy. Good quality used parts at a reasonable price to boot! Many thanx!!

The most horrible customer service I have ever seen. The old guy was very rude and not attentive to information. I knew they have the part I’m looking for but his lack of respect made me go and buy from a different store.

Good place to buy used part, great price.

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

Great Honest Business, Great Prices and good parts.
